Good inexpensive place to stay over before going to the airport.

The tiny room just and just fits in a bed, table and a sink. A non smoking room is filled with old cigarette stank and the old weary carpet tells you nothing has changed for ages. The room is cold but the fridge that is hidden under the table is empty, stinky and warm (and since it is also very loud it is comfortably located next to your pillow). Electricity […] seems to be self installed and DIY spirit is visible allover revealing the complete ignorance on detail. The shower hardly sticks to the wall and i just had to take pictures of the incredible tap installation. The sense of cleanliness is also from the outer world, unless you're used to feel the dirt in your hands.. I appreciate DIY and roughness can have some sort of romance to it, but it all has its limit if you're forced to pay a way over its worth. Every so often i woke up early morning to the sound of someone either moaning or throwing up. I also won't recommend leaving any valuables in your hotel room (nor walking with it on the street). Because the staff is probably really lovely and well-meaning, i feel bad to say that my stay in the hotel was an interesting experience which i hope not to repeat. Mehr

In the guetto of Frankfurt. I was afraid of leaving the hotel because someone warned me of robbery. When I booked it I thought it was close to the airport. I was in the city.

Great location for the price. Close enough to the airport and clean. Small room had all of the amenities of the more expensive hotels, but the bed was not the most comfortable. We only needed a place to put our heads for 4 hours as we drove in from Berlin and needed to get to the Frankfurt airport by 7:30 am. Very over-priced for what it is, although there was a expo on, this was still way over-priced

The Arosa is a very simple, no-thrills hotel. It is clean, has an elevator and the service is friendly. Breakfast buffet is good. The hotel is old and the interior shows it. But if you need an inexpensive place to lay your head, it does the job well.

Frankfurt itself isn't such an exciting place, very little to do. There is a small but nice old town area called Romberg to the east of the city, but this hotel is an hour's walk or complicated 2 tram ride away. Excellent location - city, airport, convention center but spartan does not begin to describe the decor. If tram noises bother you - find another hotel. If they don't - the location and price can't be beat.

I was overall satisfied with this hotel especially the location really worked for me. I do think that someone should walk me to my room on arrival to show me the room and how things work since I came from the United States.

Especially if you are visiting Frankfurt Messe (Fair) Arosa´s location is great. It takes only about fifteen minutes to get there and even downtown is not far. Buffet breakfast is great. and there are a lot of take away -places and nice small restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Nice hotel with cosy room with many facilities, like ironing, slippers, TV, bathroom, fridge and many more. Clean hotel and room, I would stay again. Although the hotel has free wireless Internet, it is only for 20 minutes.

Friendly staff. Clean room, although toilet seat somewhat broken. Breakfast OK, but dry bread. Good basic hotel. Close to motorway, which can be practical when passing through.
