Hotel Plaza Opera - Paris

Quality of hotel service - When we arrived and during checked out, the receptionists were very accomodating. The condition of the hotel is quite not advisable during a very warm weather because there is no aircondition and the area is in the main city so you would hear all the noise outside if you would open the window. The elevator is small but it's […] better than nothing at all. The tolerance when it comes to noise varies from person to person so better be prepared by bringing earplugs. The room is being cleaned everyday which is really good. The hotel is very closed to all the main attraction in Paris and very accessible to almost anything which then gives you a lot of choices on what to do during your stay. We have the view of the eiffel tower in our balcony which we love watching in the evening specially when it's lit up and glittering. At the beginning I thought my friends would be disappointed with this hotel based on the reviews that I have read but my friends say they would love to go back to this hotel the next time they would visit Paris. Makes me feel relieved :D Mehr

Hotel has OK standard, but doesn't give you very much of a 3 star feeling. Clean, but old and worn out interiors and furnishing, not "nice old".. No aircondition, no furnitures, no minibar, loud (could hear people walk up and down the corridors, housecleaner's vaccum cleaner in the morning, neighboor snoring (!)...) Nothing special about the neighborhood […] either, only for a nice walk through Rue des Martyrs up to the Montmartre disctrict. Mehr

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! It is in a safe area near several metro stations. Plenty of restaurants to chose from. Only down side is that there was some street noise. otherwise great!

great little hotel near the sacre Coeur, convenient to nearby metro stations and cafes/ restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable and all seem to have balconies. Our room had a partial view of the eiffel tower! Can be a little noisy during the night (due to traffic) and the breakfast room feels like an oven(this may be to encourage you not to eat […] too much!!)However, there was lots of wardrobe space and drawers for luggage in room andbest of all, a kettle, tea, coffee, milk etc..I have stayed in 3* in paris before but this hotel is much better. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Although the rooms were small they are very clean and well kept. The only downside was the heat in the rooms at night. There is an air cooler provided but the noise of this would waken through the night. The staff were very helpful and nothing was of any trouble to them. My friend and I were extremely satisfied with the hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, and willing to help us out when we weren't sure where we were going. We were lucky enough to have a view of the Eiffel Tower, which added to our enjoyment! We felt that for two people our room could have been a little bit bigger, as could the lift as each person […] had to go down with their baggage separately, but it is a small and cosy hotel which we would recommend! Maybe free Wi-Fi for guests would have been nice. Mehr

Nice hotel but no air conditioning. Room was on busy street so noisy with window open. Needed earplugs to sleep.

I do not know how this hotel rates three stars. It has caused me to wonder about your rating system. The hotel is not air conditioned. The room that we had was very small, and the furniture was minimal. The "elevator" could barely accommodate 2 people, and, once we got off the elevator on the 5th floor, we felt precariously close to a winding staircase. […] Luckily, we did not get hurt.. Mehr

If you are looking for a very reasonably priced hotel in an easily accessible location of Paris then you won't be disappointed. The room and ensuite was very clean and not as small as we expected. We had a small balcony with an unexpected view of the Eiffel tower. The main drawback was that the walls are very thin !!

Rommet holdt ikke god standard for å være tre stjerner.. Mangler aircondition, minibar, møbler. Slitt og shabby interiør. Veldig lytt, kunne høre nabogjesten snorke ganske bra.

Helt greit hotell, fin beliggenhet for å komme seg rundt, men ikke spesielt spennende nærområde. Gammelt og slitt, men rent. Ville likevel ikke valgt samme hotell om igjen, det finnes mye som er bedre i samme prisklasse.

Chambre dans un bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre bruyante si vous êtes sur la rue. Petit déjeuner trés au dessus de la moyenne pour les mets proposés.
