Zentrale Lage. Strip ist(gerade noch) fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr sauber. Schönes Zimmer mit nur 1 kleinen Mangel: kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Haben das Hotel drei Nächte lang genutzt. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite das Casino Terribles mit Frühstücksbuffet zu Preis von 5,99 Dollar pP, ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg bis zum LV-Boulevard - was will man mehr? Ist zwar eher HI-Express - Standard, aber völlig ausreichend. Große, saubere Zimmer. Fluglärm kaum wahrnehmbar, […] eher die häufigen Einsätze der gegenüberliegenden Einsatzstelle des LV-Fire Department. Für Las Vegas dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder! Mehr

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden: großes Zimmer, riesiges Bad.. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Standard-Klimaanlage ist so laut, dass man sie nachts nicht unbedingt anlassen mag..

Das Hotel ist Übersichtlich und gut! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ganz wichtig, der Shuttleservice ist Top! Die bringen Sie so oft sie wollen zum Strip und holen sie an bestimmten Punkten wieder ab. So ist die Lage des Hotels auch entschärft! Der Shuttleservice ist kostenlos!!!!! If you rent a car, the location is great - easy access to the strip, airport and convention center. If you don't rent a car, I'd imagine that you'd feel as though you were stuck in a no-man's land. It's a business hotel, not a resort, although they did stick us with a $12.00/day "resort" fee. Room very clean, hotel clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

The look and cleanliness of the room was great. Had a very modern feel to it. Would recommend a King size bed for any couple that wants to sleep comfortably. My wife and I felt as though we were rolling in towards the middle of the queen size which made it slightly uncomfortable. The air conditioner is ridiculously close to the bed. very clean-although glasses anf small papper trash in hallway on my 4th floor left from 8pm till 9am next day...they are trying to get organized after taking over the hotel from HI...great/friendly/responsive staff...will stay again if the new resort fees are not to high....really nice staffstay away from the main street side of hotel-car/emerency vehicle […] noise all night Mehr

When we got to our hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was, especially for the price we paid. They have a gated parking garage and you have to swipe your room key before the elevator allows you to go to a different floor--so we felt pretty safe, even though it wasn't the greatest neighborhood (it wasn't terrible either--it was just Vegas). […] The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the guy at the front desk was really nice. I read about the "paper thin walls" in reviews and a few trashy girls were staying in the room next to ours and we could hear loud music playing when we got back to the hotel after midnight, but we couldn't hear it once we got into our room--thank goodness! It wasn't until the next morning, just before 7am when the girls were literally screaming at each other, throwing things, and slamming doors that we could hear them. However, we called the front desk, and they immediately came up and told the girls that there had been complaints and they needed to be quiet, which fixed the problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the condition of the room left a lot to be desired. The grout in the bathroom was dirty and there was red mold in the shower.

First of all when we arrived there was old food sitting in front of one of the hotel rooms. Then the smell in the hallways was just beyound stinky. My 8 year old son and I tried too go to sleep there was a banging noise that went on for about 3 hours up above!! Then the room was dusty and a little dirty! The stay was awful. We needed a hotel near the airport for one night before heading to Zion. Like others have said, the hotel was a little hard to identify as there are no big signs or lights up front. However, once inside, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking is inside a secure garage, and elevators require a key to move..so felt quite secure. Just perfect for the couple of late nights check ins.. all we needed was a 4* like rooms (Bed was more comfortable than the 5* Aria Hotel.. Smoke free and safe parking and no line ups and large hotel pains. Great place very clean, like new all over breakfast is just OK, still better than the continental elsewhere. Staff is very kind. Good location for driving a car to LV. Modern and new decoration as described on the website. The bathroom is huge, but the shower system is not so comfortable for user. The electronic curtain is not working. However, it's valued price for the weekend stay in LV.

The hotel is newer and clean about 1/2 mile east of the strip. It was a very quiet comfortable stay. I would stay there again.

This place was great, nicely appointed room, no smoking at all and great bedding. Forte Restaurant good for quick meals only. This is a quiet hotel which is great if you just want to get away from the strip or don't want to overpay. Hotel has great shuttle to and from the strip hotels.

Not far from the strip and highway. Good location.

It was a great deal. 2 years into the remodeling. Didn't feel quite finished but definitely clean. As long as you don't mind driving to the strip or a 25 minute walk to the strip its well worth the amount paid it took care of the basics

It is a pure hotel, no slot machine. Free WiFi. Very clean. Parking is safe, you have to slide key card to pass the gate. Not far from the convention center. If you are here for trade show or some other activity in convention center, this hotel is a good choice. The price is great and no extra charge for 3rd person.

It is a very nice hotel. We used the shuttle service to go to the strip and visited unlv. It is $10 for the entire stay (or $7 for a day) and the drivers are very friendly. The complimentary pick up and drop off to the airport was also nice. If you go to Vegas for business without a car, this hotel is perfect.

clean and comfortable. need a car or taxi to get to the strip. We had rental car. You can park at the Bill's casino for free on the strip. They were very strict about checkout time which is 11am not even aminute extended.

stayed on Chrstmas eve to Christmas Day Very suprised at the quality of room for the price. Full breakfast also included. For the money you can not beat it:)

Great hotel to stay if you want to be close to the strip but also have the ability to take a break from all the hype when it's time to sleep. Amazing service from very friendly and accommodating desk and hotel staff. Spacious room with super comfy bed!! Great value for money. Complimentary shuttle bus to and from hotel was very convenient and a great […] service. Shuttle bus option to and from the strip was a great option (even at $5 per person, for the entire stay, very cheap option for great service!) Shuttle picks you up from hotel lobby and there are several drop-off/pick-up points at major hotels and shopping malls along the strip. Just a call directly to the shuttle and the most i had to wait would have been 15 minutes to be picked up. Mehr

When we arrived early the personal were very accomodating. They happened to have our room ready and we went in immediately. They were very helpful to get my airline boarding pass from there computer and kept asking if there was anything else they could do for us. Thanks to Daniel.

Beautiful modern hotel. Staff was extremely courteous, helpful. Hotel is far enough away to be distant from crowds, but literally walking distance to the strip. Easy and free self parking, lovely breakfast buffet catered by local fine restaurant. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly.

If you want the glamour and excitement of the Strip, this is not the hotel for you. It's vibe is more that of a business hotel. It's clean, contemporary, and comfortable. with a nice pool and spa. The only downside, which is pretty common with hotels at this level, is the noise of the air conditioning unit. Othewise, a nice stay.

This hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the Strip, with a Starbucks on the way! Easy walking in the winter, but it was a bit too hot for summer walking. We stayed for the price, but ended up spending more than the difference in cab fares. Free shuttle to the airport was great!

modern decor plus relatively new and not far from the strip. i would stay here again and highly recommend it. you'll save as compared to the big hotels on the strip.

If you don't want the noise and hustle and bustle of being on the strip this is a great hotel. Excellent value for money and provides free shuttle to the strip. Abput 3 blocks back from Las Vegas Boulevard. Stayed one night in July 2011 and no complaints.

Great little hotel off the strip, excellent service very quick check in. Very Cheap new place to stay

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in late July 2011. The hotel is very clean and nice, however, it's too far to walk to the strip and the hotel shuttle service stops at 9pm which is much too early if you want to get back after catching a late show. There is no direct RTC bus going from the hotel to the strip either. If you're a tourist, you'll need a car […] or stay at a hotel closer to the strip. Mehr

Stayed here for one night with my girlfriend at this non-casino hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is not the best, yet it is not very far from the strip. Parking is complimentary, and there is a shuttle van to the strip for like $7 each way I think. Rooms are clean and affordable.

This hotel was prefect! Very modern and clean. We will be going back for sure.

Just because it's a Holiday Inn, don't be turned off by your visit. We went there last weekend, and we were very satisfied with the service and overall cleanliness of our stay there. It was very clean, very modern and very welcoming. It is away from the strip but it's still a good location, it's on Flamingo Drive so it's close by the Paris Hotel and […] Ceaser's Palace. It is also convenient, from the garage the elevator takes you to your room and it's very secured, if you go out late at night you need your Hotel Key to enter the garage. The rooms are very nice and it's exactly what it looks like in the photo. Also, there is a Buca de Beppo across the street and you can order room service from there as well from Buca to your room. Modern looking hotel but cheap finishes, already looking somewhat battered and the wooden bed base caused a lot of bruises. Advertized as having a resturant and bar but did not infact have one any more. Staff very nice and shuttle to the strip which stops at 10pm.
