Best Budget Inn Springfield - Springfield

This place is horrible front desk not helpful at all they offer nothing, people running door to door at this place then back to there room front desk told our neighbors they could not sit outside there room WHY? anyway this was the first and last BEWARE

I came to this hotel and the moment I walked in my room, I did not feel safe. The door had a big gap on it with one small lock on the door handle. If you want to feel safe, don't stay here. I didn't, so I checked out an hour later and stayed at another hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The couple that owned the hotel were not friendly at all. Both rooms that we rented were bug infested and smelled of urine. The police came to the hotel in the morning and had the building surrounded with their guns drawn. When we complained about the urine smell the owners denied that they didn't clean the room, when […] we turned all the lights on the couch was covered in urine stains. Would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!! Mehr

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. No coffee maker in room and coffee was not available in the lobby unitl 7:00. No breakfast. No hair dryer. TV hard to figure out - only found one channel. Far from points of interest in Springfield. Rate was cheap however, and not bad for the price.

no wi fi as advertised, accept in the office for the daughter, then the password doesnt even work. the husband was very nice, the wife not so. the bed was very comfy and slept quite well. the rooms were moderately updated with tile and nice carpet. besides the wifi set back it was okay. as long as you dont have work to do via internet. affordable.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, was impress at the hard work of the Hotel staff, the provided a Fridge and Microwave for us. Service was very good. Would recommend others to that Hotel.

It was difficult to understand the lady at the front desk. When I questioned why I had to sign paperwork that stated "absolutely no refunds" before we saw the room. She said "don't worry the room is clean." "We have so many people that come in and stay for only one hour and then want a refund." That should tell you the type of hotel it was. It was late […] and nothing else around so we stayed. The next morning she stated that we had signed up for 2 rooms. When checking our bank account, we were charged for 2 rooms and still are unable to get charge removed. Mehr

There were ants in the bathroom. Towels not clean. Old hotel. I had difficulty understanding associate at front desk.

One of the worst rooms ever slept in and too late to change to another hotel/motel...door not even sealed...could see light coming through and one of the coldest nights ever...room smelled and was actually disgusting!

No frills, family owned and operated Very clean, good beds. New carpet and tile floors in rooms

Affordable, clean, quiet, safe and accessible travel spot for the Springfield area. Close access to I-44 and the airport, restaurants and simple conveniences are all within a short drive. Hotel is ground level, cinder block construction with clean and simple rooms. I like parking my car right outside the door to the room.
