Ideally located near airport.

We were quite happy with the hotel. Our only complaint was the shuttle that was provided. We waited at the airport for almost an hour, after 3 calls to the hotel by another party who were also waiting, before the shuttle came. There was a sign in the shuttle that said that we should contact them but a telephone is not always available. Other hotels […] had at least 3 shuttles show up during the time that we were waiting. Notwithstanding that, the hotel itself was okay. There was only 1 easy chair in the room and after sitting on a plane for 4 hours, it would have been nice for both of us to have a nice comfortable chair. Mehr

My wife and I stayed here for an over night layover on Good Friday. Everything was very nice. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast; it was sitting there waiting for us when we arrived in Toronto, and was on time leaving the hotel in the morning. The shuttle ride was short as the hotel is almost right next to the airport. The hotel itself was […] very nice. Check in was fast and the room was very well appointed. It had a sleep number bed, but to be honest… it didn’t seem to do anything. The food in the restaurant was very good, but the service was sub-par. There were three servers and five tables of guests, but it seemed that the servers were nowhere to be found; and when they were around, they couldn’t be bothered with us. There didn’t seem to be any other restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again. Especially because it seems that we got a much nicer hotel for the price than we would have gotten elsewhere. Mehr

A very pleasant place for a stop-over. The only problem we had was at the airport we had to wait three quarter's of an hour in the cold for the shuttle bus. The restaurant was better than many airport restaurants.

Very clean and comfortable room! Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a good stay considering it was the start of our holiday. But on our arrival to find out when we checked in we were misinformed that parking was not included. booked on line specking to a gentlemen and told us parking was included. Stayed at the beginning of our trip and also on the return. so a little dissapointed that the hotel would not do […] anything for us. Not the greatest service at the counter regardless of the time we checked in. Next time we would definitely look for a hotel that parking is included. Not this one!!!!! Mehr

After a late check-in and a quick swim we retired to the bar for a drink. The bartender (blonde woman in her late 20's/early 30's) could not have been more standoffish and rude. she treated us as if we were a hassle even though we were one of two parties in the whole bar. She then proceeded to sit her friends at the bar and have a grand old time ignoring […] the customers. Unacceptable. The balance of our experience was very good. Shame I won't return because of one incompetent and rude staff member. Mehr

Very comfortable, friendly staff, and good service to and from the airport. Highly recommended, and would stay there again.

We stayed for one night only because we had an overnight layover at the airport. Its extremely close to the airport and there is a complementary shuttle as well. We checked in at 10pm and when I asked if the restaurant was close since I missed dinner the front desk called the kitchen to see if they could make me something. Turns out the bar menu was […] still available but the front line staff were nice enough to check. Beds are really comfy and rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Mehr

Great stay. Good food in the restaurant and nice little bar. Great for anyone on the road working the GTA.

Free shuttle gets you to and from the airport in 15 minutes. Nice large beds, clean room worthy of any business traveler. Friendly staff and free coffee in morning. Restaurant on site but didn't use.

Excellent hotel for a great price. Just an overnight stop between flights, but well worth it. Top notch friendly service and quality

We can't recommend that hotel at all. Transfer from airport to hotel didn't work. Unreliable services. We forgot something at the hotel but didn't receive it till today.

The hotel was very nice, clean, good service, and good free cookies :) I didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, so I'm not sure how the food is or the price, but from hotels.com the rooms were more than decently priced. It is a little out of the downtown core, but not far if you have a vehicle.

Close to city centre shops and restaurants. Very good size rooms, but no wifi.

Very satisfied with our stay here, especially for the price. We didn't have any issues and our room was clean.

Close to the airport, large rooms, good service from a friendly staff. The room price very reasonable for the large a well furnished room. I recommend this hotel to all that looking to stay in the airport area in YYZ.

This hotel is NOT in Toronto, it's outside of Toronto, but right by the airport. The hotel was decent, but the beds have a dial to adjust how hard or soft it is. One of the beds was only hard and uncomfortable no matter how you adjusted the dial. The room was clean, but for 3 days there was a pizza box in the room that was never thrown away, even though […] we had written "trash" on the box. The pool is one of the smallest hotel pools I've ever seen and the water temperature was extremely cool and it was quite dirty. We also asked for 4 washcloths and towels everyday since there were 4 of us, and we never got them. Overall the hotel was fine, but if you're going to spend your time in Toronto, pick a hotel that is IN Toronto, not Mississauga. Mehr

Room was fine. Breakfast was good. Evening meals were limited but fine. Gym was small but clean and a nice. Pool area is small and 'unexciting', can't really do laps and not the place you would hang around for fun. Friendly staff.

A very pleasant, reasonably priced hotel, within 10 minutes of Toronto Airport. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive and the hotel is good value for money. A good, filling breakfast came in with the cost and the restaurant serves an excellent meal in the evening, at a reasonable price. There is a regular shuttle to and from the nearby airport, […] which runs reliably every half hour 24/7. It is a long way into Toronto centre. Take shuttle to the airport and either take a public bus @$3 to the underground, or, more expensive, but more convenient, the Airport Express Shuttle @$38 return. Takes you into the centre of Toronto and collects every half hour. The cost of the shuttle is equalled out by the price of this hotel compared with those in the centre of Toronto. Mehr

Clean, convenient to airport. Inside the hotel all is good. Outside is nothing. Don't expect to see anything other than concrete and other hotels. Must drive or taxi to restaurants outside of hotel.

This was my first time staying at a Hilton Garden and I was very pleased with everything. It was off the beaten path just a bit, but it only took 2 minutes to get to the main road. The hotel itself was beautiful - the rooms were accommodating and we fully intend on returning to that location when we visit Toronto again next year.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The atmosphere from when you first enter is very classy and is well maintained. The front desk personnel are very courteous and explain the details of your stay such as check out time, parking, and what amenities the hotel has to offer. The room was very comfortable and accommodating for our needs. Enjoyed the […] spa and pool, it was the highlight for my son as were the complimentary cookies in the lobby! Overall my experience was wonderful. The price is great and the rooms are VERY clean. It is in a nice and quiet street. However, not much attractions near by. You would have to drive far but the hotel is great for the price!!!

Nie Hotel, close to the airport, I will recomend it.

This hotel was fine for our 12 hour layover in Toronto. It's close to the airport and the shuttle bus made it easy. Hotel is outdated but the bathroom was nicely updated. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at The Hilton Garden Inn. Beds were very comfy as well as the linens. Everything was spotless. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Relatives had time to enjoy the pool and found it very clean. Staff was very friendly and we loved the promptness of the shuttle to take us to the airport.

We loved our stay, and the customer service demonstrated by the evening front desk rep Scott was beyond amazing. The restaurant/bar had closed and we wanted a pizza. He not only gave us the number for one of the local pizzaria's, but made sure our order & delivery went smoothly. What an amazing welcome! Thank you Scott!

great staff very helpful, came down with the flu and staff was very helpful, very supportive.

The hotel was very nice, but the location was not so great. There weren't any independent resturants within walking distance.
