"Great staff. Clean. Close to interstate."
On the way to another destination, needed a place to stay overnight. Glad we stayed here. King suite was roomy and very nice. pleasantly surprised for the rate. I'm guessing the rates are more during football season. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Clean, convenient and the staff was very friendly. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. Also, if you need any business services there is an excellent print shop right next door.

Our stay at the Country Inn and Suites was a relaxing and pleasant experience. The hotel was charming and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if in Knoxville area.

My mother and I were driving through to Va and we initially were going to stay in Nashville but decided to stay in Knoxville since it is closer to Va. The room was decent. Up to date with flats screen, iPhone clock, fridge, microwave, delta shower head and most of all comfy beds.

We stayed at this hotel on a drive across the country - we were heading to Nashville the next day. The hotel is nice and clean, convenient from the Interstate, nice friendly staff, and good amenities. Recommended for leisure or business travelers.

The rooms are similar in style and quality to Hampton Inn, for about 20 dollars less. My only concern was that my room was sort of smoky. I'm not sure the previous guest was actually smoking in the room; perhaps the smell just lingered on the clothes. Anyway, there are tricks of the hotel trade to get rid of that, and they didn't work. Even in Day […] 2, the housekeeping didn't seem to use any room freshener to do the trick. That said, when I mentioned the problem to the front desk, they were extremely apologetic and offered to move me immediately. I was expecting a 2 star hotel, but it turns out this was better than our stay at Embassy suites the next day. Great rooms. Very well laid out and clean. Hotel looks new so that is always a plus!

We had gym meets in Knoxville the last two years. We have stayed here twice and will do so again. We also have our family stay here too. Very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast warm and good.

1st time staying with this chain. Sooo pleasantly surprised. Everything was top notch for a reasonable price. Breakfast was great with hot choices besides waffles and lots of other foods. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful . Sometimes, breakfast staff are "grumpy", but here the staff even cleared off our table and were automatically replenishing […] foods. Pool & hot tub looked clean and inviting. Many varied restaurants within 5 min. of hotel. This might have been our 1st time, but it won't be our last. Mehr

I would like to thank the personel that worked the front desk over the Christmas weekend they were very freindly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool area and the exercise room were very clean and kept up. Once again like to thank the people that work they for a very enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and we enjoyed the fitness room, pool and free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and made a point of greeting us each time we entered the lobby.

Stayed here one night while travelling. Huge two room suite was great for family of five with 3 teenagers. (Usually we have to get two rooms). Great hot breakfast bar. Very good value for family travel. Had nice looking indoor pool although we did not use. Homey sitting area/fireplace. clean. Definitely recommend.

This is the second-but not the last time I will stay at this Cedar Bluff location. Clean,comfortable, great breakfast; good location, nice price! The only things that would make this hotel perfect would be softer towels and an exhaust fan in the bathroom! There is a liquor store accross the parking lot with a great selection of wine but-be aware that […] apparantly there are no corkscrews to be found in the state of Tennessee! So be sure to bring your own! Also be sure to register your actual licenseplate number at front desk. We were awoken at 1 am by the management calling to say we had parked in a fire zone. This Inn was really clean and quiet. The Employees were kind and helpful and the breakfast was full of choices all fresh and filling!

We were visiting UT for a football weekend so places closer were full or extremely expensive. Everything was good except for three things: We were right above the outside condenser. Even though it was cold the condenser was running. It stopped and started and was quite loud. This did not bother me but my husband said it woke him up several times. One […] morning there was only lukewarm hot water. When you were in the bathroom you could hear conversations in another room. The reason I would recommend the hotel despite these three problems is that the staff was very accommodating, everything was very clean, the complimentary breakfast was good and served until 11 on weekends, and the one bedroom suite had a comfortable king bed, a sofa sleeper and they brought in a rollaway. Coffee and tea were available throughout the day and there were also cookies at one point .It was a quick trip on the highway to UT. Mehr

I had a hard time finding something negative to say about this hotel. I guess if I had to pick one thing it would be the pool/spa. Both were very small and surrounded by glass walls. So anyone walking from the lobby to the elevators can see you sitting there, trying to relax. Other than that everything was great. The staff was super nice and helpful. We were returning home to west Tennessee from Washington DC area and stayed one night in this hotel in Knoxville TN on the final leg of our vacation. We found it to be clean, friendly and offered an exceptional breakfast! We were provided a small discount at the local Lemongrass Thai restaurant and enjoyed a very good dinner there. "Excellent Staff, Decent Rooms"
The hotel was overall clean and location was convenient for us. We stayed for 5 nights and by about day 3 with 2 kids the floor needed to be vacuumed but housekeeping only came in to make the beds and empty the trash cans. Breakfast wasn't going to win any awards but there was variety each day, tasted decent, and allowed us to make it to lunch. Internet […] access worked well. The staff gets A++ for courtesy--par with that of 5 star hotel. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 for most ratings is that I only rate it 5 if it's the best I've ever seen or as good as the best I've never seen. The quality of the room and cleanliness was great. The hotel was well maintained and the staff was friendly. The price was very reasonable for the room. I only stayed one night but I will definitely stay there again.

For the price of a lower quality hotel, we stayed here and loved how nice it was. The decor was new and updated, service was friendly and helpful and the room was great. Little touches like Pantene shampoo, great in-room coffee, new flat-panel TV with 3 HBO channels thanks to Direct TV made it a nice stay. Everything from the paint on the walls to the […] paintings hanging on them to the nice furniture made it feel like we were staying at an expensive downtown hotel somewhere. The included breakfast buffet was good with the usual waffle irons, etc. and although we didn't use the pool and hot tub they looked nice. Also, I was grateful for the free wi-fi since so many hotels either make you pay for it or just don't offer it. It's located just north of the intersection of I-40 and Cedar Bluff, so there's easy access to the interstate and to Kingston Pike without all the noise.
