Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 16. Feb. 2013Mich hat die zentrale Lage und der zum Buchungszeitpunkt günstige Preis angezogen. Der Service ist mittelmäßig. Die bis zu 3 Portiers langweilten sich am Eingang anstatt dem Gast beim Gepäck zu helfen. Die Concerges waren o.k.. Der Lift per Zimmerkarte gesichert und die Zimmer geräumig und leise und mit einem übergroßen TV ausgestattet. Bad könnte moderner sein. Parken sollte man besser in einem der zahlreichen Parkhäuser in der Innenstadt. Frühstück ist billiger und besser in einem der zahlreichen Coffeeshops oder Diner in der Umgebung.

Es gab ein Zimmer mit einer integrierten Küche, das Geschirr war sauber und Herd, MIcrowelle und Kühlschrank funktionierte einwandfrei! Sollten wir noch einmal nach Oregon fliegen, wird das sicher wieder unser Hotel! Wie in USA üblich, lässt die sich die Sauberkeit mit deutschem aber Standard nicht vergleichen, aber in diesem Hotel kam es schon sehr nah ran ;o) ! ! Es gibt kein Frühstück und der "Shop" ist nicht wirklich erwähnenswert. Es gibt einen Raum mit zwei PC´s die von den Gästen genutzt werden können. Freies WLAN ist auch zu haben. Die Menschen an der Rezeption waren durchweg total supernett!! In fuläufiger Umgebung ist ein tolles Diner mit dem Namen Sharies, welches rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. das haben wir leider erst auf der Rückfahrt entdeckt, empfehlenswert sind die Blueberry-Pancakes ;o)) Also, wer keinen Luxus erwartet, wird hier nicht enttäuscht.

"A fine place to stay."
We like the Holiday Inn Express Hotels--always clean and neat. Our room was next to the exercise room, and I would recommend the noise be lowered after 10:00, but otherwise, we loved the room and the breakfast. Everything was great and the location is very close to Portland if you have a car. Cuts the price in about half. And within a block is the Heathman Lodge with a nice restaurant. Great b'fast in Portland at the Hawthorne district - the Bread and Ink Cafe. If you want some decent looky-loo shops for a nice stroll, check out the 23rd St. section. We always stay here when we are going to the Sleep Country Amphitheater for concerts. It's clean, has a decent hot breakfast, the beds are comfortable and it's in a close proximity to the venue. They have an indoor pool which my son on one occasion had the pleasure of using before we left for home. Towels provided at the pool. I recommend this hotel […] to anyone. I regularly choose this venue over going to the White River Amphitheater in Auburn, WA because of this hotel. The rates are better and it's easier to get to this hotel from the venue. "HI Express Vancouver Mall - great new location"
This is a recently opened location for Holiday Inn Express, and is as you would expect is in very good condition. The manager is clearly looking to progress and maintains a tight ship. All staff were very pleasant to deal with and the whole place felt comfortable and well run. The manager's drinks every week day from 5 til 7 was a pleasant addition. […] There was plentiful beer and wine, and also soup which the manager had made herself. She was also on hand to give advice on restaurants etc, and was doing her best to get all regular visitors on first name terms! The location is convenient to both I-5 and I-205, and is only a short drive over either bridge from Portland, and the cost was significantly less than anywhere of this quality on the Portland side. "great hotel,for the family we stayed for 2 days"

"great staff - very helpful"
Booked this hotel to avoid the extra cost of staying in downtown Portland. Not worth it as is too far to drive and hassle with the big city congestion. Good hotel for business people and is close to malls and restaurants. Found the air conditioning to be loud whenever it came on even after 3 nights of getting use to all the sounds in the room.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Above and Beyond"
The staff was awesome. Me and my 3 co workers showed up at about 1am tired from a long day of travel. The hotel went out of their way to make our stay easy and restful even going as far as to give us some ice cold beer so we didn't have to go on a mission to find an open store. "Very Nice Hotel"
By far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Washington. The room was clean, the desk staff was friendly and helpful, there was a happy hour the afternoon we arrived. They have a DVD player in the room and a DVD library for you to choose from. Board games in the gathering room and it is extremely comfortable!
