Lake Eve Resort - Orlando

Nice hotel with hugh rooms and all the necessary equipment.

6 adults split a 3 bedroom suite and it was the perfect place. Great sized room with a full kitchen and living room to hang out in. The only thing that keeps this place from being a perfect 5 out of 5 was that there were no restaurants within walking distance.

Great resort, with full kitchen amenities. We are a family of six, everyone had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Will definitely stay again.

I travel quite extensively to the Orlando area and thought I’d found the perfect hotel. Online it was everything we were looking for in a hotel for a family vacation. Close to SeaWorld and other attractions, spacious accommodations for my family of five and nice amenities, I WAS WRONG. From minute one of walking into this hotel it was a disaster. The […] staff was rude, unaccommodating and very condescending. The hotel in general was maybe a 2.5 star location. My wife took my girls (8, 10 & 12) to the pool and within a half an hours had to leave due to the disgusting conditions and loud and vulgar atmosphere. Needless to say it was a short stay. We ended up leaving after two hours extremely frustrated and disappointed. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me and thank heaven for a fantastic hotels.com 5 Star team that rebooked us at a beautiful location just down the street. Very nice hotel. I would definitely recommend Lake Eve resort for any extended stay in Orlando. Rooms were very roomy, nice and clean. Staff was extremely professional. Grounds well maintained.

Very nice hotel and an excellent price from Hotels.com. My two complaints are that some of the staff did not speak English very well at all and that the hotel charged us a "resort fee" after our room was supposedly paid in full via Hotels.com. Nice room, and nice view of the lake.

Lake Eve Resort has to be at the top of your list if you're traveling to Orlando with a large family. Our 1200 sq ft suite had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 tvs, a full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, a dining area, and a living space. This suite was essentially the size of 3 typical hotel rooms that could sleep 6-10 comfortably. Free wi-fi […] is also an excellent benefit. The hotel was equivalent to high-end hotels in terms of room amenities but at a much more affordable rate. The cleanliness is not in the same league as a high-end hotel, I would categorize as between a Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza. Beds and bedding were typical hotel beds. But overall, the space was fantastic, the location is central, and the value is undeniable. I'd recommend to any family who wants space and privacy with easy access to parks and shopping. Mehr

The elevators were so slow that we finally had to look for the stairs. When we found them we assumed that we had found the staff only elevators because they were full of spider webs and mold. However we were told that those were the stairs for the guest. The suite that we had said that it would sleep 8 which included the sleeper sofa,however the sleeper […] sofa mattress was nothing but a piece of plastic over springs,in no way could anyone sleep on that. There was no mirrors in our room so 6 of us had to wait on eachother in the bathroom inorder to do makeup and hair drying. Also, the hotel was holding a Jewish function and when we were outside looking for the stairs we discovered that the hotel was cooking their food outside and they had left the burgers that were still raw out in the open uncovered and the hot stove was what we had to squeeze around to get to the lovely stairway. The hotel was amazing!!! There were big suites. The people working at the front rest were really nice and very helpful. The price was good and pictures of the rooms were accurate.

This is a very nice resort.the suite was spacious and had everything that we needed.it's very convienient because the trolley comes right outside and it's takes you all the way down International drive! The pool is well kept and the staff was very helpful.

the hotel was great.. only thing i didn't like was a surprise fee for the use of the recreational stuff at the hotel.. it was cold..we didn't use the pool or small exercise room..

Hotel was fabulous! Room was clean and spacious. Perfect for our valentine getaway and we cant wait to bring friends along for a group stay!

the beds were the WORST... it was like sleeping on a concrete slab... the pillows had makeup on the cases, like they had not been changed from the prior night, and for a hotel that is less than 2 years old, the towels were rough and thread bare. I could have stayed at LaQuinta and had a better nights rest... I happen to like their beds,

The units are large and comfortable. Kitchen accommodates full cooking. The ground and hotel are beautiful. I'm glad they kept the trees by the lake, it makes the place feel even more secluded and romantic. A must-stay!

I stayed two nights in a 3 bedroom villa and found nothing but positive things to say about the staff & rooms. I didn't see a whirlpool out on the deck however, maybe I missed it. Beds were very nice & comfy, pillows a bit too thick/firm for my comfort though. The breakfeast buffet was decent, almost not worth traveling to different location if you […] don't mind standard american fare. The restaurant insided was decent if you are looking for convenience. Two minute drive to the outlet mall, less than10 mins to Disney World. Spacious living area and bedrooms with nice kitchen and appliances. The arcade consists of a 7x7 room with three machines in there. The hotel lacks other forms of entertainment such as ping pong or childrens playground. Mehr

We were very pleased with everything at Lake Eve Resort. We booked a two bedroom suite for three nights. It was very up to date, comfortable and clean. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the pool and lake. We plan on staying here again.

The hotel was great. Guest services, food and location is what made the hotel even better. The only problem was the ac took a long time to cool the room.

This Resort is amazing and had everything I was looking for.. The size of the room for the price was amazing.. The room we had was actually a full 2 bedroom 2 bath with a living room and full kitchen.. The balcony had a beautiful view of the pool and lake.. The check in was quick the room was clean and huge I love it!! The only thing I didn't like was a little stench in the hallways, maybe because its no ventilation bit that's it. We had our 2 small children and it was spacious and relaxing. A definite winner!!!

On 12/31/2011 we arrived in Orlando around 8 pm and needed a place to stay. Being a party of 8 it was going to be difficult. Went online with my phone and got a 2 bedroom condo at 35% off. We arrived at the resort 20 minutes later and our reservation was not in yet. However the person at the front desk was very quick in getting everything ready. Within […] a few minutes we were inside the room. The hotel is fairly new so the rooms are very clean. Nice furniture and very comfortable beds, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms are very nice as well. Master bedroom had a king bed and a big bathroom with standing shower and jacuzzi style tub. 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds, which is better than other places were there are full size beds. Also had a sofa bed. We stayed on the 11th floor which showed a nice view of the lakes and all rooms have a balcony with view of the pool. I like the fact that all rooms had their LCD TVs, with a big one on the living room. The hotel staff was very pleasant and always had a smile. Over all a great experience Mehr

We had a family of 10 staying at a 3 bedroom suite in Lake Eve. The next time we go to Orlando, we want to stay here again, maybe in a 2 bedroom suite for the 4 of us. It was perfect. The kitchen was just right and well equipped (we didn't use it nearly enough). The price was perfect and cheaper than some of the studio hotels out there in the same area. […] It was minutes from Disney and Universal (after we figured out how to get around). The place was clean and we had a view of the pool. We didn't get to go to the pool because we were there a short time, but there was a boardwalk/lookout with beach chairs overlooking a small lake just beyond the pool. We would have gone out there with a glass of wine or done a barbecue if we would have had time. Can't wait to go back. Mehr

Was a random decision; but results are wonderful;very clean and comfortable hotel!!!

I stayed here two nights surrounding a week at a Disney property. The second night was unexpected, so I just went back to the hotel because the first night had been fabulous, with a very comfortable room - there were 7 of us, including an infant, and the room had a king bed and 2 queens. the second night I was hoping for a return to the same room, but […] didn't get it. this time, we got 2 queen beds and a pull out. the mattress on the pull out was so incredibly horrible that we made pallets on the floor. they should not expect a human to sleep on it. otherwise, the stay both nights was good and I'll return with my family, but only if we get the 3 bed option. no more pull outs for us! Loved the time there. It is perfect for a large group of family and friends to be together. Would so come back again.

Very comfortable and roomy. Beds are very nice and bedroom very clean no worries. Towels are very scratchy, only negative on our stay.

2 bedroom suite was a great price. Lots of space. We wound up getting a corner room so there was extra light in the living/dining area. Beds were very comfortable was a little surprised that there only three basic pillows on the king size bed. Just thought there'd be more. Room service provides decent sized meals (chicken parm is big) served in take […] out bags/boxes. Location was great. Around the corner from Premium Outlets. 5 minutes to Sea World. 20 min to Disney. Publix and Walgreens 5 minutes also. We've been there twice due to specials... And will go again at the right price. Mehr

Found a great price for the 3 bedroom suite. There were 8 of us and we were very comfortable. Did have a short drive to Disney and Universal and to airport. Would recommend if price is in your range when looking. Would stay here again for sure.

Our second time to stay at Lake Eve. We will stay there again when in Orlando. It was recommended to us by friends and we are recommending it to friends. Great location, covenient and very nice. Rates are also reasonable for the accommodations.

I really enjoyed my stay,althought everything closed early, like the resturant and pool bar if there was no business everything closed early

the Resort was beautiful and very close to outlet mall and restaurants but sleeping conditions need to improve....sleeper sofa had springs almost coming out of it and the beds were very hard

The only complaint I have is that the pillows are too small. Other than that I was thrilled with our experience at Lake Eve Resort for the price we paid. If able to get those prices in the future we are definitely staying there again. We stayed in a 3 bedrm suite with 4 adults, 2 teens and 4 children. We previously stayed in a 2 bdrm suite. The 3 bdrm has an excellent layout and was not cramped at all. The suite is very pretty and has flat screen tvs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. The beds in the guest rooms are comfortable, The master king has a very firm(too firm for me) […] mattress. I like the hotel feel of Lake Eve, there is staff available at all hours and valet parking. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again. Mehr

This hotel was quite clean and very well kept. An upscale hotel. However not much to do for children.
