Quest World Square Serviced Apartments - Haymarket

This hotel served me well...it was a full studio apartment with a washer and dryer in the room, which you could use for free. This served me well as I was traveling for a couple of weeks. It helped to have a kitchen when trying to save money because the grocery store is only a couple blocks away and the kitchen had everything you need. It had a nice […] patio outside and was right downtown, walking distance to everything. Chinatown was right around the corner, Darling Harbour was only 10 minutes walking and the Opera House was about 30 minutes. The only downside was it didn't have wifi but you could easily go down to one of the cafes that are every 100ft. in Sydney. Mehr

We booked to stay at this hotel quite a few months ago, we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were amazed when we turned up and we were given 2 self contained apartments! The staff were extrememly accommodating and we had a great stay. Would definitely come again. Thanks!

This hotel is right across the road from a shopping centre and has an oovie machine for the dvd. Great location for chinatown ,paddy's market , train station is 5 mins and paddy's market. There is a free bus service that goes to the wharf every 15 mins and close to the theatre main shops etc.

The staff we met on arrival were extremely helpful - a vital service at any establishment; but even more so when in a motorised wheelchair. The Apartment was well laid out and in most cases wheelchair friendly. The bathroom was too small to get into in the wheelchair but accessible if you could walk a bit. To access the balcony (smokers allowed) I […] also had to exit the chair for steps to the chairs and table. Very comfortable furniture. The carpet was damp in a couple of areas (staff apologised) but was very clean and the kitchen was great. I had no mobile phone service access (not the fault of Quest) but their internet service was also unavailable making it difficult to contact people at the Conference I was to attend after checkout. Again Quest staff were extremely helpful - phoning several Conference people for us. Had the internet service been accessible I would rate Quest at 5 out of 5. Mehr

Really happy with this accommodation. Would absolutely stay here again. Service great, room very large and comfortable. Bathroom huge. Very good value for money for a very convenient location.

The hotel is great for those looking for shopping, getting closer to the Harbour bridge and other must see sights. Opposite the hotel, there is a shoping center and in that shoping center you can find the great Coffee Shop "Gloria Jeans". You can find as well "coles" super market and some other important facilities. The harbour bridge is just a 5 to […] 7 minute walk. I didn't like the policy in the hotel that says there's NO room service "and room cleaning" on Sundays!! If you're intending to drive your car, you'll find difficulty in parking your car in the given spots. Other than that, including the staff, cleaningness of the rooms and the hotel, all are pleasing. Can't complain about the location, all good. Hotel service was a little casual and staff were not overly attentive.

We find the room very spacious especially considering most Sydney hotels has very limisted space. The room were clean, all utilites are clean too. Staff were helpful and surrounding neighbour were good and 24hr coles were just opposit to us. We have no problems staying here, if have to complain, the only thing is the smell will come through the aircon […] when other people are cooking in their own apartment. This has only happened once during our stay, I don't think many people will be cooking during their holiday. Mehr

We expected adjoining rooms Instead we had rooms with a single door leading to the corridors. When our rooms were not serviced on Sunday we were told that they don't clean rooms on Sundays. The fold-out sofa was uncomfortable due to being able to feel the springs in the mattress. The apartment is in good location with good facilities. Spacious as well. But the service is much below the level. The staff is not professional, not efficient, not mentioning anything in warmth. The internet charge is very high, but the connection speed is not perfect.
