Apartment mit Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmern - eines davon sehr klein. Ideal mit Kindern...

A great place to stay. All the convenience of an apartment with the benefits of a hotel. Full kitchen, great location. Staff was very helpful and available 24 hours again. Would definitely recommend this hotel especially for families or groups of friends that want to stay in same place.

Stayed at the Splendom Suites for a long weekend in Barcelona in a "junior suite". The appartment is large, very luxurious and tastefully decorated. It includes an oven, microwave, water boiler, all utensils, a washing machine and a nespresso machine with complimentary espresso cups (refreshed every evening)!! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, […] and cleaning service extends to both morning and evening. Proficiency in English is generally very good, although it does help if you speak at least a *bit* of Spanish. The appartments are very conveniently located at walking distance of pretty much everything (including the Sagrada Familia and the Old Town)...if you don't mind a 15-25 minute walk (it's straightforward enough and a nice enough neighbourhood so it was no problem for us whatsoever). If not, there are taxis aplenty (at very reasonable rates) and it's roughly 650 meters to either of the nearest two metro stations. The immediate neighbourhood has plenty of little cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets (some 24/7) for your direct convenience, but no real places of interests, monuments, parks, etc. For proper shopping and sighseeing you need to go to the Old Town or the rims of the city. In summary: Splendom Suites offers a very reasonably priced accomodation at a good location. Recommended! Mehr

Went for a weekend break and was very impessed with the quality, decor, and furnishings. Very well equipped two bedroomed suite with a well equipped kitchen. Three blocks from the Ramblas, easy access to all the main tourist areas, only wish we'd had more time there. I would definately use this hotel again.

This hotel is perfect for either a couple or a family, even friends traveling together. We had a two bedroom flat with complete kitchen for much less than we've paid for a standard room in many cities. The central shopping area is about a 15 minute walk, along with the Placa De Catalunya, La Rambla and the Gothic area. The neighborhood feels safe, the […] hotel is secure. My only complaint is that the bed was very firm, but I concede that is personal taste. I would definitely stay here again should I be lucky enough to return to Barcelona. Mehr

We enjoyed our stay very much at Splendum Suites. Did not realize they are 2 bedroom apartments, so we overbooked for our party. They are spacious & comfortable. About 15 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya, nice neighborhood with cafes & a couple of grocery stores within 1 block. The staff are friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

we like this hotel a lot and would highly recommend it to other tourists whoc are travel with a family. The room is spacious and good for parents traveling with kids.

This hotel was more like a trendy apartment. Our two bedroom accommodations were outstanding. Pottery barn styling, espresso maker, washing machine for laundry, large bathroom, balcony and back veranda made this place a stand out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and the hotel centrally located. Overall, a great experience.

Nice hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Had two balconies in Suite (one in front and one in back) and nice kitchen with dishes; even had an expresso maker with completementary coffee pods. Also included washer and plenty of dishes. Location was good, only about 1 mile off town center, and they partner with cafe next door for breakfast (cost extra). […] Had nice furnature except beds which in main bedroom was very stiff and fold-out bed in living room was thin pad that didn't do a great job of masking the steel prings below. Most people would have not liked the beds. Shower leaked and window couldn't be latched but place was other than that in good maintainance. Had individual security system (like Brinks, you punched in the code). Hotel sells doubledecker bus tour passes at same price you can get but avoids lines. Wouldn't allow early check-in due to being crowded which was inconvenient but understandable (not different than advertised). Balcony was dirty adn could have use a cleaning. Had decent-size plasmas in both bedroom and living room. I would recommend this for the price, convenience and staff quality but with cavet that they need to improve their beds and so some minor maintainance. Mehr

This might be a great place for a big family or a long stay. I stayed here with my wife, 3 kids, and my wife's parents for one night. We had 2 rooms, but if I had a better idea of the type of accomodations ahead of time, I would have just booked one. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a little living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a small dining table […] with 4 chairs, and a nice kitchenette. It was all in a nice modern style, there were balconies on the front of the building, and our first floor room even had a little patio off the back bedroom with a table and chairs. The kitchen had a full size fridge and a washing machine (it may have been a washer-dryer, actually; I didn't use it or check that closely). There are some basics, like plates, pans, glasses and utensils in the kitchen as well. They provided a crib, and they said they could provide some other baby items, like toys, as well. There were some downsides, though. It's not like a normal hotel, but rather a small converted apartment building. There's minimal public space; you actually have to go outside from the office where you check in to get to the hotel entrance next door. There's no pool, gym (although I think they have a deal with a nearby fitness place), restaurant, room service, or concierge. The staff was minimal. There's no parking, but there's a public lot on the same block. The person at the desk told us where to park, but only reluctantly helped with our many bags, as there's no bell staff. It's not handicap-accessible, as far as I could tell; there's an elevator, but you have to go up 4-5 steps from the ground floor entrance to get to it. There's no desk, and I didn't see an Ethernet jack. There's one TV, in the living room, but none in the bedrooms. There were no pay-per-view movies or games. When I was flipping through the channels late at night, there was hard-core porn advertising, so either watch out, or have fun, depending on whether you're watching with your significant other, or your mother Mehr

Très bon accueil en arrivant, appartement très confortable, bien placé dans le centre de Barcelone.

Splendom Suites huoneisto hotellissa on erittäin miellyttävä ja kielitaitoinen henkilökunta. Huoneisto oli siisti ja suuri. ikkunat olivat kadulle päin mutta silti huoneistossa oli aivan hiljaista ja hyvä nukkua yöllä. Ainut miinus on että metropysäkit ovat useamman korttelin päässä hotellista ja hotellissa ei ole aamiais mahdollisuutta. Suosittelen […] lämpimästi! Mehr

Desverre en del støy, med biltrafikk og nattklubb rett utenfor. Når det står suites så burde arealet vært større. Står at det var badekåper på rommet, det stemte ikke. Hotellservicen var flott, de svarte og ordnet så godt de kunne. Interiøret var flott og moderne.

Rigtig lækker lejlighed. Udsigten fra soveværelset var ikke det bedste, men det var ikke derfor vi var kommet. Det var lidt svært at finde parkering når man kommer i bil, så hold øje med parkeringskælderen som ligger 2 gader fra lejligheden. Lejligheden ligger godt. Ca. 10 min. gå afstand fra La Rambla. Det kan næsten ikke blive mere perfekt.

Her kunne jeg ha bodd! Trygt område, alt man trenger i umiddelbar nærhet, sentrumsnært, mulighet for å lage mat hjemme, mulighet for å vaske klær i leiligheten, bra service, god plass, bra standard til en rimelig pris, stilfult og rent. Rett og slett alt man skulle ønske seg og litt til. Kommer nok til å reise tilbake hit igjen!

Nice hotel! We were four friends taking a weekend in barcelona and it was great. The hotel is really nice and the apartment has everything we could ask for. Friendly staff. Would definately stay there again. It was not near the main center of Barcelona, which I would say is nearer the marina. Although excellent transportation makes it easy.
