Wir haben Sea World und die Sehenswuerdigkeiten in San Antonio besucht. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur das Fruehstueck war ein bischen duerftig (sehr wenig Auswahl).

Great hotel with friendly and knowledgable staff. Especially good at giving driving directions to someone not familiar with the area. Great outside covered patio with couches and fireplace right next to the pool and spa. Free parking and free shuttle to nearby places made it so convienient. Beds were comfy and made for a great night sleep. Loved the […] shower, too. Great location, easy to find and close to so much we wanted to do. This hotel was much nicer than what I expected to get for my money. Very pleasantly surprised. The only negative was an unfriendly smell in a hallway downstairs leading to the restrooms right off the lobby. The restrooms themselves were clean and smelled fine but I have to admit I was worried on the way to find them. I hope that part is taken care of before I return because I will definitely be back! "Clean, New, Nice Hotel near UTSA campus"
Everything from the room to the lobby to the bar was new and clean. The price was excellent. The room was a little smaller than the King rooms I've stayed in before, but not so much that it felt cramped. Good until I checked my credit card and was charged a $50.00 fee that was to hold the room and for incidentals but was not credited my card when leaving. The charge for the hotel was immediate but the refund for the $50.00 will take 3 to 4 business days. This is a unexceptable in my opinion. They could refund it immediately if they wanted to. "Great for a nice hotel in a moderate budget"
Great hotel, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Super close to the freeway but you can't even hear the noise. The only bad thing is that it was a little far from the river walk and the market square which was what we were going to see. But the hotel itself was great.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

I'm afraid to tell Sherdian that I've stayed here for the last time, I't's a beautiful hotel but after atraying several times and for a week at a time I wasn't given one voucher for a drink or breakfast, you charge a high amount for a room than an enormious amount for a normal breakfast, I'm going to take my business to another hotel which appreciates […] my business by suppling breakfast especially when I stay a week at a time on business. Adequate. Overall, the hotel is clean, pleasant, and quiet. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, and I didn't like the single handle faucets; the faucets required you to turn through increasing pressure for the cold water until reaching the warm. The water pressure then decreased as you transitioned to hot. Shower's corners also had buildup of mold […] and dirt. Could not open bathroom door completely without hitting sink. This hotel was very modern and attractive. I was however unhappy with the amount of noise from the hallway that came into the room. It was very noisy any time other guests or housekeeping came and went in the hall. I expect a little more noise proofing on hotel doors than what our room had. "Sheraton for a very good price"
The room was excellent. We stayed twice within a month. The hotel staff are wonderful. Amenities are great. Excellent location right across the freeway from UTSA. If we had any one complaint at all it was against one particular employee in the breakfast buffet. She definitely made us feel unwelcome and didn't bother with the common courtesy of smile […] and small talk. The restaurant manager and the other wait staff remembered us from our previous stay. Got in fairly late and our hallway smelled strongly of unwashed bodies. It had diminished some what by morning but still not a welcome we enjoyed. The breakfast was good and a friendly staff.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Awesome hotel, bad GPS address and no food options"
Awesome hotel. Can't complain about it. The two things that irked me were: 1) The address that is listed does not work in a GPS / iPhone / Droid device. It puts you in front of a super target about 7 miles away from the actual hotel (Which is across from the UTSA campus.) 2) There are virtually no food options in the area, except the food at the indoor […] mall across the road, which was expensive and limited in choice. THE BED IS BY FAR THE MOST COMFORTABLE PILLOWTOP BED IVE SLEPT AT IN A HOTEL. THE OUTSIDE CHAIRS BY THE POOL IS GREAT, AND THE CLEANLINESS OF THE HOTEL INSIDE AND OUT IS UNBELIEVABLE. I WILL DEFINITELY LOOK INTO THIS SAME HOTEL NEXT TIME :)Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung
