The hotel was excellant-not 1 complaint-howeverthe surrounding restauants leave a lot to be desired-one of the criteria we use is access to a good restaurant-we could not recommend to our friend this location-PS in your new books u are not listing close restaurants -I think this is a mistake

Quality, quality, quality. You can't go wrong with all amenities free with stay. Fast Internet, 24hr hot drink station, hot breakfast included. Great stay overall. Thick walls (for sound). If you need to stay in Ooltewah than you should probably stay here. A bit pricey though!

This hotel is better than most in the Chattanooga area, pretty new and very clean with friendly staff and a convenient location - the entrance off the main road is very poorly marked and is sandwiched between poorly-maintained local businesses (including a gas station that clogs up their frontage to the main road with golf carts for sale). That is thankfully […] the only thing that we found negative to say... it's well worth the $$ and seems to cater to business travelers. Mehr

Nice hotel, good service, good breakfast, comfortable bed but LOUD, LOUD, LOUD! We thought the semi trucks were driving through our room all night!

Very nice hotel. With family in the area we will make this our place to stay. Staff was very nice throughout the hotel.

We stayed here last year and love it, so I booked it again. The rooms are huge, clean and nice! My husband loved the flat screen and after being on a cruise ship the previous week, I enjoyed the LARGE bathroom with marble. The breakfast the next morning was better than I remembered. They had these "breakfast pizzas" on a bagel that I wish I could make […] at home and the lady that was taking care of things was very chipper. I would highly recommend this place. Mehr

Great staff very clean rooms, would stay again.

Hotel was easy to find. The lobby area was very nice, newly decorated and attractive. The beds were not as comfortable as some Hamptons in which we have stayed. The complimentary breakfast was GREAT! Overall it was a great place to stay.

This hotel met my expectation of what hotel accomodation should be...amenable staff, user-friendly amenities, clean and comfortable bedding, etc. At this hotel the staff was very helpful and friendly. I requested a room on the quiet side of I-75 and they graciously ob liged me. As soon as I opened the door to the room the smell of FRESH and CLEAN greeted […] me. Clean and neat hotel. Very comfortable beds and a great complimentary breakfast in the AM. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Would stay here again.

EXCELLENT hotel- clean and spacious double queen beds. We will stay here everytime we visit our daughter at SAU. My wife is allergic to down so we would like non-feather based pillow and beding options - other than this most excellent!

This hotel was sparkling clean, quiet and comfortable. All the employees were delightful. Very convenient to I75. EZ on and off. I recommend it highly.

This is our second stay in this hotel. We have friends who live nearby and we are so happy that there is such a nice place to stay when we visit. On this visit, there were several kids baseball teams also staying there and we were a little bit worried that it would be crowded at breakfast or there would be noise issues, but we never heard anything and […] the staff in the breakfast area kept everything full and running smoothly even with so many guests. I was a little put out that our room faced the interstate and I could hear the traffic noise when I was trying to sleep, but it wasn't horrible. We'll just bring our sound machine to fade out the noise next time. Overall, a great room (we stayed in an oversize room with 2 double beds), a wonderful breakfast, and friendly people staffed at the hotel. We will be back! Mehr

Very clean and spacious hotel room. Great breakfast and dining area. Nice pool. No complaints.
