Gutes Hotel, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wallstreet , am südlichsten Ende des Broadway. Sehr nette Bedienung. Enges aber sauberes Zimmer mit zwei Kingsize-Betten.

Großes Zimmer, gute Betten. Bei Zimmern nach hinten raus kann man bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Internet fürs Zimmer zu teuer. Im Bad leichter Renovierungsstau. Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant empfehlenswert, sehr nette Bedienung. Infostand für Sightseeing im Hotel sehr gut. Karten tlw. kostenfrei. Mexik. Pub +Chinarestaurant ca. 200 m entfernt. U-Bahn ca. 400m weg.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, zweckmäßig und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. In direkter Nähe befinden sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Stock Exchange, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church) und man erreicht 3 verschiedene Subway-Stationen innerhalb weniger Gehminuten. Außerdem die Fähre nach LongIsland bzw. den Anleger für die Boote zur Freiheitsstatue und Elis Island. Da an der Wallstreet Abends/ Nachts nicht ganz so viel los ist, kann man - für NYC-Verhältnisse - relativ ruhig schlafen, v.a. im Vergleich mit der Gegend rund um den TimesSquare usw. Ein kleines, aber feines, familiengeführtes (so schien es) Hotel, dass wir auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen würden!

"Carvi Hotel New York - a little gem"
This hotel was clean, neat, and in a great, quiet location not too far from the centre of town, just one block from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the room was small (aren't all in NYC?), it comfortably housed 3 adults. We got this on a special, which also made it really good value.
"Good quality for good price"
The hotel has good amenities for a good price. The linens were clean and crisp, nice pillows, and a beautiful Sony flat screen TV. The bathroom was nicely appointed in marble with ample space (even tho it was small), it was clean, well-lit and had some room to put your things on. Good water pressure in the shower and the towels were nice; large and […] fluffy. They also provide a robe which is a nice extra. There is nothing fancy about the room or the hotel but it has everything you need for a nice stay and is a very good value for the price. Mehr

"Clean room, outstanding staff"
The room was impeccable. It was clean. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Will stay there on future trips to New York (and if I ever go to portugal).
"Carvi hotel"
The first room we were in had a huge hole in the window, the room was about 32 degees. Fortunately, we were given another room. In our new room, the cable box wasn't hooked up so my bf had to hook it up himself. All in all, our stay was ok. Would recommend if only going for a night or two.

The Carvi Hotel was a reasonably priced, very centrally located hotel. Would recommend it to anyone visiting New York for a few nights.
"The hotel would rate higher, but..."
...I was trying to get some sleep after check-in at 3:30pm and prior to having to go out later that night. They were doing construction outside of my room for at least 90 minutes. 90 minutes of drilling which even drowned out the television. I had to leave and go across the street for dinner until they were done at 6pm. Otherwise, it's a well appointed […] hotel with free wi-fi and a fridge (that doubles as a mini-bar). I got a great price for being in Midtown. However, it may have been worthwhile to just pay more and get more rest... Mehr

This was a wonderful find for NYC. Reasonably priced, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. I would easily recommend to friend and colleagues.

"So-so condition of hotel"
The fire alarm went off periodically as an accident. The curtain rods were coming off / falling off the wall. Damages / markings to walls were not fixed. The heat / AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and shower was fine.
"Nice Boutique Hotel"
The hotel is small, simple, and clean. Strait forward place in a good location...making it easy to gain access to several good restaurants, bars and shops. A little expensive given the size of the hotel, but moderately equiped for a single night stay.
"Maintenance"
The hotel is conveniently located near Rockefeller center and other attractions. The only issue that i had was that the plumbing fixtures and accessories in the bathroom were very loose and i was concerned that the vanity faucet would come off in my hand! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to NYC. It was nice, clean, and the staff were friendly and courteous. There is a terrace on the roof with seating and the location is great. The little restaurant next door is super tasty - it's nothing fancy, but the food is good

"Convenient and quiet location"
Had a nice 3 day stay here over Memorial Day weekend--the cross street location is quiet and hotel is convenient to many sights of NYC. Room was small (typical size for NYC) but immaculately clean and furnishings looked new. Bed had a washable duvet cover--none of those nasty bedspreads!! Hotel staff friendly and helpful. "Small rooms"
Convenient location for business in Midtown. Room was very small and not completely clean. The walls had dirty marks all over them. I saw a computer in the lobby but you can't print out your boarding pass there. Overall, an ok stay but probably would avoid in the future if there is a choice.

"Toppenläge"
Hotellet låg bra till - nära till shopping på Lexington Ave, tunnelbanan och Central Park. Fri Wi-Fi. Härlig takterass. Flera bra frukostställen i kvarteret. Lugnt och skönt på kvällarna - kan varmt rekommenera den italienska restaurangen Angelos. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo på Carvi Hotel igen!
"Trivelig lite hotell"
Vi fant oss vel til rette i dette lille hyggelige hotellet. Fikk først et rom nede mot bakgården som var litt innestengt, men fikk byttet til et med utsikt mot gaten resten av oppholdet. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Vi valgte hotellet ut i fra beliggenhet, da vi tidligere har bodd ett kvartal unna og kjente området godt. Midt i blink ut i fra dette […] kriteriet. Mehr
