Krabi Resort - Krabi

The hotel was a serious disappointment. The buildings were in generel badly maintained and worn-down. The promised "Garden View" from our Beach Bungalow was to the backside of the toilet of the neighbour house and to a noisy aircondition. The room was small and dark.The service were below par. At the breakfast table, dirty dishes piled up on the table, […] and it was almost impossible to get served coffee. Breakfast was generally of low standard. Our overall impression of the resort was below average. Whilst our room was ok, luckily we were upgraded, and the staff friendly we were disappointed that the resort facilities are lacking and run down. The pool chairs and facilities inadequate and they constantly ran out of pool towels. I was also less than impressed by the standard of food at breakfast […] and for the same reason decided not to eat any meals at the resort. note fpr this review: i stayed in the hotel building and not the standalone bungalows (which looked very nice) Pros: - great location; very convenient to travel agencies (i highly recommend "Lets Go"), restaurants, airport bus service, quality massage (highly recommend "massage corner" near ao nang terrace hotel) and tasty street food vendors - if […] you need to checkout late, they give you a temporary room to store your luggage which has a bed, tv shower (but no AC and not as nice as a standard room); this was a really great amenity since my fl ight wasn't until 7pm that day -tv has 2 cable movie channels - hbo included - beautiful common areas (pool, etc) - spacious campus Cons: -bathroom was very very old. mirror had dead bug stains. shower leaked water into floor (although there was a drain on the floor); there were ants and mosquitos in the bathroom -mosquitos in the room were a problem. i even bought an electric repellant device and wore deet in the room and still got bitten alot -bedroom is clean and decent, but not updated -continental buffet breakfast was included in the room price, but the food was so so. -don't bother with the private beach; although it was a selling pount for why i chose this hotel, the beach in reality is tiny, the sand is course and it pales in comparison to beaches you'll see on day trips to railay or phi phi or anywhere else nearby. this hotel is solid, but i saw some much newer, more modern hotels nearby at similar price. I booked the standard Bangalow at first but when I arrive their, I was not satisfied with the room which were old and not in the good condition. I asked about changing and upgrade to Gardenview that was quite ok.

I had stayed at this hotel in the late nineties and had very fond memories of it. I was not disappointed on my recent visit. The landscaping of the grounds is beautiful and the bungalows are very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and great for working out. The hotel is in a good location as it is on the edge of the center of Ao Nang. Hence, it is very […] close to the restaurants and shopping, but not in the midst of it. Rent snyggt - vi bodde i bungalows med trädgårdsutsikt och hade två rum och gemensam veranda. Vi fick strandhanddukar som kunde bytas så ofta man ville. Mycket lugnt och tyst - egen strand som var helt okey med fina badstolar. Lätt att ta longtail båtar till andra öar och lätt att finna bra restauranger längs stranden.

Semi ok. hotelli. Emme olleet täysin tyytyväisiä. Hotelli kaipaisi kaikin puolin uudistamista. Vähän nuhruinen vaikutelma jäi. Meillä oli Deluxe seaview bungalow. Ei nyt ollu kovin luxus. Kulunut, katossa pientä vuotoa ollut. Aika hepposesti tehty. Jonkunlainen merinäköala oli joo mutta ei hintansa arvoinen. Huoneeseen tuli jostain paljon hyttysiä. […] Aika ärsyttävää. Ranta ei ollut kauhean sympaattinen. Pohja lievästi mutainen eli vesi suht sameaa. Paljon parempiakin Thaimaassa on. Sijainti loistava. Keskellä Kaikkea mitä Ao Nangissa on. Aamiainen ei ollut kauhean häävi. Kahvia, omelettiä löytyy.Nakkeja pekonia. Leipää on mutta ei juurikaan mitään päälle pantavaa. Salaattia ja hedelmiä on mutta ei kovin kattavasti. Jos kaiken ei tarvitse olla ihan vimpan päälle, suht ok. ranta riittää ja sijainti on tärkeää voin suositella varauksin... Mehr

BRA HOTELL BRA PRIS NÄRA TILL ALLT ORDNING OCH REDA...

The hotel need a make up. The breakfast was poor. The bathroom is at least 15 years old without doing any kind of renovating. Small ants was climbing on the wall in the bathroom. They changed sheets in the beds every day, and that was good. The staff were very kind and friendly. The area by the pool is very relaxing.

Hotelli oli kiva, henkilökunta ystävällistä, maistuvan aamupalan sai nauttia rannalla. Ainoa huono asia oli se kun useana päivänä huoneen siivouksen jälkeen meillä ei ollut kuin yksi käytetty pyyhe huoneessa. Meitä oli kolme henkinen perhe. No onneksi meillä oli omat pyyhkeet varmuuden vuoksi mukana. Niille oli käyttöä.

Emme olleet tyytyväisiä huoneeseen emmekä aamiaiskokonaisuuteen. Hotelli alue oli siisti ja kaunis,hyvä siainti ihmiset ystävällisiä

Hotellet er meget hyggeligt og ligger godt tilbagetrukket fra vejen. Der er ikke langt op til gågaden, hvor der er mulighed for at shoppe. Stranden er ikke noget særligt, men der er mulighed for at tage en longtailbåd fra promenaden til smukke strande. Morgenbuffen var lidt kedelig, men der var hvad man skulle bruge.

hotel is located in a good location which have lot of food and restaurants. I booked a superior room which is quite small. hotel is quite OLD. I'd suggest this hotel for family traveler not for a couple. There have another types of bungalow. I recommend you for deluxe sea view, not just deluxe.
