Cambria Suites Polaris - Columbus

I was extremely pleased with the layout of the suite and the cleanliness of the entire facility. The staff was pleasant and informative. I have already recommended Polaris Cambria Suites to friends and family and will book there again next year.

The plumbing in the bathroom leaked. And, the bathroom was not very clean. The manager handled the problem professionally. I was offered a refund or free night stay.

Very nice hotel. Pleased with the decor and staff. The hotel features a modern feel and is clean. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and I would stay there in the future.

Loved everything about this hotel except the location. We were on an anniversary trip to Columbus, and most of what we were planning was not in the Polaris area. The hotel was worth being a little out of the way, though! No complaints

Stay was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Only problem I had was that there was no room with sauna/hot tub for me and my wife in the room. Does this hotel have any? If so give me a call back. If not, I wont be staying here anymore. That is a deal breaker for me.

Great experience. Property and personnel were both excellent. The room was very comfortable with a sitting area to work and watch television and a separate sleeping area. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was crisp with a very clean, contemporary appeal. Location was good for shopping and dining. For me I better enjoy an area that is more […] geared towards outdoor activity such as running trails, etc. But all things considered I would definitely stay here so without even looking to another property option. A special thank you to the shuttle driver - Irene, that talked me into trying to get an earlier flight home at the airport before Hurricane Irene hit the Northeast!! It worked and I was home 2 hours earlier that night. Of course, the airports were all closed the next day so very […] thankful. This hotel was the cleanest by far of any hotel , even 5 star hotels I've stayed in ! The front desk personel were very helpful and friendly. I loved the fact it was a non-smoking hotel, it smelled very fresh. Will definately stay again in the near future.

The hotel was great, room was excellant, the only dissappointment was that I thought I had booked a room w/ a jaccuzi as noted on line, however upon arrival that was not the case. Very misleading w/ no opportunity to upgrade.

We love staying at Cambria. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are cozy and very comfortable.

This place was great to stay at. Very close to the polaris mall and many places to eat. The room also had vga and hdmi connects for laptops and two flat screen tvs. The room was large and comfortable. The fitness center was nice with multiple new treadmills and elipticals, not to mention a new universal, exercise balls, and dumbells up to 65 pounds. […] Indoor pool was large and well maintained. The people at the desk were also helpful and polite. They did have a bar and restaurant in the hotel but we did not visit. Mehr

After sitting in hours of post OSU football game traffic, we arrived at the hotel to fast, friendly, and efficient service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent for the price. Wil stay there again next time I'm in the Columbus area.

Great Hotel with very helpful staff. No breakfast included in room rate. Eat at Eddie Merlot's if you get a chance.

This is a newer property with a very contemporary design and layout. We were impressed at the quality of the furniture, bathroom, and other room amenities (integrated desk, 2 LCD monitors, temperature control, etc). They have an excellent workout facility and a full service bar open until 12AM. The staff were all very professional and friendly.

Receptive staff, new construction (only six months old), beautiful decor. Price was amazing for the quality of the hotel. Will visit again soon!

I require an accessible room and the bed in my room was VERY high. This made the bed difficult for me to use, although I was able to manage. For an accessible room, the bed height should not be so high it is difficult for a disabled user to access. It was hard for me to get into the bed, although the bed itself was comfortable.

We were in the area for a college graduation, and needed a room with flexibility, so a suite hotel was just right. The Cambria was very pleasant, with comfortable rooms and attentive staff. We will stay here again!

This hotel is a new concept for a hotel chain known for it's clean rooms and friendly service. Modern, totally cool motif that you would expect from an expensive boutique hotel. Large flat screen TVs, very comfortable bed, spa-type bathroom with premium amenities. About 13 miles north of downtown Columbus, but very easy to get around. Great shopping […] 2 blocks away.
