Wir bewohnten das Zimmer 007, ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet sein soll (obgleich wir diesen Service nicht benötigt hätten). Das Bad war auch wirklich groß genug, um sich hier mit einem Rollstuhl zu bewegen. Das Zimmer hingegen hätte einen körperbehinderten Menschen durchaus vor einige Probleme gestellt, da hier die Passagen […] zum Schrank zu eng konzipiert waren. Insgesamt war das Zimmer im Vergleich zum großen Bad recht klein und etwas dunkel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Es bestand die Möglichkeit, sein Gepäck am Abreisetag an der Lobby abzugeben. Ein abschließbarer Gepäckraum wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen. Mehr

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein Traum. Die unmittelbare Umgebung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Nette und gute Restaurants befinden sich unmittelbar um die Ecke. Alles perfekt!

2 Zimmer zum gleichen Preis gebucht. Grösse und Komfort zu unterschiedlich. 1 Zimmer sehr klein mit schmutzigem Spannteppich. 1 Zimmer ok mit Steinboden und Freskendecke. Sehr schön! Dürfen nie gleiche Kategorie sein!!! Reception ging nicht auf unsere Beanstandung ein. Lage super!

This hotel is located perfectly when arriving in Veince from the airport by boat or by vaporetto from the train station. A short walk from San Zaccaria (San Marco) and you are at the hotel. The rooms are large, the staff friendly, and the breakfast good. The only problem was the bathtub. The hotels boasts that all rooms have whirlpool - and indeed our […] room had - but it was not cleaned and when we tried using it a well of brownish gray dirt came out of the jets making it very undelicate. But then, staying in Venice - who needs to sit in the bath when you can be out enjoying the sights? Mehr

Our stay at the Hotel Ai Due Principi was excellent. The front desk knew just where to send us shopping for a real gondolier hat, pointing out the friendly neighborhood gathering places just a few feet away from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast and service began in the morning staffed by excellent people, and ended at night with a smile after coming […] back from a busy day. We went to Venice to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel location was very convenient making it easy to visit all the major places of interest. Hotel room was very clean and the staff were courteous especially the manager [Rifat]. His guidance about places of interest to visit, where to eat and how to get from place to place was most valuable. […] It was a wonderful experience all the way through. Mehr

I honestly don't know how we got to stay in a hotel of this caliber for the price they were asking. Most other hotels in Venice charge more and provide less than this hotel did. The room was modern, comfortable, and gorgeous. I want to hire whoever did their decor to come do my house. The staff was helpful and even helped us locate a particular store […] that we had been having trouble finding. Breakfast: Incredible, with freshly made croissants and delicious capuccino. And the location was a mere two minutes walk from the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop (easy stop from either the train station or airport) and two minutes from St. Mark's Square. This lovely hotel is well placed, a few minutes walk from the vaporetto top- with no bridges to cross with bags. Our room was a good size and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent and staff was pleasant and very helpful. I couldn't imagine a more pleasant place to stay in Venice.

Very nice hotel in a good location. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed 2 night(2 adults and 3 children). Nice room overlooking canal with passing gondolas and nice central position. Children's beds were very makeshift for the price. Also was the only place where you have to pay for wifi(stayed in many Italian Hotels and this was the only one). Other criticism is that breakfast is NOT available before 8am and poor […] breakfast at that(even the "juice" was a cordial mix. Expensive hotel but cheap standards in the minutiae Mehr

My husband and I spent two terrific days in Venice recently at the Ai due Principi Hotel. We loved the location, the spacious, clean room and the quiet. A great plus is the fact that it is possible to roll your luggage to the vaporetto station without crossing any bridges. The staff is very helpful.

Wonderful little hotel with beautiful decor within minutes of St Mark's Square. Highly recommendable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Venice. Caution however, there is another hotel called "Hotel Principi" as well, and our water taxi tooks us there after charging us $110 euros and then left. We had to take another shuttle to the correct hotel. Once we arrived the hotel staff met us at the port to lead us through the maze of […] streets. The hotel staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Ushering us to nearby restaurants that they recommended and the food was amazing. The room was modern and clean with very funky finishes and colours and furniture. The A/C worked really well and the included breakfast buffet was very good. This was one of our favourite hotels on our Italian Adventure. Mehr

This hotel is quant and superbly located. Wonderful large rooms and very clean. So central for wlaks to see the city. Nice people amd breakfast included to boot. wonderful

My main criticism is that we had booked our Room at this Hotel more than 3 and a half months earlier, yet 2 days before our departure we were told the room was not available because it was "under repair". We were offered 2 inferior rooms with a compensation of USD 100. THIS WAS NOT FAIR. Eventually we were given our original Room, and it was in perfectly […] good condition, not at all "under repair". Our room was spacious but the air conditioning not available so we left the windows open and were bitten by mosquitoes (in April!). Reception areas are a bit tired but everywhere is very clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and became more friendly as we became familiar. Breakfast was good. The location is very convenient for St. Marks and […] has good places to eat nearby. Rooms overlooking the small canal may be noisy as school parties seem to regularly congregate along the street. This was a lovley hotel in a really good location. was very easy to find. few min walk from where the water taxi dropped you off. there is lots of shops and restaurants around the area everything very close by. there is an ice cream shop next door which was amazing!. At check in, staff were brillaint, they showed us 2 rooms and allowed us to choose […] which one we prefered. We chose the one on the bottom floor which was good size and an amazing bathroom, room was very clean and brillaint decor. Only fault was mini bar fridge didnt work very well, but the prices were reasonable. but if u wanted a cold drink right outside the room was the bar or if you rang them they would bring you one. overall hotel, had brlllaint location, good staff, and the breakfast the next morning was lovley, with fresh juice, cereal etc, basic but nice. would stay here again Mehr

We had so much fun and were so impressed with that this hotel had to offer. It was amazing, beautiful, and we would come again, just for the hotel! Note: rooms that are not facing canal are better decorated, and twice as big!!

The hotel was great and its location was very conveniently located near San Marco square. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were very impressed with our stay here during September 2009. Just a few blocks from St. Marks Square, and the water taxi's. The service was very good. Room was much better than anticipated (c'mon, this is Venice, Italy where everything seemed to be overrated and over-priced). We stayed 2 nights.

The hotel was difficult to find but, once you know where it is located it was easy to get around. The location was close to St. Mark's Square, two boat stops, and had lots of restaurants/shops nearby. Great location when combined with venice connected transportation pass. Modern clean hotel with great bathroom and a very comfortable bed/soft tempurpedic […] type mattress. Breakfast was more of a continental type breakfast than a complete breakfast but, satisfying. The breakfast was juice, cereal, salami/ham, cheese, and pastries. Although, there were not any hot food items such as eggs, etc., the croissants were delicious and fresh. Mehr

My Wife and I just returned after spending 5 weeks traveling throughout Europe and of the many hotels we booked,this one has stood out. The rooms are very nicely appointed and well finished, silk drapes, damask wall coverings, wood floors with patterened inlays, venetian glass tiles throughout the bat- which is equipped with a full shower, bidet, towel […] warmer, etc., the list goes on. The hotel is located away from the main pedestrian drag, so it's quiet yet very close to the main attractions (a short walk to Piazza San Marco). The staff was very polite and accommadating. Mehr

Mycket bra, även om vårt rum var litet och låg dumt bredvid frukostrestaurangen och hiss då det var lyhört. Perfekt läge på hotellet, trevlig personal och bra restauranger i närområdet. Helt ok frukost men lite tråkig matsal.

Supertrevligt hotell ! Trevlig personal. Jättefint badrum. Mysiga kvarter, nära till ALLT och ändå lagomt långt från värsta turistställerna. Kan verkligen rekomendera detta hotell !!!

Hôtel très bien placé à quelques mètres de la place san Marco, propre, calme.Chambre spacieuse contrairement à la salle de bains qui est petite et étroite et donc la douche se trouve dans la chambre. autre bemol: le petit déjeuner léger pour un hôtel 4étoiles.

Excellent hotel, charmant accueil très attentionnée, des prestations aux delà de nos attentes (bain à bulles, SDB immense aux mozaïques magnifiques, lit immense, chambre totalement silencieuse....) un vrai 4 étoiles luxe PS: nous étions dans la chambre 107

Hotell med god belliggenhet bak markusplassen. Ligger usjenert til godt skjermet for turisttrafikk. Veldig godt utgangspunkt for shopping, severdigheter og spisesteder. Hotellet har god standard med flotte rom. Heis. God adkomst både fra sjø og land. Deilig frokost med godt utvalg. Hotellet kan trygt anbefales.

Les chambres côté cours sont un peu sombres, mais après tout on y est que pour dormir. Sinon très confortables. Un petit problème de douche le dernier matin mais cela arrive même dans les meilleurs hôtels. Ils ont accepté d'avancer d'une demi heure l'heure du petit-déjeuner (7h30 au lieu de 8h00) pour que l'on puisse prendre le bateau du retour à l'heure […] et le ventre plein. L'accueil est charmant, très courtois et l'hôtel est super bien situé. Mehr

Située dans une rue calme à "deux pas" de la place San Marco, ce petit hôtel mêlant modernité et authenticité nous a procuré beaucoup de plaisir tant au niveau de son accueil (personnel très serviable), de son emplacement, de sa propreté et de l'esthétisme des chambres et couloir du second étage.

Hôtel agréable, confort moderne et proche des principaux lieux touristiques de Venise. Le personnel est très avenant et disponible.
