A good basic hotel. Staff very helpful re their services and possible excursions. Mall of Emirates - complete wiith ski field! is easily walkable. Don't expect a bathroom full of products - that is not why this hotel is good value. Comfortable beds after a day of sight seeing. Plenty of small cafes and minimart nearby.

I had a wonderful. stay. The location is a top premium near Emirates Mall, Ski Dubai. metro. bus. .. The staff was super efficient courteous. patient and very helpful. ON my ffirst day I reported that my bed was much too firm . It was promptly made soft fluffy and comfortable.

We love Ibis Hotels, and this one was even better than their normal version. Very comfortable, good free wifi in the lobby area, located 5-10 minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel - we have stayed in Ibis hotels in many countries, and this one was a step above most others. Made a booking for a twin share room, which was paid for and confirmed immediately, and again confirmed by email shortly before our arrival. Upon arrival, was asked if it was ok if they gave us a room with a king size bed to share for the first night, as our twin share was not available. No explanation was offered, so am not sure if issue was with the […] booking website or the hotel. My travelling companion and I don't share a bed, so eventually we were given a room in the adjoining Novotel, which still meant one of us had to sleep on a sofa bed. I would like to recommend the hotel to all my friends in Singapore. Even though its a 2 *star hotel, its very clean and convenience for traveller who prefer to have a place to rest and sleep after a very long walk about in Dubai. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially to Mr Milton (the Security) - Thank you very much.

Best budget hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Perfect location. Free wifi at lobby. Free underground parking. Will stay again next time.

I liked pretty much everything about this budget hotel. However, the bed mattress was the worst ever I slept in in the last 10 years any where. It was thin and very hard - so hard that my back was hurting the next day. I stayed 4 days but was relieved to check out because of this uncomfortable bed.

i had a very good experince staying at ibis dubai ,the best thing it was very convenient to reach from airport to hotel,next to mall of emirates ..the best part the staff specially the reception staff was excellent n very cooperative ......only one issue is ther i had a very bad cut on my fingure when i was operating locker, there isnt any medical FIRST […] AID BOX available.though the staff help me on there best. This hotel is the best budget hotel in Dubai. the rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is very convenient in Barsha right next to Mall of the Emirates and 5 min away from Madinat Jumairah.. Its location is central as in halfway between Downtown Dubai and New Dubai. It takes a 10min taxi ride to anywhere in Dubai. The amenities provided by the […] hotel are ones of a 4 star hotel. was put on a smoking floor as all other rooms were taken. Never noticed the smell as smoke as much as in this hotel.

It is PERFECT for the price. Yes it is not the Madinat, but the rooms were very clean, quiet, staff was great and very modern. The price was amazing, and the beds were every bit as comfortable as some of the higher priced resorts in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service & the room at this location. However, I do have two things that I irritated me: 1 - they only supplied large bath towels in the rooms. The hotel does not even stock face towels, so we had to purchase our own. #2. I requested an iron from the front desk, & the attendant told me she would have it brought to my […] room. a very neat quiet hotel, next to the mall of the emirates.very good reception people too.

The hotel was good for the price you pay. The rooms are a little small, but the hotel was new and clean, which mattered more. It was also a stones throw away from a big mall and close to the main highway giving access to different locations.

My overall experience of the Ibis Mall of the Emirates was excellent. The location is just right as it is next to the Mall of the Emirates as the name suggests and also sits very close (200m) to a metro station for getting around. The hotel appears to bu don't want to eat in. Appears to be relatively new and as a consequence all decor and fittings […] appear to be new and in excellet order. The staff are helpful and friendly and there are numerous other places to eat at in the vicinity if you don't fancy eating in. A very good hotel for the money Mehr

The hotel was new-looking, considering it is a couple of years old, and the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money if luxuries aren't a requirement for you.

Very easy access to Mall of the Emirates. That's what really appeals for this hotel. Rooms are compact. It is a relatively new hotel so rooms and facilities fresh.

1박이라 교통편하고 상대적으로 저렴한 호텔을 선택했는데 잘못된 선택이었나봅니다. 몰오브디 에미리트 지하철역에서 먼 거리는 아니었지만 신호등없는 찻길을 건널 때마다 위험한 느낌이 들었습니다. 이비스호텔은 처음이었는데 방음이 취약한 것 같았습니다. 비지니스로 온 숙박객이 많을것이라는 예상과 달리 가족단위의 손님이 많아서 이방저방을 돌아다니면서 시끄럽게 하기도 했습니다. 낮에는 위층에서 수리를 하는지 계속 땅땅소리가 났었고 한밤중까지 복도에서 사람들 지나다니면서 말하는 소리가 크게 들렸습니다. 옆방은 가족손님으로 아이둘이 뛰는소리 벽에 부딪히는 아이 고함소리가 새벽 두시까지 계속되는등 소음때문에 고생한 호텔이었습니다. 한가지 […] 덧붙이자면 샤워실유리가 반만 있는데다가 샤워실과 화장실바닥과의 차이가 별로 없어서 물이 넘칠까봐 씻는데 아주 고생했습니다. Otel yeni bir bina, genel olarak temiz ve şık. Odalarda kasa ve kapalı gardrop yok. Kısa süreli ucuz konaklama için iyi. Yeri Emirates Mall'a yürüyüş mesafesinde ama taksi ile giderken biraz dolaşmak gerekiyor.

het hotel is helaas heel ver verwijderd van het stadscentrum, ook de metrostation is niet om de hoek maar doordat er zo'n heel groot winkelcentrum naast staat maakt het niet zo heel veel uit als naar Dubai gaat om te shoppen tenminste.

bien situé mais attention une construction qui début en face donc il y aura prochainement beaucoup de bruits/ vibrations surtout qu'ils commencent très tôt !! sinon un IBIS comme ceux qu'on trouve en Europe donc pas de surprise
