Wir waren schon zum 2.ten mal in diesem Hotel. Vor 2 Jahren das letzte mal. Diesmal waren es 5 Nächte. Die Lage ist ideal. In 5min. ist man am Strand von Neptune Beach, in 10min am JAX-Beach. Hier ist immer etwa los. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und steht immer mit Tips zur Verfügung. Das Hotel hat weiterhin einen schönen Pool hinter dem Haus.

Der Pool war für die Größe des Hotels evtl. etwas klein. Es fehlte am pool vor allem eine Möglichkeit zu duschen und sich umzuziehen.

"Very Nice"
This hotel was Immaculate.. 5 star quality at a 3 star price. Rooms were nicely done and seemed newly done. The comfort of the beds was a pleasant surprise. No back ache in the am. Pillows were nicely displayed showing firm, soft texture creative label (so nice, you didn’t want to remove them). Bathrooms were extordinary!! Restaurant had good food at […] great prices. I recommend the pancakes, my oh my.. The staff was amazing and took care of our extra needs (on the spot) I booked this room once we got to Jacksonville via my iphone. Within 10 minutes of arrival. This was one of the best rooms I've stayed in the area. I will stay again.
The hotel was wonderful. My only complaint was the lotion was not replaced and empty glasses stayed in our room the entire time. Otherwise it was comfortable, clean and the staff was quite kind especially the bartender!

The hotel was very nice but would prefer breakfast to be included for that price. We stay in another hotel less than a mile away that has very good breakfast and basically the same room, for 30.00 a night cheaper. The only difference is that the building is not as new.

My husband and I only stayed a night and we truly wish that we could have stayed longer. The staff was great and the room was more than comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others in the future.

"Needed a break"
Our hardwood floors were being refinished and our home was a stinky mess. My wife and I needed an evening of comfort and clean air at a local hotel. The Holiday Inn provided a great room, convenient location, access to near-by restaurants (we went to the Hilltop for dinner and dancing), and a great weekend price. We had a wonderful time.

The Hotel was very clean and very prompt service. We asked for more pillows and left to go out to eat and they were in the room when we got back. The pool was clean. All around nice place to stay.

No complaints. Be aware they do not have a continental breakfast, but hotel cafe had a buffet that was very reasonable and well stocked.
hotel was great and the personel were extremely helpful, we enjoyed our stay even tho it was under sad conditions a funeral of a loved one. we would definatley stay there again.

Staff nice, room nice except the A/C was very loud and blew right on you even with adjusting vents. Also there was a lot of noise being made in the middle of the night.

"Needs Improvemnet"
This was an excellent hotel except that it was extremelyu hard to find. Even after getting directions from the fron desk it still was difficult. I finally stopped at a gas sttion and asked directions and a good samaritan actually drove me to the hotel. All else was wxcellent.
