Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

The staff at La Quinta Inn & Suites Allen at The Village were very warm, friendly, talkative, and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and they offered the option of *not* having your bedding cleaned every day to save water and energy, which is very important to me. The only reason I rated them 3 overall was that they used entirely disposable dishes, […] cups, and cutlery at the breakfast buffet -- nothing was reusable or recycled. This is unacceptable behaviour that needs to change rapidly in today's world of global climate change, ecological destruction, and overconsumption and waste. Hotels stand in a unique position to make contact with people of all walks of life and act as examples of a better more sustainable way of doing things, and thus can be a powerful force in helping drive the massive change in values that our culture so desperately needs. "Nice place to stay."
We enjoyed our one night stay at the Thotel. It was very clean and the breakfast was really good. Loved the biscuits and gravy! There were a couple of minor issues with the room but nothing major. The bathroom door would not lock and there was a little problem with the sink. We mentioned it to the staff upon checking out and they were very apologetic […] about it. Overall good stay. My room key didn't work the second day and there were 5 guys drinking, smoking and parting at the pool, under my window, until 1am. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient to all the things we wanted to do - shopping, dining, Frisco baseball park, etc. The price for the room was great, meaning lower than others in the area. Our only disappointment was we could not watch the Texas Rangers game because they had Dish Network and the Rangers were playing the Yankees. […] They should get Direct TV or Cable. The location of the hotel was right off the 75 central expressway which was very convenient. The bathroom had what looked like mildrew in the seam between the tub and tile in a corner. I enjoyed it. The only frustration was w/the tv. There were channels that we had per the brochure in room but which we could not see (of course, we did not call front desk either). With 2 guests who are both women, I would liked to have had 4 towels. The towels were a bit rough. Did not get to experience breakfast buffet, as we had to be out before […] the buffet started. Did not get to experience the pool area either, due to the event schedule. Really love that the hotel was pet-friendly. I wish there was a pet-sitter on-site. "Close to Presby-Allen, excellent hotel!"
Best La Quinta I've ever stayed in. The entire facility - everything - was very clean and fresh. The room has a newer style, with the bathroom, updated TV, and decor reflecting modern trends. Our room had a very comfortable mattress and better than average (hotel average) linens/towels. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool or spa but it looked […] nice from our window. Note: the main hotel entrance is located on Exchange Parkway, not on the service road to US-75. If you can't find the main entrance, you can access the hotel through the two businesses' parking lots north of the hotel, next to the hotel. It's all connected - you'll just 'go in the back way'. staff extremely friendly and courteous. room was spotless and very comfrtable. the feather pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. outdoor pool was heated with a jacuzzi. Pool area was clean and very nice. Wifi signal was a little was a little weak and slow but it worked. dsl line was also available in the room. walls were thick […] so the room was very quiet at night.
