1-Please do not forget to take a printed copy of your reservation with you, the hotel will not recognize your reservation without it, and they will try to enforce a higher rate. 2- always try to get someone from the hotel to take you to your room when you check in, the first room that they gave me was occupied, and the second room has a broken airconditioning, […] and the third room did not open. I made 4 trips up and down, till I got access to a usable room. 3- The internet does not work in the hotel, the system is always down, and they also are always out of Internet Vouchers ( US$ 1.75 per hour ). $- would I stay there again? probably yes, as it fits with the budget, but I will be better prepared, extra toiletteries, towel, and maybe Internet connection. people there they were nassty, we ask for wine barket t and ice hey refuse to give us we were so confuse and went to the local bottle store when we get there near there bottle store we were robbed cellphone, money, camera and my wifes cosmeticts

The hotel is terrible! There is no parking, our shampoo and soap were stolen! I've never seen worst towel! The bathroom is dirty, at least has hot water! I'd never return again!

Hotel is OK but staff are not informed about local information and they give wrong information. I paid for an extra night based on the wrong information I received from hotel staff. When I found out the information was wrong and I didn't need the extra night, they didn't want to return the money. I wasted most of a day and finally got half of my money […] back plus half credit which I would never use as I don't live in Mozambique. Mehr

The hotel is in a very dangerous area. I was robbed of my cellphone within four days after my arrival. The rooms are not too bad if you don't mind the lipstick and dirt on the walls. The lights in the bathroom did not work but were fixed. The basin and bath drain pipes seems to be blocked. The remote control for the TV does not work and the only Enlish […] channel is BBC. There is no kettle in the room and no room service. The hotel do supply 2 lt drinking water on some days. The aircon is good. Hard to sleep with the noise made by the service lift. There are two lifts for the 12 floors and they did not work on 4 occasions. The menu in the restuarant is only in Portugeuse and the waiters cannot help much. The steak the serv is about the size of a fried egg. Everyone in the hotel tries to con you in some way on another. For example, the restuarant bill is MT450, I gave them MT600 and the give MT100 change and when I asked about the rest, they said they do not have change. This happened at reception as well. I bought 3 hours internet time during the weekend but when I want to do the same on Tuesday the guy at reception tells me I have to buy three 0ne hour units. I insisted on a 3 hour voucher and eventually buy on from another person at reception. Parking is a major problem and it is very dangerous to park in the parking area about one block from the hotel. The guard asked us if he can wash the car and we asked to wash the windscreen only and we gave him MT30.00. The next morning the front tyre was flat. We managed to get to a garage, pumped the tyre and it did not get flat for the next 5 days!! I have to go back to Maputo but will never stay in the Turismo again. Mehr

My colleague and I stayed in the Turismo hotel for a week. I was generally satisfied with the room condition and facilities. Generally, the dinner was enjoyable. Breakfast was fine apart from the sausages, which did not bear the stamp of a quality butcher. Regarding the hotel maintenance, we found on a few occasions that a lift (elevator) broke down […] and serving the 12 story building with a single lift caused frustration. The most negative about this hotel is that parking facilities are not included.and were 2 blocks away. The parkade does not accept vehicles after 20h00, in which case you must pay someone on street to guard you vehicle. Mehr

いつものことながらエレベーターの調子が悪い。遅すぎるし、いつ止まるのか乗っている間中心配になる。閉じ込められた人もいる。チェックインカウンターのスタッフのサービス品質が悪い。部屋に据付の金庫が壊れている。モザンビークでは現金には、いつも厳重に警戒していないとならないからつかれる。何度かキャッシュを紛失したことがある。サービス精神の向上が望まれる。

Bonne impression générale, pour cet hôtel bien situé. Quelques faiblesses dans le service, mais compensées par la bonne volonté du personnel. Ambiance agréable et détendue.

O Hotel tem como grande atractivo situar-se no centro comercial e histórico de Maputo. Partindo daqui o visitante pode partir à descoberta da cidade visitando os locais mais emblemáticos. Situa-se defronte ao mercado municipal e á Biblioteca Nacional (edificios centenários) próximo à fortaleza, à mesquita e a 2 min. da estação de caminho-de-ferro (o […] que permite partir à exploração de outros recantos ou mesmo dar um salto até à África do Sul). Fica igualmente a 10 min. do Conselho Municipal e da Catedral de Maputo, assim como da casa de Ferro ou do Jardim Botânico Tunduru. Quanto ao Hotel em si, é confortável, despretensioso, com um serviço discreto mas esforçado e com um restaurante muito razoável e um pequeno-almoço adequado. Mehr

Meille erittäin sopiva, haluamme nähdä paikallisia oloja ja elämänmenoa. Siisti, riittävän mukava, ravintolalla parveke, jossa mukava istua. Palvelu hyvää. Hissi välillä epäkunnossa, aina selvittiin.

Sem frigobar. Sem elevador por duas semanas.(eu estava no oitavo andar). Instalação de banheiro estragada. Internet (serviço básico) nunca funciona.
