Dieses Hotel ist gut zu Fuß vom Shin-Osaka Bahnhof zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber für japanische Verhältnisse durchschnittlich. In der Lobby stehen Informationen für Ausflüge und zwei PCs für kostenlosen Internetzugang zur Verfügung. Überraschend gut: das preiswerte Frühstück (Wahl zwischen westlich oder japanisch)

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbahrer Nähe zum Bahnhof Shin-Osaka. Von hier sind alle Ziele mit der Bahn bequem erreichbar. Auch der Shinkansen, sowie der Haruka Aiport Express halten an diesem Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross, aber für japanische Verhältnisse und diesen Preis wirklich unschlagbar. Das Personal spricht teilweise kein bzw, nur ein […] schwer verständliches Englisch, aber es ist immer freundlich und mit etwas Geduld klappt auch die Verständigung. Super convenient location just 5 mins walk from the Shin-Osaka station. Rooms were very clean, and great value as it came with yummy Japanese breakfast for 2 and free internet connection.

The location is great 5 mins or less walk from Shin-Osaka Station. It located in a residential area, so it is pretty quite, by midnight the train will stop operate so you won't be bother by train sound. The staffs are nice and polite. Their English is not too good, but at less can communicate. The travel information that placed at lobby is very useful, […] I ate Japanese style breakfast it is tasted good and serving with organic vegetable. I stayed there for five nights and every nights slept well. The wired Internet speed is good but wifi is pretty slow and only able to access at lobby. Mehr

I am a female student who travelled alone with several luggage bags, so to have this hotel approx. 5 mins walking distance from ShinOsaka station was a big plus. As mentioned in another review, the take the East exit and follow the signs that say "Station Hotel". The hotel itself was very small - only 5 levels - but it was comfortable and clean. The […] bathroom was incredibly tiny compared to other hotels I had stayed at, but it was functional and I had no issues. The breakfast (which was included in my booking) was filling. I recommend the Japanese style breakfast! There are only a handful of restaurants near by..but there is a 24 hour Japanese "fast food" shop, which is excellent for a cheap and fulfilling meal. It is located opp the station (and you walk past it as you go to the hotel). Otherwise, you have a lot more options insde the JR station. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and it was a perfect base for traveling to other cities (as it so close to the JR shinkansen station). This hotel had no flexibilities like hotels in US. Late check out, 33% you have to pay, there were plenty room available but no early check in admitted. It is very typical Japan's business style, no flexibilities, rules, and rules.

It is the good location for traveller. The hotel is close shin Osaka staion east exit. You can take the big luggage to hotel within 10 minutes. The room is very clean and comfortable but quite small that is the normally in Japan. The great of breakfast is complimentary in this package.

Close to Shin-Osaka station which is good for catching the shinkansen or a train to Osaka. Free internet to use at hotel which was very good. Not overly helpful staff. Very thin walled rooms. Good value for money as it included breakfast, which was simple but very cheap. Would stay here again but have low expectations.

Hotel is close to the Shin-Osaka JR station but it's hard to find for the first time despite that it seems straightforward to get there on the map. Be ready to get lost and ask on the street. Takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to there. Hotel's staff are friendly, speak enough English for basic communication. The bed is huge comparing to the room. There […] is a refrigerator (not a must as some other hotel in that area doesn't have one) and wired Internet connection in the room with a LAN cable provided. Coined laundry machines are also available on the ground floor of the hotel. Breakfast was included with the choices of Japanese and Western styles. The breakfast is a rich and satisfying one so make sure you don't miss it. There are 2 public PCs in the lobby that are free to use unlike in some other hotels where you have to pay to get onto the Internet on public PCs. No supermarket in that area and for this hotel, there is no convenience store nearby either. There are a few in front of the JR station's exit so you should get what you want there after getting off the train, then head to the hotel. One of the convenience stores sells bentou which is a cheap and quick choice for budget meals. They will ask you if you want them to be heated up when you make the purchase. Overall a very nice hotel to stay in near Shin-Osaka station, which is a convenient station for taking Shinkansen if you plan to travel to other cities such as Tokyo and Kyoto. Mehr

The staff here are excellent and the amenities such as the PC in the lobby and the free breakfast are great. The room though small had everything one would require. The only problem is that the air-conditioning was set to offer heating only and during my stay in mid November, it was not quite cold enough to require heating. With the air-conditioning […] turned off, we had to leave the window ajar for some ventilation. Alas, that meant no end of the noise from the trains - the only respite was between 1am to 5am and even then, there was intermittent rumblings from night trains. This place is a 2 minute walk from the Shinkansen station - if you find the correct exit. Best to ask at the Tourist Information booth. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite, and reasonably proficient in English. The rooms are small, basically, my Wife and I had to take turns standing up and moving about it, but, exactly the same size as the […] other "business hotels" that we stayed at in Hiroshima and Tokyo, complete with the identical modular en-suite bathrooms, which though small work just fine (if you've been to Japan, you know about them). 2 free computers for use in the lobby. Beware: they are multi-language keyboards and have a nasty habit of shifting to Kanji,or something, since the button that does that is right next to the space bar, which is the width of the "shift" key on a US keyboard. Breakfast was included and was just fine - either Western or Japanese type. Since Shin Osaka is a 15 minute ride on the train to Kyoto, with frequent departures, it is a good value alternative to staying in Kyoto, where we couldn't find a room. Not a lot to see or do in the neighborhood, although there is a decent Indian restaurant a block away, as well as others. and, of course the inevitable 7-11 within 2 blocks. The only difficulty is the hotel is on a side street, and although I believe there are signs on phone poles along the way, since they are all Kanji, they are really not all that helpful. The only English language sign, you need to be standing directly in front of the lobby to see. There is also a sign near the top of the building, again, behind a taller building. They really should address that. We would absolutely stay there again - it's a very good value. Of course, now I know how to find it. Mehr

Location of hotel not so fantastic, got to walk about 10 to 15 mins from Shin-Osaka station. My room faces directly opposite the train track, so we were disturbed by the train passing by from 5am to about 11pm everyday. Not much amenities nearby. Room is small but tidy and clean. Yet big improvement should be made in training the attitude and customer service for front desk staff. The young male staff showed very very impatient when we enquired for their selling on the pass used in Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukun. He just told me no such pass can be bought in their hotel, but I successfully to buy it […] from his colleague in the following morning. Nearly very question asked to him the reply was NO or I DON'T KNOW. The breakfast included in most of the Japanese hotels are in the form of buffet. You can feel free to choose what you like and eat until you are full. Yet the breakfast offered in this hotel strictly divided into western and japanese food type. Limited dishes you could find and the most important, everyone can only take one round. For an male adult, I don't think the food can satisfy your appetite in the begining of a day. Mehr

The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from the Shin Osaka station, which is linked to the main subway line, Shinkansen and JR train line. The downside is that it is too close to the railway tracks and if your room happens to face the track, you will hear the train going past even with the windows closed. The kicker for this hotel was it was on a side street that made it difficult to find, funny thing is the hotel signs pointing towards it are in Japanese but the hotel name on the front is in English. Other then that great hotel, had breakfast every day, Japanese and western were great and filling. The best part is it is close to the train station. One […] train hop away from Osaka/Umeda. Less than 5 mins walking distance to train and subway of Shin-Osaka station. Lots of restaurants, eateries, sushi stands, and a small supermarket all inside the Shin-Osaka station. About 30 mins train ride to Kyoto. All you can eat breakfast costs $ 550 yens per person was delicious but make sure to buy the ticket the night before. There were two options […] for the breakfasts. One was Japanese traditional breakfast and the other was western style. Hotel rooms were very small but very clean. It is not a good choice for people who are big or tall or have lots of luggages. A convenient 3 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station. Welcoming, efficient reception. Comfortable quiet room, typical economy of space but with all amenities provided. Healthy Japanese and Western breakfast options. Free internet available. Very reasonably priced and great value. I would certainly return and recommend to others.

This is a really nice hotel, i don't mind staying here again as am only 153cm the problem with this hotel is for people more than 160cm, it won't be convenient as the room is really small, hardly able to put anything in the room. Using the shinkansen this hotel is 5 mins from station which is fantastic after a hard day as a tourist when you want to get back for a rest. Hear the trains and planes but after 9pm they quieten down. Wireless only available in reception, but free. Breakfast was value for the money at 500yen. Is near Shin Osaka railway station. The clothes dryer somewhat weak so only do light washing of clothes. If you like a little adventure, there's a nice Indian restaurant just before the station from your hotel. The room is average size, the staff are pleasant, the furnishings are near new, there is a little stove like thing to heat your pot for making […] tea, a small bar fridge, good toiletries and a gift mixed shampoo stuff for women. A complimentary bottle of water provided free for guests and small cut flowers for your table. Also provide a warm blanket and central heating in the room with slippers, shavers etc. A LCD tv is standard in Japan. Bed linen and bath towels are changed daily and there is subsidized breakfast for 550 ¥. recommended. Mehr

Small and older hotel. Very very clean, one of the only hotels we stayed in that we did not find hair. The hotel staff were amazing.

This hotel was less than a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka station. The staff was exceedingly friendly and polite. The hotel offered a very good and reasonable (for Japan) breakfast . The room was small, and the bathroom very small, but this is common in Japan. Room had a fridge and small pot to boil water. No complaints for price we paid.

The hotel is closed to Shin-Osaka train station which is very convenient for traveling by train. Hotel neighborhood is quiet and safe. Though it's quite closed to the railways, but sound-insulation of the rooms is quite good, very little noise from train running could be heard.

This hotel is right by the Shin-Osaka station where you can not only catch trains, but shop, eat etc. Rooms were fairly small as expected, but plenty of room and very effective bathroom. Staff were great and Japanese breakfast healthy and interesting.

Buena ubicación. El hotel esta en muy buenas condiciones, buen desayuno incluido y conveniente pro lo cercania a la estacion de metro JR.

本來是預定不吸煙房，但卻被網路訂購管道改成吸煙房，還好服務人員態度親切有協助臭氧處理，不過走到通道都還是濃濃的菸味。早餐很棒很滿意。
