Die 174 Zimmer im The Belltown Inn bieten folgende Ausstattung: Kaffee-/Teekocher und Bügeleisen/Bügelbretter. Die Betten in den Zimmern haben Pillowtop-Matratzen und hochwertige Bettwäsche. Ein Highspeed-Internetzugang per Kabel steht Ihnen gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Flachbildfernseher mit Premium-Kabel-TV-Empfang stehen in den Zimmern zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus bieten alle Zimmer folgende Ausstattung: Schreibtische, ergonomische Stühle und Telefone mit Voicemail; kostenlose Ortsgespräche sind ebenfalls inbegriffen (möglicherweise gelten Einschränkungen). Zur Badausstattung gehören: Badewannen-/Duschkombinationen und kostenlose Toilettenartikel.
Zur Ausstattung der Kochnischen gehören: Mikrowellen, Kühlschränke und Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck. Außerdem steht Folgendes zur Verfügung: Deckenventilatoren und zu öffnende Fenster. Das Mediterranean Inn liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums Seattles in der Nähe des Seattle Centers (mit Space Needle). Es ist bequem per Bus (tageszeitabhängiger Preis zwischen $2,25 und $2,50) zu erreichen. Gleich nebenan ist ein Starbucks, dessen Kaffeeduft in die Lobby des Hotels zieht. Unser Zimmer war mit einer Mikrowelle, Spüle und einem Kühlschrank sowie großen Flachbildschirm ausgestattet. Leider hatte es keinen Safe, was aber nicht schlimm war. Das Bad war sauber und groß. Leider ohne Fenster. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer ging in den Innenhof des Hotels. Schade aber nicht so schlimm, denn die Dachterrasse des Hotels erlaubt einen Blick über Seattle. Die Angestellten des Hotels machten einen netten und hilfsbereiten Eindruck und haben uns auch um 4 Uhr morgens bei unsere Abreise geholfen. Das Hotel verfügt über WLAN und ein Business Center. Das WLAN ist für $5 pro Tag nutzbar und kann mit einem Fahrradausleihprogramm (in Summe $7,99) kombiniert werden. Im Sommer bestimmt sehr sinnvoll. Das Business Center ist kostenlos nutzbar (ebenso wie die Drucker und Faxgeräte darin). Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über einen Fitnessraum und diverse Münzwaschmaschinen und Trockner). Noch etwas zur Umgebung. In unmittelbarer Nähe (3-5 min zu Fuß) sind diverse Restaurants, Kneipen und auch ein Kino. Ebenso wie ein Safeway Supermarkt.

Komfortable großzügige Zimmer, unseres mit komplett eingerichteter Küche. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit Obst, Joghurt, Müsli etc. Minishop und ebenfalls ein kleiner Starbucks sind auch im Hotel vorhanden. Die Lage ist der einzige Minuspunkt für uns gewesen, da sehr weit vom Innenstadtbereich entfernt (zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten). Ebenfalls direkt an der Interstate gelegen, somit 24 Stunden die Autos zu hören.

Die Vorzüge des Hotels sind eindeutig: 1.) Die ausgezeichnete Lage für Reisende die möglichst schnell (ca. 200 m zu Fuß) vom Hotel bis zu Check-In Schalter kommen möchten. Wegen der Kürze des Weges geht das sogar zu Fuß bei Regen ohne Schirm! 2.) Die unmittelbare Nähe (ca. 250 m) zum LightRail Link zwischen Flughafen und Seattle Downtown, wobei die Tageskarte ca. 5$ kostet. Fahrtzeit ca. 35 Minuten. Ansonsten war das Hotel älter in der Ausstattung (ungefähr 70er Jahre Bauzeit) mit einigen Upgrades (z.B. zwei neue Flachbildschirme). Das Standard-Zimmer (Bad, Schlafzimmer, Auftenhaltsraum) war sauber. Die Lounch und der Frühstücksbereich des Hotels gepflegt. Das Frühstück war hingegen nur Durchschnitt, so daß man eher in Seattle Downtown frühstücken möchte. Der sehr Nahe gelegene Flughafen bietet diesbezüglich auch nur wenig an. Einzige Kritikpunkte meines Zimmers auf der Seite zum Flughafen war der laute Straßenverkehr des 'Internationl Boulevard' for dem Hotel (der Fluglärm hingegen war gut erträglich). Und die Klimaanlage, welche in Seattle aber selten nötig wäre, wenn man das Fenster öffenen könnte. Das ging zwar mechanisch problemlos, aber bei dem Straßenverkehr-Krach ... Ich würde das Hotel dennoch weiterempfehlen. In der Summe war es rund.

Die Innenstadt von Seattle erstreckt sich entlang des Puget Sound vom historischen Pioneer Square im Süden bis zum schicken Belltown im Norden. Dazwischen reihen sich Bürogebäude, Einkaufsgalerien und Apartments in Backsteinhäusern an den grünen Boulevards aneinander. Hier befinden sich das Kongresszentrum und Pike Place Market, wo Lachse fliegen können. Gäste sollten auch unbedingt die futuristische öffentliche Hauptbibliothek besuchen. Die Zwillingsstadien Seattles und der International District liegen südlich von der Innenstadt.

"Freundlicher hilfsbereiter und flexibler Service"
Die Umgebung ist gerade nachts nicht angenehm, das Hotel selbst vermittelt allerdings einen sicheren Eindruck. Das Hotel ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat einen freundlichen Service. Uns wurde unkompliziert und hilfsbereit ein größeres Zimmer angeboten, da durch die Reservierung für 1 Zimmer (2 Erwachsene und ein 14-jähriges Kind ) nicht klargestellt […] war, dass wir zwei Betten benötigen! Das ist, wie wir später auch in anderen Hotels festgestellt haben, allerdings wohl nicht der Fehler der Hotels, sondern eine Buchungsunsichrheit... Mehr

"Nice staff, good services, a bit loud"
We enjoyed staying here, but bring your earplugs - if you have a room on the street side, it's noisy on the 2nd floor. The services were great - easy to borrow bikes for free with helmet and bike lock. Close to the waterfront, and Belltown is full of great restaurants - so finding food was always easy. If you want a 5 star hotel experience then go somewhere else, however if you want a clean, comfortable room that is close to all ammenities and don't care for all the bells and whistles that go with a more expensive hotel then the Belltown is for you. The staff was courtious and friendly and the room was both comfortable and spotlessly clean. The cost […] was very reasonable and I feel I got value for what I paid. Fresh coffee in my room and a microwave with popcorn (a nice little touch) and diet coke in the fridge made my stay just a little nicer. Mehr
"functional hotel"
Overall it was fine. Parking was across the street and not super convenient but ok. I would suggest ear plugs since there is a lot of street traffic nearby. I slep fine with ear plugs.
"Nice Surprise - Nice Hotel for the money"
This hotel is nicely renovated and was clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. It was noisy on the street side, however I got used to sounds of a busy city quickly. The only disappointment was a slow (& only 1) elevator for many guests. The staff recommended C&J cafe 5 blocks away and I was quite pleased with it. Staff friendly hotel good. - but the first nite we had a room fronting the side street. People exiting the nite clubs shouted turned their car stereos full on till 2.50am then the service vehicles started -- got no sleep --rooms need to be doubled glazed. I wanted an affordable place to stay for a few days while I looked for an apartment ahead of a move to the city. This hotel fit the bill - not only was it reasonably priced, the room was clean and well-maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful, hallway noise was minimal, and it was located right next to a bus stop from which you could catch […] a bus to nearly anywhere in the city (Seattle's very walkable, in any event). I didn't particularly care for the bar-heavy Belltown area, but it didn't bother me, either. "Great Job Belltown Inn"
I lucked out when I found this hotel, it is in a great location and the rooms are nice. Despite the 7:30am wake up call, and when I say wake up call I mean fire alarm going off, it was a very enjoyable stay. There was no fire just a guest cooking something in their room a little to much, we got to get back in in a few minutes. The staff was great and […] there was a nice roof top terrace to hang out on. The only downfall was there was not air conditioning and I luckily was in Seattle on a beautiful weekend and it got rather hot in the room. They do provide a fan that worked, but AC would have been nicer. Overall I think this was a great hotel and would definitely say here in the future. Also if you stay here check out the Bedlam Cafe its right down the street and they have great coffee and amazing Cinnamon swirl bread. Mehr

Well every thing was going alright until we encounter a fire drill on the last monring we were there. I honestly believe someone was cooking bacon in one of the rooms becasue every morning, it smell like bacon. It smelled good, but I think they left it too long and I believe it was on the fourth floor, where we were staying. Other then that, we love […] the fact this hotel does provide microwave and refrigerator. And everyone is very friendly at the front dest and they provided great information. We were please and will continue to stay with you, when in Seattle. It close to many places we visited. Mehr

It was in a bad area and there was no parking unless you want to pay more for parking. It should be included in stay.
"Excellent value"
The Belltown Inn is an older hotel that has been recently renovated. The highspeed computers in the foyer are excellent for internet access. Rooms and corridors are cheerfully decorated. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good variety of neighbourhood restaurants.

"Clean and Convenient"
It was clean, conveniently located and the service was great! It was located really close to Pike Place Market, the Sculpture Gallery and lots of restaurants and shops.
"Close to your vices"
In terms of overall convenience, it ranks very high. It's only a quarter of a block from Mama's Mexican Restaurant and all the bars Iike to hit. Parking is with a surcharge and the lot is within sight at the next block over.

If you're in need of a place to stay close to the downtown core, this is it. It is within the "free bus zone" so you can commute to and from area's of the town. The staff are friendly and accommodating and our rooms were just perfect. They have bikes you can use for free if you want to view the town for a different experience. I would definitely stay […] again. I'm from Vancouver Canada and thought this was a really great, inexpensive place! Highly recommended. The neighborhood is so-so but all cities have little neglected areas. Anyways my friend and I, both being young females, were able to walk the streets at night feeling quite safe. Mehr

The hotel was in the perfect location to enjoy local bars and restaurants. It was also close enough to walk to the Mariners game and Sounders games on back to back days. We didn't take full advantage of what the hotel offers, so we hope to stay again.

Terrific location, right in the heart of everything. Walking distance from everything downtown. Room had queen bed, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and TV. Slick little setup, perfect for those who want to exonerate and enjoy Seattle, and not have to walk far to sleep. Woul stay again.

One block from the restaurant "local 360" which would be my number 1 recommendation for dinner at least once during your stay (if you like something casual dining with great food and quirky people). "A mixture of short and long term stay guests."
Located in an improving area of the downtown which until recently I would have avoided. I felt comfortable walking in the area at night as the area has improved so much. Parking a car in the area also did not seem to be a concern. The reception staff was fabulous bright helpful and personable. Cudos. Likely my first choice for future stays at afordable […] rates. "Huge construction site next door"
If you fancy waking up at 7 am through building noise this is the hotel for you! I stayed early April 2012 and the work was in full swing. I would be surprised if it was completed within 6 months. It was disasteriously loud. I was also misled by the receptionist at check-in who claimed the noise was not significant. As a side note she was also exceptionally […] short with customers and rude -- she was constantly on facebook! Another receptionist was super nice, I must add. Avoid. Mehr

This is not an upscale hotel, and not super hip either, just a cool chill place not too expensive in an excellent location. Third street is where social services are so there are bums around, but I never felt threatened or worried. The hotel recommended walking on second or first - not dangerous but to avoid being asked for change. Great neighborhood […] with interesting coffee shops, bars, restaurants, walkable to the upscale downtown area in 10 minutes, walkable to the waterfront, to Pike's Market, and to the Seattle Center (the latter wasn't all that interesting). The online pictures didn't disappoint—this hotel is amazing on the inside. The staff was friendly and attentive; the hotel was clean and quiet. We were on the side overlooking some construction, but couldn't even hear it through the window when it was closed. Loved the kitchenette! Bed was comfy, water was hot, showerhead was high enough. I thought the street noise would bother me (3rd Ave is a major bus route) but I acclimated quickly and even left the window open at night. Parking is off-site, and seems just a little sketchy, but everything was fine. DO NOT forget to put the parking permit on your dash […] or you will find a $40 ticket. We got the Hotel during a "special deal" that made it that more alluring. Holet was in a great location walking distacne to shops, resturants and public transportation. Staff member who checked us in was Awesome, very helpful. Room was a decent size and clean.

"NOISY!!!"
I have stayed at Belltown Inn and love the location. Also like the fact that they have pay parking across the street (call and reserve, they have limited spots). My only complaint and it seems to happen EVERY time I stay there is the noise from the occupants above me is intolerable!!! It sounds like they are a troupe of gymnasts above me. Doesn't matter […] what room I stay in. Floors are either made of plywood or only people who have never stayed in a hotel are booking rooms here. Don't know if I will book again here. LaQuinta is redecorating, has free parking and I NEVER hear anyone else. Only a few blocks away but for sheer peace, it is most definitely worth it. Same because I have stayed here many times and kind of enjoyed it... Mehr
