Kleines von einer älteren Dame sehr herzlich geführtes Hotel.Die Dame liest die Wünsche von den Lippen ab.Sehr gutes Frühstück((Baguette,Toast gek. Schinken,Marmelade und wenn man früh aufsteht ,Obst.3 Min. zum Strand.

Wir sind ziemlich spät (00.00 Uhr) am Hotel eingetroffen, aber der Check-In war kein Problem, da die Rezeption, obwohl kleines Hotel, dauerhaft besetzt ist. Nachts ist immer ein junger Mann an der Rezeption und Tagsüber die Hotelbesitzerin. Eine ältere Dame, welche aber total lieb ist und immer für eine kleine Unterhaltung zu haben ist. Bei Fragen stehen […] die 2 immer zu Verfügung und geben gute Unternehmungstipps. Ein kleines Frühstück ist kostenlos inbegriffen (Kaffee, Baguette, Hörnchen, Nutella, Wurst, Käse). Nicht empfehlenswert für gute Frühstücker! Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten bequeme Betten. Außerdem TV, kostenloses schnelles W-lan, Kühlschrank, Fön, Telefon, Mikrowelle und ganz wichtig für Leute mit Mietwagen, wie wir, kostenloses Parken direkt im Hof oder an der Straße. Bei anderen Hotels kostet das ganze gern mal 30$ pro Nacht. Eine Bushaltestelle mit den besten Verbindungen nach South Beach und Downtown ist auch direkt vor der Tür. (Bus kostet 2$ pro Linie egal wohin) Die Umgebung des Hotels ist auch für jüngere super. Obwohl unser Zimmer an der Straße lag, war es immer ruhig. 3min bis zum Strand, welcher ziemlich ruhig ist. South Beach wo alle guten Partys steigen kann man super mit dem Bus erreichen und zurück mit dem Taxi kostet auch grad mal 20$. (ca 15€). In der Nähe sind auch viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte welche 24h geöffnet haben und kleinere Restaurants. Also sehr empfehlenswert das Hotel und Umgebung!! Mehr

As I staid in two hotels in Miami Beach during this trip, I can tell you, that this hotel is worth the money I paid compering with another one which was more expensive and very dirty. Baltic Hotel was clean, nice room, not bad location. I recommend it if you do not look for something really expensive and luxurious.

NO parking, small rooms, operator was nice enough. Narrow stairs. Small private home converted, should be better marketed as a bed and breakfast. we felt like any noise at all was disruptive which prohibited us from going out at night. I'd skip it on my next trip.

We had great time talking to hotel owner, very nice & sweet lady. However, the hotel itself - needs a lot of work. its really old, and kind of a hole. I found someone's hair in the bathroom. The positive thing - the beach is right ascoss the road.

Hi there, I thought that the hotel was run down and quite old. However it was clean but very dated. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. I have a phobia about bed bugs so we checked the room thoroughly before placing anything on the bed. I was very thankful to discover no signs whatsoever of bed bugs past or present. stayed here during Art Basel Miami Beach, and it was GREAT at less than a hundred a night - it's about a fifteen minute walk north of the NADA fair at the Deauville so up beyond the craziness of south beach in a fairly quiet neighborhood, the room was clean and very comfortable, it's directly across the street from the bus stop so for $2 you can either […] take the bus down to the island side fairs, or across the causeway to the mainland fairs (beats the heck outta dropping $35 to get to the wynwood district fairs or hoping that the fair shuttlebuses won't be packed), it's right around the corner from Walgreens at 74th and collins plus several small markets which makes getting sundries for the fairs much easier, as well as a handful of fast food places and a great burger joint called "burgers & shakes", also at at 74th and collins - for the price you are NOT going to find a better hotel on the island side, just hellishly noisy places further south Mehr

This is more a bed and breakfast than a hotel. It is quite cozy and Christina, the owner, gives it a very familiar feeling. The Baltic Hotel was clean, well-maintained and friendly. It's only a block away from the beach, and a few blocks to downtown--an easy walk, and not through bad neighborhoods either. It's 12 rooms in 2 floors, family run (essentially a single very friendly person taking care of "everything"). Breakfast is simple, server on a small table in the lobby but that was all we needed. The hotel was located in a very questionable neighborhood. We walked the two blocks over to the beach. Didn't walk on the beach because the theme seemed to be intoxicated groups of people, where we didn't feel safe pursuing the walk. The Baltic Hotel is a small very comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood, North Miami Beach. Cristina, the owner, is very friendly and has her guest's comfort and best interest in mind. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and 1 block from the beach. We will certainly stay with her again.

Found the hotel clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful with any bookings we had to make. The hotel was close to bus routes although some way from the airport.

The price was fair, and we were given a very good room with plenty of space. The breakfast was excellent and all fresh every morning. There is a city bicycle rental nearby which is great if you like to exercise, as well as a bus stop 10 ft away. Overall a good hotel to stay in, with pretty good service. Very involved owner but just relax and don't take it personal. Oh, and after you check in and get settled, use the back doors to come and go. Oh, and pay the extra to stay in one of the "deluxe" rooms. Totally worth it.

Quaint small boutique hotel with a shady looking exterior but clean and nostalgic lobby and rooms. The huge problem is parking. They have three parking spaces on the hotel property. You have to park on the street with people roaming around all night long. You have to keep feeding the parking meter during the day. We lodge in the Baltic Hotel for 6 days. Is a comfortable, clean, and small hotel, with very good relation cost-services, quiet place, near to the beach and confortable to parking free. Cristina, the owner's hotel, was always attentive to our needs. In our next visit to Miami, we will return to the Baltic without a doubt.

Hotel proprietor, Cristina certainly knows how to make you feel relaxed in this quaint little hotel in North Miami Beach. When we came out for breakfast we were expecting to find a little breakfast room or something similar. This was actually clean little hotel. The lady at the front desk was very friendly but perhaps a little dingy. There was no ice bucket in the room. I had to walk down the hall to fill our cups with ice.I had to ask for drinking cups and received a mismatched pair of cups that looked like the had been left by someone else. I left a wake up call for 6:30 […] AM that I somehow knew would not be delivered. When we left the hotel in the morning there was still no one at the desk. Hotel OK. De manager wou dat iedereen om 10pm ging slapen. Wij wilden uitgaan om 11pm en ze was heel onbeleefd. Niks te beleven in de buurt. Gemakkelijke autobusverbinding naar Miami South beach. Eerder geshikt voor oudere mensen. Zuinig ontbijt !

La signora dell'hotel è davvero molto gentile e disponibile e potrebbe far sembrare una bettola come un hotel a 5 stelle...ma a parte la cordialità della proprietaria l'hotel non è un granchè. Il letto era king, ma la camera era poco più grande del letto (per non parlare del bagno). Recomendo este hotel. A Senhorinha dona do hotel é muito simpática e prestativa! Fica muito bem localizado também. A única coisa ruim é que só tem 3 vagas para carros, o que não impede que se deixe o veículo na rua principal pois não tem que pagar estacionamento e não tem perigo.
