Stopped through for one night with family. Great overnight location. Near restaruants. Nice to have an indoor pool for kids to burn off some energy. Very convienent to highway as it sits next to highway. Overall great experience.

The room was very badly lighted. The room stayed dark even when all the lights were turned on. I can see energy conservation, but come on. For the price they charge you should be able to see in your room. If you plan on staying here, bring a flashlight.

Great service and clean new hotel. Kids and I really enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not working at first--only because it did not have enough water in it! Very nice staff.

Overall, this hotel was very nice and a good value. It is next to I-20, but my GPS did not recognize the published address. The hotel is quite new and in great condition, but had a couple of annoying features. The room A/C and the fridge were quite noisy and at times the single elevator was overworked. We were there for a friends wedding and the hotel was very clean and nice. I am a clean freak and have been a house keeper so I know how nasty hotels can be. This Hotel was super clean and most of the staff were very friendly. They also except dogs and that was a plus because we had to take ours, because she has diabetes. The manager complained quite […] a few times about us leaving our dog unattended, but were do you take them when the weather is 104 degrees? I guess she was scratching on the door once in a while, but is a very good dog. Hotels are loud and dogs make noises. There was also a man at the front desk once in a while that was rude and felt put out to grab you anything you needed. We didn't get any house keeping while we were there because of our dog and all our stuffed strewed all over for the wedding. We just exchanged our towels for clean ones and took the trash out ourselves. All in all this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. For convenience and cleanliness and being affordable I give it a huge rating for sure. If we ever return to Texas which I am sure we will, I know were I am staying again. Mehr

Nice property, friendly staff, clean and convenient.... But, uber crappy access with all the construction. And, exit Main as their online maps are wrong... You could fix that H.I.E. !!!

This was my Mother's Day gift - an evening (and morning) alone with my books and my bubbles. Cannot purchase jacuzzi suite thru Hotels.com, BUT you can upgrade at the hotel if they have one available. I HIGHLY recommend this for couples or singles. Everything was clean and in working order. The bed was comfortable and the staff was exceedingly accommodating […] and pleasant. The only thing I would mention (and this may not be necessary in all rooms) is that my room had the outlets with ALL lamps on the same electrical circuit as the overhead bright celing lamp right as you walk in the door. If you turn the switch ON then they ALL come on, if you turn the switch OFF then NONE of them work. You could individually turn off the lamps, but you cannot turn off the ceiling BRIGHT light w/o turning off the switch. I wanted one lamp ONLY by the bed to read by on, so in order to do this I had to unplug it and plug it into a different outlet, THEN it would work by itself with the lamp switch and I could turn all the others off. Seems like a small thing, but I spent considerable time making sure this was the only way to do it - seems a little silly for the hotel to do this unless of course it is just a glitch in one room. That ceiling light switch should only work that one bright light OR that one and ONE other one in the corner of the room or something, but not be tied to the lights by the bed at all. Oh one more FYI - don't use too many bubbles in the jacuzzi - they will get out of control :-0 . I live in this city, so it was especially nice to see for myself what a local hotel was like and be confident I can recommend to visiting family members in the future. It is a fairly new hotel and there is construction on surrounding roads, but this should not be a concern for long. Told my husband we need to make use of this hotel together sometime. Mehr

Feeder road on Interstate 20 under repair. Arrived at night and missed hotel entrance twice because of placement of numerous construction barrels. A flashing "enter here" sign would have helped. Had to stop and call hotel for directions on how to find entrance. Room was in top shape. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Would not hesitate booking room there […] in the future now that I know my way around the obstable course. Mehr

Stayed for two nights and found the hotel to be in like-new condition. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Nice lobby atmosphere. Stayed in a very comfortable king suite. Plenty of room for 4-5 people. Breakfast was sufficient to satisfy everyone. Kids loved the pool, and the hot tub was nice too! Front desk service was just ok, but overall we […] were very pleased. We arrived early and called to see if we could check in early. There was no problem, and the check-in was quick and easy. The lobby is really beautiful! Well decorated, clean, and still smelled 'new'. The room was a bit disappointing, especially the bathroom. The bath had a large walk-in shower (which I like), but the curtain did not contain the water, […] and the floor and wall was already suffering from water damage. The bedding was nice, with 4 pillows marked 'firm' and 'soft'. The TV was a nice flat panel, but the quality of the signal was awful. The TV stand held the microwave and 'fridge, but we weren't there long enough to use them. Breakfast was the usual mix of microwaved eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. There were a couple of kinds of fruit, bread, milk, cereal and juice. I stopped at the front desk on checkout, and the sign on the counter said 'Back in 5 minutes'. Annoying. All in all, not too bad. I'd probably be more critical if I'd paid the full price instead of the deal I got here. Mehr

Overall, an excellent Hotel. Everything was clean and neat.

Our room had two queen beds, a sofabed, small table with two chairs, microwave, fridge & bar sink. Also comfortable chair and ottoman. A very large room that will accomodate a large family. Indoor pool was a lot of fun for our 5-yr old granddaughter...she never wanted to get out of it!

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 6 with extras that satisfied even the youngest family member!
