The hotel is not as well maintained as other Hyatt Places that I have stayed at. I was also disappointed that even though I booked two rooms, they were not together. In fact, they were not even on the same floor.

Stayed here for an overnight as it was close to the airport and I had an 7:00am departure the next morning. Hotel shuttle was very prompt every 30 minutes and left on the nose at 6:00am the next morning. The gentleman that worked the front desk ( I believe his name was pronounce "Favion") was extremely nice and courteous. My TV didn't work but he immediately […] gave me another room. Hotel staff was very polite and friendly, nothing negative to say about the hotel or surrounding areas at all. :) the free breakfast was a great way to get the kids going in the morning and the extra towels kept poolside was awesome when traveling with 4 kids who loved the pool! The staff was polite and helpful. when we called to ask if there were towels by the pool, they said, "There should be, if not there will be by the time you get there." Good "HOT" Breakfast, WIFI outstanding connections at the tv for laptop, DVD Player game console, etc. I was able to get adjoining rooms with my travel partner, and the desks were right […] next to the adjoining door, so it made working in the room very comfortable. The layout of the room was excellent and had a room divider between the sleeping area and the sitting area. Nice tasteful attention to detail all around this hotel. A very spacious and comfortable stay. Late checkin was a breeze. Clean room that has a better layout than most typical hotel-style rooms. Who gets a couch in their room? Here you do. Awesome hotel!!! Nice staff, excellent breakfast....kitchen is open 24hrs for the late nite munchies and the food was great... I would stay here again and I am very picky about where me & my kids lay our heads!!!

Very happy with our stay. We booked one night on our way to another destination. The "front desk" is small and the staff also helps with the bar and food service but this did not slow down our check in process. The staff was nice and helpful. Very pleasant and helpful team on the front desk. I had to leave the hotel at 2.30am and breakfast wasn't yet prepared, yet the front desk made me coffee, served cereal and orange juice, with a smile! Rooms are very clean too and consistent with the Hyatt family of hotels. Thank you.

This hotel is VERY nice! I travel on business every month and am pretty picky about hotel quality. The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. I will stay again, especially if I can get a good rate. The only thing is that I wish the rooms had microwaves, but there is one available in the dining area.

The stay was OK, Aircondition are next to the bed and was very unconfotable all night due to noise. I had to purchase a bottle of water at an outradgous price of $2.45 for purified small bottel which I found very unfair and ridiculious.

The first thing my 9 year old said was, "this place is too nice for us". The rooms were very large and the pillows and linens were SOOO comfortable. We had some friends come up to our room and even with 13 people in the room, there was still plenty of space for us to sit, drink, and talk.

Checked in at midnight and 2 people we talked to from hotel were super-attentive and seemed genuinely happy we were there.

Convenient location close to JAX airport. Staff was friendly, but not overly excited. Hyatt quality furnishings with very good complementary breakfast offerings. Room was smaller than other equivalent star ratings with lower rates including other Hyatts in other parts of the country, but had a larger than normal t.v (42" I think). No in-room microwave […] (one available in the main dining area of motel though). Corner of carpets in our room needed vacuuming, but overall room condition was good. No inside pool either. Weather was too cold to swim (no fault of motel) & outdoor pool had leaves in it. Would we recommend a stay here to others...yes, but discount rate would be helpful. Mehr

We stayed here on our way down to Orlando. It's location is conveniently located near I-95. The breakfast was a nice add-on, as was the free wi-fi. With two queen beds, the room fit our family of four perfectly.

The property/room is very nice but the staff is what separates this place from the others. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of the staff, however, they were more than willing to provide me with the answers to my questions about the area... insisting that I take something from the complimentary breakfast with me upon checkout to start my day off […] right... along with assisting me in getting back in the room after returning to the hotel b/c I had left my earphones in the room after checking out. The room was great. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The breakfast was disappointing.WAS NOT a buffet...more like a continental breakfast.
