Brookstone Lodge - Asheville

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Saubere Zimmer und Indoorpool. Relativ kurzer Fahrtweg in die Stadt.

Brookstone lodge seems to be a fairly new hotel near Asheville NC. Overall the room was clean other than what appeared to be a toilet bowl that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The TV in the room was difficult to view because it was hung so high on the wall. Noise from the upper floor could be heard. It sounded at times that […] races were being run in the upstairs hallway. However the noise stopped at a reasonable time so it wasn't a problem. I often judge a hotel by the quality of the shower, and I must say this one failed my test. The water was only barely warm and the pressure was extremely weak. They offered a complimentary breakfast, but we didn't try it, preferring Huddle House. Overall all the hotel is fine for an overnight stay, but I thought a bit overpriced for the mediocre quality of the stay. Mehr

This hotel has some upgrades -- for example, tons of granite in the oversized bathroom -- and free WIFI. It's priced right. The location leaves something to be desired. Do not expect to be looking at the mountains. And yet, it's a quick trip to the Biltmore village and/or downtown Asheville. Can't beat the price, and it was well worth it. The hotel is located right off I-40 and is very close to Biltmore and Downtown Asheville. The room is a little small, but fine for two adults, just don't expect a lot of room for extra bags or people. There was a mini-fridge in room and a flat screen TV on the wall. Overall very happy with our stay.

We stayed at the Brookstone Lodge on our way back north from Charleston, SC. It was convenient to many restaurants and sights. The rooms were new, modern and clean and aside from the bed being somewhat stiff, everything else was great. It is very near to the Biltmore if that is your destination in Asheville. Hotel was fime. Location convenient to Biltmore Estate. Immediate neighborhood has nothing to recommend it.

Most of the hotel staff was very friendly. Very comfortable beds, clean hallways and room. Pool was clean. Very close to attractions. Would stay here again.

4 ladies were in my party we were all well satisfied with the Brookstone Lodge in Ashville N.C. Would recommend others and I will stay there again. Rodger at front desk was extremely helpful staff were all pleasant and rooms were clean. Even though we were right off expressway it was very quiet at night. The breakfast had many things to chose from.

It was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. Just enough room for the Queen size bed. The bed was not very comfortable.

Convenient off of I-40 and a straight shot through downtown to Biltmore Estates, the location was clean and the employees courteous. The free breakfast, although continental, had a good selection and all five of my kids found something they wanted.

Very near to Biltmore and Biltmore Village. Easy access to the interstate. The hotel was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. We especially liked the added touch of flowers and a personal note from housekeeping when we returned to our room the first evening. That was a very nice touch.

While the location is not in downtown Asheville, and it seems like the building was dropped into a piece of avilable land, every other aspect about this hotel is excellent. It's clean. I was very pleased with the room, and the coffee maker, microwave and fridge were great. There's a pool, free wifi and a hot breakfast included. It's right down the […] road from Biltmore Village, and 5 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Will stay there again. Mehr

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, one thing I would say is that the quality of the bathroom construction was falling apart. This is a very new hotel, and the room was very clean, but the bathroom floor was collapsing ! Wasnt a problem for me, but when I addressed the problem to the staff they just shrugged their shoulders like it wasnt a problem. The […] pool was nice as wel, and it was very close to everything! The hotel looks pretty clean, but when it was time to sleep and we removed the bed comforters, the bed sheets were not that clean. It looked like they did not change the sheets after the last client. Human hair everywhere on the sheets that looked like they were not changed, just straighten up!

I read all reviews before booking my trip to Ashville. I must say that it not only met my expectation but, exceeded it!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Brookstone Lodge. This hotel is nice: decent size room, delicious breakfast, nice staff. I unsually dont eat breakast (just a cup of coffee) but at I did try the eggs and waffles which were delicious. My original room was facing the highway--which is very noisy-- but I was able to get my room switched . After that, […] I slept like a baby. The only challenge I had was getting around. You need a car to take in all the wonderful sights that Ashville has to offer. Biltmore Village is within walkin distance (about 1 mile but there is no sidewalk). The public bus does not run on Sundays, but there are tons of taxi. Mehr

We stayed there because it was only 2 miles from The Biltmore Estate. The room was very clean with an in-door pool that the kids loved. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

This hotel was very reasonably priced,and convenient to downtown Asheville and the interstate if you are traveling thru. Also the hotel was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay was nice for the most part. My wife annd I only had two issues with the hotel. The first was our barlthroom floor, it had some water damage issues. The floor actually sagged when you stepped on it and the grout was all busted up. It really felt as if you jumped up and down that you would fall through to the floor below. Our other issue was […] the king bed was very hard. For some this would be great, but for us we prefer a softer bed, and I did have a soor back after a four night stay. Right off of I-40. Very close to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Very clean. Staff is great. Breakfast is above average. We've been to Ashville 3 times and have stayed here each time. I wouldn't spend the extra money to stay downtown or right at the entrance of the Biltmore (usually twice as much as the Brookstone Lodge). I was very pleased with the size of the rooms and the extra's like refrigerator, microwave and a love seat for guests not just a chair. I had booked 2 rooms for three days and was joined by family. Very warm hot tub which is a plus after waling and climbing all day. Tthe breakfast was worm and cold and very ample. The woman in charge was pleasant and […] kept it coming. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and excellent coffee. Very pleasant staff. Easy access to interstate and into downtown Asheville.

room very small. Staff did a great job with what there is to work with. The cost of the hotel with breakfast provided was very reasonable. Very close to Biltmore estate which is why we chose it!

Very friendly and hepful staff, clean rooms and lobby. This hotel's breakfast is very nice and has more warm items than many other hotels. Location is convenient to Biltmore Estate which was our main reason for being in Asheville.

My stay with Brookstone was a great experience. The service was friendly, the room was clean and so relaxing. It is a beautiful hotel for the price and for the price I paid, it was a steal. I will definitly us Brookstone when I travel.

The hotel was beautiful and in great condition. The beds were a little firm for my liking but otherwise comfortable. The room itself was a clean, beautiful and cozy. The breakfast buffet (complimentary) had a wide variety of options to choose from. We were very pleased with this hotel and we would definitely stay again.

The Brookstone Lodge was such a find!!! We were so pleased to discover it is right at the on-ramp to the freeway, which makes it accessible to the entire area....Asheville, Hendersonville, etc. The HOT breakfast was a rare treat. We had scrambled eggs one morning, homemade waffles the next, and biscuits & gravy the next. The rooms are VERY clean, and […] well-kept.
