When we saw the picture of the hotel we thought that it would be more modern. Except some of the staff members overall was okay. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend.

I stayed at SuCasa for 8 days and it was a very pleasant stay! The location was very good (just 10 minutes by bus from KLCC/Petronous tower, close to LRT stations), there was a 24 hours grocery shop just opposite, the room was clean with modern equipments and the staffs were helpful and freindly. The hotel was busy, with mainly Arab guests. There was […] a suiming pool and a gym, however, you need to have proper suiming costume to use suiming pool, which I didn't have at that time. The little disappointing things were: my room was not ready when I booked in, so had to wait for a while, but I was given a free drinks to pass time before the room was ready. The price of food at their restaurant was quite high, and their kitchenette is not well eqipped if you are planning to properly cook regularly. However the kitchenette is fine for warming food etc. Overall, I can happily recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Mehr

Hotel is in a good location at Japan Ampang with proximity to KLCC, business district with Menara Citibank building close by. Though this being the main road it gets crowded during peak hours. The hotel was very nice and the service was very good. What ever I asked for they accomodated me. The rooms are all suites, so there was no problem with space. I loved the separate shower and bath tub, for those long business days that turned into long business nights. Thanks!

As 5 of us travelled together to attend wedding, we needed 2 bedrooms suite. My experience during the stay was firstly is Security concern is not good as anyone can enter to take the lift to any level. Secondly is Lifts and common corridor is stuffy due to poor air circulation and it is non air-con. Room and facilities condition was fair.

I was traveling from the south for a meeting in kl. Living in the south means that kl is not my ballpark. My main concern was to arrive in kl before dark so I can see clearly where I was suppose to go. Arriving at the Sungai besi toll at around 6 pm, I was quite apprehensive at whether I can make it to the hotel in time. I took the SMART highway coming […] out at Jln Tun Razak, took an exit to Jln Ampang, and lo and behold, the hotel was already infront of me. Took me by surprise because I didn't expect to locate the holel that easily. Everything about the hotel is quite satisfactorily commendable with the reasonable price. I will most probably repeat my business whenever I am in KL. In fact I've already recommended the hotel to a few friends. Keep up the good work. Mehr

Wifi limitation to a single device for 24 hours at a time was inconvenient, restricting and outdated. However, bed linen and pillows were comfortable.

The best thing I can say about this place is the size of rooms and probably an ok location. The place is understaffed and the staff not very friendly. Stay away from the tour service as it does not offer more than a normal taxi. Breakfast was ok, but lunch was terrible.

We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay at Nomad SuCasa. Be careful of rush hour if you are getting a taxi, it took us an hour to go a very short distance.

Cheap and cheerful we stop at the SuCasa as a stop over for 1 night in KL before heading off to Boreno. Hotel rooms are tired and in need off a refurb but it's clean, cheap and the staff are cheerful

Rooms large, tidy and clean with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Decor and furniture a bit dated and non-smoking room still with evidence of burns from previous smokers... Food great and staff helpful - pool excellent and well utilised in the 30 degrees plus temperatures. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this hotel is very good but the only problem is the airconditioning in the bedroom is quite noisy.

The Nomad Sucasa is customer-friendly, and quite suitable for a short-term or long-term stay. We enjoyed it a lot for 7 nights. The only weak point was shortage of adapters for using 2-prongs electronic devices.

Everything is good...i've come back to this place time and again when i'm in KL. Just that on my last trip i need to get a tripleA batteries for my tuner...its cost 3.50RM but the batteries were expired & i cant use it...gotta stop half way to genting to get a new set. The room was clean, with two big rooms inside the suite with a large licing room and a kitchen. Very close to KLCC and other main shopping complex, cost RM5 to take a taxi go to KLCC. Will stay again next time I am here.

This hotel is quite old, comparing to other new ones, so I would not be harsh to its equipment (and it actually has swimming pool). However, I do unsatisfy with its cleanness that there are stains on the sheet (especially pillows). In general, I like this hotel for its apartment design which is comfortable and the view is quite good (we can see KLCC […] from our 19-level room). The price is reasonable for what it has. 部屋はリビングとベッドルームに分かれ、広さは申し分なし。バス停もホテルのすぐ前にあり、市内から１．９ＲＭと格安で便数も多い。ＫＬＣCへは1ＲＭで行け、ここからは無料のＧＯＫLバスの利用も可。問題は部屋のメンテナンス。ベッドルームのエアコン、テレビが不調。メンテナンスを依頼したが何のアクションも無し。シャトルバンが1日3便あり。フロントに尋ねると時間と行き先を書いたメモをくれる。朝食なしのプランだったが、毎朝バス停近くに出るナシレマ屋台は最高にうまかった。値段は3RM程度。

Belle grande piscine. Située sur rue bruyante mais près du centre-ville. Grands appartements. Moquette dans tout l'appart (sauf sdb) = odeur d'humidité persistante. Bon service.

今回のＫＬの目的は健康診断の為、当ホテルを８日間利用したが、十分に満足いくものであった。部屋は広く清潔で、掃除も日々行き届いており、次回もこのホテルを利用したく思い、メレーシアのお金を換金せずにまた持ち帰った次第です。勿論再度このホテルとＫＬに来たいと思ったから。ツインタワーまでもバスを利用し、１ＲＭでいけます。近くにはショッピングできる店もあり、常に新鮮な野菜と果物を購入し、部屋で新鮮な野菜等を食べていた。キッチンがついているのも魅力です。マレーシアＫＬに行くなら次もこのホテルを利用したいともう既に決めています。

酒店很近雙子塔(KLCC),但是不要相信地圖,因為不近地鐵站,剛好在兩個地鐵站的中間....去酒店可以在KLCC對面搭bus.如果酒店去KLCC其實可以搭taxi,或者酒店對面就是有一個公交車站,什麽車都經過KLCC的,所以公交車也很方便.我訂的是兩個睡房的家庭房,房間很大,不過有些設施有點舊.不過我覺得這家酒店還是可以,因為附近挺安靜,對面有便利商店,性價比不錯,因為附近的酒店都貴很多了,所以還是可以的.另外酒店早餐一般般,如果同樣的價錢,我會去KLCC shopping Mall 的food court 吃^.^!!

ホテルからはタクシーで移動が基本になる場所にありますが、KLCCまでは４RMと手軽です。 すぐ前に地元のスーパーが有り、買い物には便利ですし、近くに各種レストランも揃っており、非常に滞在しやすいホテルです。部屋は落ち着きがありますし、眺望も良し。ただし、ツーベッドスィートルームはツインタワービューではないのが残念ですが、落ち着いた滞在をお望みの人には最適です。

One of good hotels, I suppose. But a bit far from the nearest train station, that is Ampang Station. Need to use bus as there's a bus stop nearby. Most of the staffs are so helpful and kind and friendly, but felt that some front staffs try to avoid catching our eyes when they are kind of busy. I liked the room, but room cleaning staff do poor job. When […] I came back to the room, I found out that our snacks were gone. I don't know whether they made mistake and thought they were just rubbish, or they wanted them... Also at toilet water was still running. On the next day, I found a card key still on the switch...seemed cleaning staff locked himself/herself out without taking it away. Though it's a good room, I found lots of small bugs running as we left some coke in a glass on the table from night to the following morning. That was disgusting. The supermarket nearby is horrible. It closes before designated closing hour. The mini shop at the hotel is good. Reasonable prices and friendly clerk lady. The Seven Eleven Convenience store across from the hotel is good too. The Concerge staff which is a big man, is a very friendly and helpful worker. An Indian man in charge of tour desk is not polite. He said to me "Sit down!" I'm a guest, though I'm young. Lots of customers are from middle east, I felt. Breakfast was good. Egg cook lady is so kind and makes good ones, but sometimes too busy and forget who ordered what, so please help her and don't be angry. Mehr
