stayed for 3 nights-very welcoming-spotless room-modern well decorated dining room and bar-exellent breakfast(special requests no trouble) very friendly and helpful owners. when we told them we could not avail of breakfast on our last morning due to an early train-they insisted on providing a packed lunch on our departure. and what a lunch. plentiful […] and lovely sandwiches-fruit-pastries-drink. it saved us buying breakfast at the airport . wife and i have stayed at about 20 different places in blackpool and this place is the only one we can saywith certainty that we will be back. This B&B is an amazing place with amazing hosts. Dean and Steve are to be highly complimented on their approach to managing this facility. The rooms are immaculate, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, the food cooked just right and the hotel is in the perfect location. I can't sing their praises enough, nothing was two much trouble for either of them. […] If you are looking for a very reasonably priced room with outstanding service and a great nights sleep then both my partner and I would highly recommend it. The hotel was easy to find, very clean, and in the centre of the town. It was a warm welcome on a cold February weekend. Blackpool has never changed but most places were closed.

loved the way the hotel was run very efficient and clean . the food was well cooked and well presented and served hot and it was delicious . conveniently placed in blackpool for all the sights . we will certainly return to this hotel again .lastly i would just like to say the hosts were charming and very informative .

This hotel is perfect! The breakfast is amazing, the owners are very friendly and welcoming And e room is just lovely, the bed is so comfy which is the most important thing for me. And it's really close and easy to get to everything. Will defiantly stay again next time we go to Blackpool

Thought we had booked a king size bed, but was only a double in an only slightly larger room, and the smallest bathroom ever. Could sit on the loo and have a wash in the sink at the same time! Decor a bit OTT too. Bedside light never worked. Mini kettle that only made one cup at a time! Shower head not adjustable. No parking on site either. On the positive […] side breakfast was great - hearty and excellent service. Bed very comfortable and great mirrors. Booked on the strength of other reviews but I don't recommend the Aspen room in this hotel. Mehr

We spent last weekend at the Abbey Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed it from the warm welcome when we arrived slightly early I may add. Our case was carried up to our room as we were on the third floor up three staircases, this would have to be my only niggle as I have a trouublesome knee and hip, but on mentioning this I was assured had I mentioned it when […] booking we would of been accommodated on a lower level. The room was tastefully decorated and had two lovely chairs to sit on as well as a large flat screen tv, an iron, ironing board and hair dryer were also in the room all of which we used. The breakfasts were plentiful and beautifully cooked and presented no sign of fat or grease anywhere. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we will definately be back. Mehr

This small hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Blackpool, just around the corner from the tower, but is far enough away from the noisy, crazy nightlife. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. Dean was very helpful in providing us with local information and suggestions where to go. We took his advice and went to see the Legends show […] on Sunday night - fantastic show!! Thanks Dean. Breakfast was great and set us up for the whole day but it is restricted to 9-9.30am so if you are hung over will probably not make it in time. It stated on the websites that the hotel had on site car parking but this info was incorrect. You can park on the street between 5pm Sat to 9am Monday free of charge but at other times you have to pay £5 per day at the car park a few hundred yards away. Overall, this hotel was really good value and well worth the money we paid. I would definitely stay there again. Mehr

Lovely and clean throughout. Very pleasant and friendly owners. Well situated. The only slight negative is that we had to wait quite a while for bar service a couple of times on the second night but can't complain too much as they had been out and bought a bottle of Jack Daniels especially for us. We found Dean & Steve to be lovely friendly host and greeted us with a warm welcome. The room was very clean and the breakfast was really good. I would definately recommend this hotel and will definately be going back and staying there

we had a nice wkend get away in blackpool, abby lodge was in a good location for all the main attractions. the hosts were friendly and helpful - overall a good no frills b&b for a short break, exactly what we wanted. shame the weather wasn't so good!

Friendly organised staff.Breakfast was excellent.Rooms although on the small side were very clean and tidy with all facilities that are required during your stay.Would recommend and definitely stay again if visiting Blackpool.

The Abbey Lodge Hotel is an extremely well run and fantastic place to stay in Blackpool. The hotel is lovely, the welcome is great, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is well presented and delicious!! Steve and Dean have created a very pleasant place to stay at a very competitive rate. The location is ideal and there is a car park at the bottom of […] the road that is just £10.00 for 48 hours. My only slight criticism is that neighbourhood proprietors used The Abbey Lodge Hotel as a place to meet and drink where I believe the bar area should be for guests. This was during a night in April and I think that during the busy period this would not happen. Anyone who stays at the ALH will not be disappointed!!!! Mehr

Hotel staff were amazingly friendly. Around 10mins walk to the beach/promenade & main shopping centre. Breakfast was really good and the rooms were very clean! Great hotel, would recommend to stay here!!!

Blackpool's Golden Mile has been refurbished and looks good, however some money needs to be spent outside this area, going back a few streets and it is like Beirut!!!, too many beggars are spoiling the shopping experience. Lovely, newly refurbished and well maintained Guest House. Warm welcome by the owner on arrival, showed to our room and given all relevant information. Yövyimme mieheni kanssa Abbey Lodgessa vain yhden yön, mutta se oli reissun parhain yöpyminen! Omistajat ovat aivan mahtavia, huone oli todella siisti ja kodikas sekä fiksusti suunniteltu. Toista tuhatta B&B paikkaa Blackpoolissa on, mutta en itse yöpyisi tulevaisuudessa missään muualla! Ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista porukkaa. Aivan kuin kotona olisi […] ollut. Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas 4 étoiles. Pas de Parking en arrivant, alors qu'il était mentionné. Salle de bain minuscule avec une douche étroite (un vrai mouchoir de poche) Chambre très petite pour le prix. Très déçus de cet hôtel et je ne le recommanderai pas.
