Das Zimmer war total in Ordnung, das Bett bequem. Nur den Straßenlärm hat man auch im 9. Stock noch gehört, aber dass wir uns an mehreren Hauptstraßen/Autobahnen einquartiert hatten, war uns bekannt. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren eher desinteressiert & mäßig nett. Der Frühstücksservice ließ allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Freiwillig wurden weder Butter noch Teller aufgefüllt - erst nach Aufforderung kam irgendwann Nachschub.

Dieses Hotel liegt zwar nahe Downtown, aber inmitten eines Industrie-Gebietes und unmittelbar an einem Highway... Aber für den Preis ist es echt OK, WiFi und Frühstück inklusive. Zu Fuß nach Downtown 20min, Tankstelle und Restaurant gleich gegenüber.

Location is very convenient. Rooms are basic. Breakfast is good. Maid staff needs work. Evening front desk person excellent. Had to speak to the gm about an item that was taken out of room. He was not helpful at all. This tainted our stay. Overall an ok place to stay. Nothing to write home about but not bad.

We wanted a clean hotel close to the interstate so that we have a comfortable overnight stay and continue our trip the next day. The Comfort Inn was unbelievably clean, beautiful, in a safe neighborhood close the interstate and with lots of restaurants close by. REALLY NICE COMFY BEDS, very nice staff that was concerned with our needs, breakfast was nice and good hot water for the shower.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice, clean, comfy hotel. Like many big hotels in Norman, it is convenient to I-35, but that means that it's near a big interstate (though separated from it by a service road and some big chain restaurants). Best thing about the location is that it is a 5 minute walk to a movie theater, so, if you've driven 1400 […] miles over two days (like we did!) and you don't want to drive but want to get out, then this spot is great. Once again we were very pleased with Comfort Suites. We have a large family and love the fact that we can all stay in the same room, since it sleeps 6. The room was very clean and comfortable, kids enjoyed the pool and it was close to restaurants. "Bad smells"
The worse thing about this motel was the smell. Almost like something died in the elevator shaft. Worse on the first floor. Could not stand to eat at the free breakfast because of it.

We stayed here while on a campus visit to the University of Oklahoma. The hotel is easy to get to and close to several restaraunts and a Wal-mart is right down the service road (south) in case you forgot something. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice and the beds were very comfortable. With the temps in the 100's, the […] A/C worked great...we woke up freezing! The breakfast room wasn't overly crowded at 8:00 am so we didn't have to wait on the waffle maker, and the rest of the breakfast offerings were adequate. About the only complaint is that we were on the 2nd floor and heard people walking (stomping) in the room on the floor above us. It dodn't keep us awake, was just annoying. Mehr

This was a very large room with a frig & microwave. Very roomy and clean. Breakfast was also great. Highly recommend staying there.
The hotel was great, the only draw back is that the pool had too much chemical.

"June Hotel stay comfortable"
If you are looking for a straightforward clean place to stay, you have found it here. The breakfast was good and warm with many selections. The room A/C made it comfortable for sleeping in these Oklahoma summers. We will stay here again.

Found the Norman, OK Comfort Inn to be a very good hotel. It was clean and well appointed. The evening desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast the next morning was good. An unexpected convenience was that there were two good chain restaurants one block walking distance from the hotel for lunch or evening meals, Cracker Barrel […] and Outback. Other name restaurants were close, but you needed to drive a few blocks. I recommend this hotel. Mehr

Good value and excellent breakfast
This was my second time to stay in this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Friendly, helpful staff, quiet, clean and comfortable. Will definately stay at this hotel again.

"Case of the Drip Shower"
The hotel is clean, fairly comfortable, and the staff is courteous. However, I really dislike those drip showers. The showers where the water pressure is very low. That was the one big dislike I had. But for me, that's a biggie. If it isn't for you, this is a pretty good hotel.

Really a great hotel and very reasonably priced. I visited an acquaintance staying at the nearby Hilton and their rooms had upgraded furniture and maybe better bedding, but their room seemed crowded and stuffy compared to the Comfort Inn. Also, the Hilton does not provide complimentary breakfast; you have to pay $ for a limited buffet, a rip off, and […] their room is $$ more per night. "Nice hotel, awful room."
The hotel is in a nice location, perfect for a visit to the University of Oklahoma. Upon checking into our room, I noticed that the mini fridge was much louder than normal, making sleeping in the same room with it extremely difficult. (I had to umplug it in the middle of the night.) Later that evening, we realized that the water pressure in the shower […] was merely a trickle. Taking showers was out of the question. The breakfast was a carb-fest. Other Comfort Inn hotels have a wider variety of options on their breakfast menu. I normally don't complain, however, most people staying in a hotel would like to get a good nights sleep and take a shower at the very least. Mehr
"Clean, Nice Hotel but uncomfortable beds"
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were quite clean (which is VERY important to me) and the staff could not have been friendlier. Only issues we had were the beds were very hard. I suppose if you don't have a bad back they would be okay but I had to sleep on pillows because the bed was so hard. The breakfast area is way too small […] to accommodate all the people trying to make waffles. The breakfast was fine but would have loved to have had eggs or biscuits. Overall, I really liked the hotel, the surroundings and such. Unfortunately I can not stay there again because of my bad back. Mehr

"Lived up to positive reviews we read"
The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were very happy with the room which we had to book at late notice. Slept wonderfully and with much less noise than a previous motel. We saw a real difference in this place where the floors are extra clean. The breakfast was ample but my husband wanted more "meat" on it.

"Convenient & Comfortable"
Traveling home from vacation....the last bed before my own and this one was really good! Breakfast was good (though the attendant wasn't overly friendly...We were the only ones in the breakfast room and I think she was irritated when I turned MTV off and the volume down...not appropriate for my 2 and 4 year olds!) with a good selection items, other […] staff was friendly and all was quiet and clean. Several restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint would be that the pool wasn't very warm. I read another review that the heater wasn't working so I called ahead before booking to ensure that the pool was warm. I was told that it was in working condition. It was definately not as warm as most other indoor pools and after a short time, we abandoned the idea of swimming. My little guys were disappointed after being told they could swim after a long day in the car. Overall, a very good experience though - I'd stay there again! Mehr

The staff were friendly, service was fast, the room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, wifi worked as advertised (something that not all hotels get right!), breakfast fare was fresh and varied, and the rate was good. We were pleased by everything, disappointed by nothing, and wish all of our hotel stays were as pleasant. Highly recommended.
The hot tub was out of service and the pool area heater was out so to cold for the kids to swim. this is the reason I got the rooms.It was a little disappointing. Rooms were clean.

Room was spacious and comfortable although the bed was as hard as a rock. Location was convenient, The breakfast offering was less than desirable. One waffle maker for 30 people trying to eat breakfast, two minutes per waffle, you get the idea. The seating was inadequate and guests were standing around waiting for others to finish.
