wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug für uns drei. Es hat sich absolut gelohnt etwas mehr auszugeben.

Wir haben zu zweit hier übernachtet. Sehr günstig für 3 Nächte über Ostern. Für ein 2-Sterne-Hotel echt TOP ... mindestens so gut, wie die meisten 3-Sterne-Hotels! Das einzige, was gestört hat, waren die unfreundlichen Reinigungskräfte - trotz "Do not disturb"-Schild sind sie einfach reingekommen, und waren sehr, sehr unfreundlich, weil wir noch nicht aus dem Zimmer waren. Die Metro ist ein paar Minuten entfernt. Wir sind anfangs mit dem Auto nach Paris reingefahren... ist aber nicht zu empfehlen - die Metro (Tagesticket lohnt sich!) fährt sehr regelmäßig und überall hin und man hat keinen Stress mit der Parkplatzsuche. Einen Supermarkt hatten wir nicht gefunden... aber der McDonalds war auch nicht weit ;-)

"Don't expect too much"
The hotel is Basic and the room more so. I was on the 4th floor (effectively 5 flights of stairs) and no lift which did not feel great following the marathon. That aside, it was small, clean and cheap so as long as you don't mind the stairs and go with your eyes open, it's in a great area for night life and pretty well connected. "Very disappointed in a great location"
We came to Paris to enjoy the city and all it has to offer. Trying to stay on a budget we decided to book this hotel with low expectations. Firstly no lift, so be prepared. When we checked in they did not even check our identification but inturn just gave the key. We had to pick our names of the guest list. I am thinking this was not very secure. On […] entrance to the room there was a distinct damp smell. Looking around we had noticed that the shower head had fallen off the wall. My companion immediately informed reception as we wanted to freshen up. 3 days later this was still never fixed! Not once did they change our towels and on one occasion the cleaner just opened the door to come and empty the the bin while I was still laying in bed!!! Without a knock or a check... The whole time I was concerned about the security of our valuables and our privacy. The room was very noisy all night from the main street noise and your could hear everything in the adjoining rooms. We decided to find another hotel as I thought there would be better available. So we packed and left. On our departure we noticed a pile of cleaned towels sitting on the stairwell floor that the cleaner was putting in the rooms. Clean towels off the floor... It reminded me how unclean the bed, chairs and bathroom was. When we said to reception on departure that we were really unhappy that no one even bothered to fix the shower, she said " but the water was still running!", this is true, but out of the bath tub tap. Ever tried to get under that... Not possible. I normally would not bother with reviews as everyone has there own opinions and we chose to stay there. I just wanted the opportunity to advise other potential guests to be aware of what they are getting. Through hotel.com and now carefully reading reviews we found an amazing hotel for only a few euros more. Safe, secure,clean, modern and incredibly helpful staff. "Awesome neighbourhood, simple and clean hotel"
The hotel was clean cheap and decently sized for european standards. The location is amazing, only a 2 -3 minute walk from the Bastille square and the metro station. Bastille is one of the best neighbourhoods in Paris with an unlimited amount of trendy bars and restaurants. This hotel is highly recommended.

If you're travelling on your own, which I was, this is an ideal place to stay. It is basic but, so long as you're not after luxury, just a bed in a clean room for the evening this fits the bill perfectly. The lady at reception was nice and friendly and the location is perfect for exploring Paris.

El hotel es bastante sencillo, no incluye el desayuno pero tienes muchas opciones en los alrededores del hotel, cerca de muchos bares, bistros y es una buena zona para ir de compras. "Hôtel Royal Bastille à Paris"
Petit hôtel bien situé au coeur du quartier bastille entre l'opéra et le théâtre. Accueil chaleureux et bon rapport qualité prix pour des hôtels de cet âge-là sur Paris. Dommage que les prises ne tiennent pas fixées au mur, ni le porte savon !

Rien de particulier a ajouter. Bonne expérience j'y retourne cette semaine pour un séjour plus long. Super bien placer a 15 mètre du métro Bastille. Pubs, starbucks, sushis a 50m a la ronde... Pour le prix, que du bon.
