Der Aufenthalt war zweckmäßig. Etwas abseits der Freizeitmeilen aber trotzdem gut erreichbar mit dem Taxi war das Hotel sehr angenehm.

The staff are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.. Best place to shop. Walking distance to platinum mall. Quite a no of muslim halal food around pratunam area. Worth my stay in citin pratunam hotel.. And thanks to all the staff that make my holiday happening!

The hotel is within walking distance to Platinum Shopping Mall. Concierge, Tour Desk, Front Office, and everyone else was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to AE at the Concierge who was really helpful in assisting us to navigate in the City and providing great recommendations to local mookata joint! Comfortable stay with free wifi in the rooms!

Late check in and was allocated to building 2 which lobby was under renovation. Was a lil scary as there isn't security at building 2, plus we were given 4th floor room right infront of the dark stairway to 5th floor. The room's furniture was worn down, Formica was peeling off and the TV was slanted.

its good if you are a light traveller as it is not very accessible by taxi as it is hidden in a lane but if you asked around the traders who plies their trade around the area will lead you there. if you have heavy luagage then not advisable unless you go by tuk tuk although the hotel provide free tuk tuk service to the nearest airport rail station !!!! […] Very convenient and plenty of food round the clock !!!! will never feel hungry anytime of the day. average meal per day only 30-50 bahts !!!!take the Airport city line only 40 bahts and takes only 20 minutes!!! I stayed 2 nites at the hotel and shifted to the nearby Baiyoke sky hotel on the 3rd day as it is the highest building in bkk (84 storey) . The hotel even offered for free to carry my luaggages (4 luaggages total 55kg) to the next hotel which is about 300-400 meters away and the area is crowded with shoppers). !!! very service oriented !!!!!! keep it up !!! The hotel is good and clean. They also have a gym and spa on the 8th floor. It near the shopping area of Pratunam and therefore it is very convenient.

This is a budget hotel situated Near Baiyoke Sky. Walking distance to platinum mall. The staffs were friendly, the room is clean and most importantly it has free Wifi in the room. Not many budget hotels have free in-room wifi. Some expensive hotel even charges for room wifi. Definitely will stay in this hotel again soon.

Great hotel, very comfortable. Nice & helpful staff. They do speak some English but you may have to be patient with some of them! Location is very difficult to find. My advice is to print out the map on Google where it pinpoints the hotel location, as it includes all of the alleyways. It's not far from the train station but sometimes there are no pavements […] and the narrower alleyways are single lane for both the traffic and pedestrians so if you have lots of luggage it can be difficult! I was going to go down one alleyway but a local advised me against it and said to walk around?! However, taxi drivers do not know the hotel or address. I even printed out the address and a map but it did not help. Also, obviously not all of the taxi drivers speak or can read English ;) Just ask for the train station or Baiyoke tower and then walk from there. I ate in the restaurant once for dinner and once for breakfast. It's an Indian vegetarian restaurant and the curry was really good. They have some 'Chinese' options too. It's very cheap in comparison to UK prices. Breakfast was fruit and curry and toast amongst other things. I chose this hotel because I am vegan so thought it would be useful for me however the staff did not know what vegan meant and when I explained, they weren't very helpful apart from 1 guy but he wasn't always there. I read on a site when researching that they offered vegan breakfast and this is not true. Mehr

i've stayed here for the 3rd time. prefer this hotel because of its location. lots of street food stalls outside and along the street. walkable distance to shopping places like pratunam market and platinum mall. there are some street stalls on its way out. but i was kinda disappointed with its shower tap. it turns between warm to pretty hot by itself […] thus it was kinda disturbing. they have removed discovery channel & animal planet. left with 2 chinese channels to keep us entertained for the night. this was quite disappointing. overall the service is good and am happy with the cleanliness. the staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed for 4 nights. Staffs were friendly & helpful. Cleanliness of rooms are excellent. Conveniently situated near pratunam market (5 mins walk) & platinum mall, with alot of vendors along the streets selling food. Hotel provide free tuk tuk service to nearest BTS station. Will definitely stay there again.

Convenient as it is near to pratunam market and platinum mall. There is also a tuk tuk which will bring you to the nearest MRT station or platinum mall. Hotel is in a small street, so it might be a little difficult to locate and not many taxi drivers know where it is. Overall value for money.

Generally this is a newer, cleaner and better 3 star hotel for couples without kids. Room is considered small for BKK standard but it enough for a couple. Decent space to put your shopping stuff, 1 luggage and a dressing table. The free wifi was very much welcomed though during my stay the connection failed several times. The neighborhood can be quite dirty cos of the food stalls along the street. It is located in not the most beautiful streets but for the price I paid I believe it was of good quality to stay at. 3 of us stayed in one room and the extra cost I paid for the third person was adequately met. The foldable bed was very comftable and along with this a third persons amenities were also provided. The staff are very friendly and always […] responded in a friendly manner to any of our requests. I also took my laptop with me and the staff were very helpful in connecting me to their free wi-fi internet. There are also 3 computers with internet access in the lobby which can also be used for free. I am an indian vegetarian thus the Sagar Ratna restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. when we checked in, front desk was saying that the room with the bathtub is not available and if we wanted, we will need to move in the next day. We agreed, and checked into the room for the first night. We deposited with the Concierge desk and requested for them to move our luggage into the room when the room is ready.While the girls and I were shopping, […] my partner and his friends went back to the hotel for a rest in afternoon after 2pm. Front office told him that the room is not ready, so he had to go to one of the boy’s room. At 11Pm when we went back, the room was ready, but our luggages were not in the rooms. When we went into our new rooms, to an even greater disappointment – there was no bathtub AGAIN... Apparently, a few other guests were making complaints to the Front Office as well.Cleanliness of room/hotel- Looks like it’s been operating for about 10 years. Housekeeping did not replace our towels. Quality of service – not fantastic at all. You can get better quality service for the price. Hotel Staff over promises, under deliver. Hotel amenities – very basic. Only shower gel and shampoo, shower cap and cotton buds. Please bring your own tooth brushes and tooth paste. Hotel is great, the staff is very friendly and everyone speaks english. Shopping centers in walking distance as well as places to eat. Try some of the food from the street vendors along the street it is very good and very cheap. I will be returning to Bangkok in a month and will be staying at this hotel again.

To get to this hotel, you have to go through a few tight streets, which look a little rough. As others mentioned, the rooms are small but perfect for couples or singles that are just there to sleep. After a less than happy experience with a Citin hotel in Kuala Lumpur, I had downgraded my expectations of their hotel in Bangkok. I was pleasantly surprised. The Citin Pratunam was modern, clean and well maintained. It was also surprisingly quiet considering its location in a busy market and commercial area of the city.
