The rooms were clean however the towels were not replenshished properly. The breakfast bar was disappointing, but this can probably be attributed to the numerous High School track teams staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and we will stay here again.

If your looking for good location !Use it.

The commode handle was broken & the A/C was not working right. The rooms are very clean though. It was cheap for a one night stay in a small town. The front desk was super friendly.

This was the last hotel we stayed at on our spring break vacation and was by far the worst! The rooms smelled, the bathroom door creaked and didn't lock. There were major plumbing problems....which was extremely embarrassing. The pool was absolutely discusting and smelled like urine. All the fruit on the breakfast bar was old. You could hear people […] all down the halls all night! I wish we would have spent the extra $30 and stayed at the holiday inn. I wouldn't have spent $20 for this absolutely horrible room!!!! Mehr

The hotel was fairly new. The elevator was dirty. The employee that helped us was very unkempt in his attire. He was connecting box sets of dvd's to the large tv in the main lobby at check in. The coffee always ran out and we had to ask him to make more and wait quite awhile. I won't stay there again.

My family just stayed there for 1 night. It was clean, good location, the front desk guy was very nice. The only complaint was the bed was a little hard. The indoor pool was nice and fun. And the breakfast was as expected. Would stay again.

Clean with plenty of room for parking large vehicles and trailers. Downtown only .5 mile a easy walk. Hollywood and Vine Resturant and Bar a good place to go.

The elevator was broken for most of my stay, and the drain in my tub didn't drain properly. Additionally, the housekeeping service did not clean my room in a timely manner. I left my room at 8:30 a.m. and it hadn't been cleaned when I returned at 4:30. Overall, a subpar La Quinta.

TV remote did not work. Bathroom drain clogged. Both reported to staff; remote never fixed & the drain took two calls to get fixed. Wife left some clothing at the motel and called motel after we got home. Was told some one would call her to get details. Never received a return call! Very poor service!!

We stayed for one night only. The only complaint is that the walls and floors seem a little thin..but you could request bottom floor. We were happy to have such a clean and comfortable room!

The room was great, people were very friendly, but the pool was FREEZING! Not heated....indoor, but not heated.

Very clean,great veiw from my room. Good location in center of town. would stay again if in town. Room rate was very good.

The room was very clean and cozy for us.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience except for the encounters with the front desk clerks. They were not rude or anything but they were not friendly and courteous. When we first arrived and were checking in the two female clerks hardly looked at us or smiled. Their eyes were glued to the computer screen and they barely looked up or smiled. […] When we had been out and came back in, another different female clerk did not even look up, say hello or smile. I don't know if I'm just old fashion but I think "Hello," "Good morning" or just a smile is common courtesy and goes a long way to making the "customer" happy. I stayed here with my family on our vacation to see Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim. It was off-season, so we mostly had the hotel to ourselves. (There were two other couples there on our last night.) Positives: (1) The hotel was in excellent condition and had a smell my wife described as "new" (though I'm pretty sure it's not). (2) The staff […] was polite and helpful. (3) The hotel is in a great location relative to the things we were in Glen Rose to see. (Most everything was within a 5-10 minute drive from the hotel.) Room for improvement: (1) There was once we tried to get towels for the pool and it took a while to find someone to get them for us, and once we got them they were far too small to be useful for drying off. (2) We found a number of pieces of Nerds candy in the carpet in our room. (3) The water available in the breakfast lounge wasn't hot enough for cooking the oatmeal provided there, nor was there a microwave or microwave-safe bowls for taking it back to the room. It did occur to me later that I could have used the coffee maker in the room to heat water, and I assume that would have worked better. Also, some eggs on the continental breakfast would have been nice. (4) The room stayed really humid, possibly because there was no vent in the bathroom. Overall, we were happy with the hotel, especially considering what we paid to stay there. I'd gladly recommend it for anyone who doesn't want to pay the higher cost of a B&B and who doesn't want to have to drive 40 minutes from a higher-quality hotel in Granbury. Mehr

Great location minutes between Fossil Rim and Dinosaur Valley. In August of '09, hotel still looked and felt like new! Very clean and neat. Pool was a little small, but still nice to have indoor in Texas! We highly recommend!

Hotel was great and located near all local attractions and not to far from other surrounding areas. Quiet and peaceful.

The hotel was great. It's looks like it was just built so the area surrounding the hotel was not great. The Landscaping needed attention badly and the pool area smelled of dirty feet and the pool was green. The Hot Tub was not hot but just barely warm and also smelled of dirty feet. The rooms however were great. They are very spacious and clean. If […] your in a hurry take the stairs because the elevator takes forever and it's not located in a very good place nor is it marked. The bedding was fantastic. I haven't slept that good in awhile. In fact I came home and ordered some of the pillows from Pacific Coast pillows online. So for the most part it was a great stay. Mehr

Wonderful hotel. Very well maintained. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would loe to stay there again.

This hotel was practically new and was a very nice stay for what we needed.
