Friendly Staff and helpful shuttle make this a great place to stay.....

The hotel was CLEAN and breakfast is always wonderful to have on site so mama can get ready and everyone else can eat.

Visited Nashville with my husband and 4 year old grandson. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, nice pool area. No complaints- would definitely stay again.

This hotel is really clean, nice and comfortable. What I like most is that they go the extra mile! I left a camera behind on the shuttle and they were nice enough to put it to the side and mail it to me. Really, great hospitality! This was a perfect hotel for us. Friendly & helpful desk & staff, free & easy parking, nice clean room and unbelievably good breakfast! Even on Christmas when everybody would like to be home with their families, the desk was pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express, Nashville Opryland location.

Nice hotel. Basically across the street from the Grand Old Opry/Gaylord Resort/Opry Mills Mall. Complimentary shuttle which is very helpful, since that area is very confusing especially at night. Large breakfast area serving hot breakfast. Clean rooms, quiet. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was great. Front desk staff were very helpful. Reqested corner room and a 1 pm late check out. Breakfast was great and location was fine. Thanks to all staff for their assistance. Stay was wonderful.

Enjoyed every minute. And the breakfast as great too. Would recommend Holiday Express to everyone wanting to be near Orpy Land.

It was a nice visit, 5 days. I didn't like it as much as the Embassy Suites. Even though the Embassy rooms were older, they went the extra mile for you. Like not charging you for bottled water. The breakfast was really a cut above. At the Holiday Inn I had a blinking phone light that they said they would take care of and I had to unplug phone. It was […] still blinking when we left. We picked this hotel for it location to the Grand ole Opry. We give it top marks as it ticked all the boxes for us. Close to a number of restaurants and a shuttle to and from the Opry. Some visitors were using the hotel as a base to see Nashville, its only a 6 mile drive to Nashville downtown. beautiful hotel. clean and very modern facility. hot breakfast was very good! first time I have ever seen an automatic pancake maker! and they tasted good! the beds were comfortable. all in all I would definately stay there again.

This hotel has been recently renovated, even though according to staff it was relatively new. The area flooded in 2010 so they had to renovate. Very comfortable rooms, well kept, no frills perfect for business trip. We checked in on a Wednesday, after landing at Nashville International at 5pm. Hotel staff was pleasant, and recommended Jacks BBQ in town for our first taste of BBQ in the city. Breakfast was free and we didn't take advantage of the hotel shuttle because we rented a car. Breakfast was simple... toast/muffins/croissants, bananas, oatmeal, biscuits, eggs, sausage and pancakes. cereals and milks/yogurts. Met the needs for the day. Hotel is nice and clean. Front desk was friendly. The breakfast buffet was alright. Holiday Inn Express does not vary their buffet from one day to the next nor from one hotel to the next. The pool area was large but their was no hot tub nor was there any outdoor area. That would be a huge improvement for this hotel considering the day we were there […] it was close to 100. Mehr

Stayed here with my husband and children for three nights. Hotel is close to several restaurants and the Grand Ole Opry. Breakfast was good with several choices and was kept resupplied by the hotel staff. Would recommend.

A great location for the area, just down from Opryland. A very clean and inviting hotel. The room looked just like the picture shown on the web site and it met ours needs. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the next morning. When we come back to Nashville again, this hotel is where we would like to stay for a longer period of time.

We were greeted by a pleasant staff and had a nice, clean room that was comfortable. We also had a great breakfast in the morning. My daughter especially liked the pancake machine. We've seen waffle machines but never a pancake machine. I also liked that this hotel was within walking distance to Opryland.

Holiday inn Express Nashville was very good hotel. The service was good, but the location of hotel needs more stores, events and more restaurents. Alos, it needs someone carrys my bags from and to my car.

The hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very friendly and went to great lengths to help us locate activities, answer questions and help us find transportation etc. The size of the room was wonderful. This hotel is within easy walking distance of the Grand Ole Opry. Some other attractions including Cooters and the Wax Museum as well as several restaurants are nearby. The Opryland Resort is close by, as well as Opryland Mills Shopping Center and the Opryland Museum. The last two attractions were closed, due to flood damage, but will hopefully reopen […] soon. This Hotel has easy access to Grand Old Opry', Outlet mall, riverboat rides and other attractions. easy freeway access and very very quiet!!

Although we stayed only 1 night, it was extremely comfortable. Even though Opryland Mall is closed for renovations due to the floods, there is still lots to do. The hotel staff is great, the room is close to luxurious and extremely comfortable. Comfy bed and pillows and big, beautiful bathroom. The breakfast buffet was just okay (but it was free). […] There is a Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans within walking distance though. Slept like a baby. I'd stay here again. Mehr

it was a very stay. I have stayed here before. I will always use this hotel when i come to town. We checked in on christmas eve and stayed till the day after christmas. the service was immaculate as it always is. the breakfast was wonderful and they were very accomodating considering it was the holiday.

We live here in the Nashville area and we always treat our grandsons to a hotel stay ,so they are able to swim and relax in a different setting.This was our first time going to the Opryland area. Due to economic times we were a little low on money so we were looking for something cheaper but nice,I must say it was over and beyond what we had expected. […] Friendly staff ,very clean rooms,comfortable beds,temperature in pool area just right,the breakfast alone was worth the stay,all types of cereal,sausage,eggs,waffles, fruit,juices, pastrys,and of course coffee,etc. The hotel is in a good location ,we could see the Opryland hotel from our room,which is actually within walking distance on agood day. My only complaint would be the heat coming off and on to get the room to a certain temperature ,though it didn't seem to bother the others. The hotel was amazing, VERY CLEAN!!!! The beds were so comfy I would love to take it home with me. The pool was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a great place and we WILL stay again when we come down this way!!! Thanks Holiday Inn Expess!!!

The only things that weren't absolutely fine were that the commode "ran" after it was flushed, and the refrigerator was not cold.

We had a great stay at the Hotel. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.We began our day with the continental breakfast, great coffee and very nice accommodadations. Room was very nice, beds very comfortable. I like this place.

The hotel lobby, elevator, and halls were spotless. That impressed us right off the bat. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. Our room even smelled clean, not with some flowery room deodorizer, but actually clean!!!!! The room had enough space to move around in comfortably. Even the bath side of the shower curtain was very clean. The continental/hot breakfast was good. One morning the bacon ran out before I could get to it and one of the employees asked me if I'd like her to save me some the next morning. True to her word, she had saved it for me. Again, the eating area was neat as a pin. All employees were helpful and very pleasant. Didn't run into one sourpuss. The price was reasonable. Just one of the most pleasant stays in a moderately priced motel I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot. I will stay there every time I travel to Nashville and I'm not even interested in the Grand Old Opry. The motel is conveniently located near places to eat and easy access to highways.
