Es liegt direkt am Times Square und ist somit zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ab und an war etwas wenig Druck auf der Leitung und das Wasser war zum Teil nur lauwarm, dies ist jedoch verschmerzbar, da es nicht kalt war, sondern lauwarm. Einziges Manko: Kofferaufbewahrung nach Check-Out mit 5,- USD pro Schließfach sehr teuer.

Die Zimmer waren zwar nicht sonderlich groß aber trotz allem war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Nähe zu gleich zwei verschiedenen U-Bahn Stationen ist wirklich top. Vom Hotel aus ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Timesqaure.

Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Dusche und Toilette nur durch eine Glasschiebetür und Vorhang vom Rest des Zimmers abgetrennt. Ich hatte mit einem Freund zusammen ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten. Man sollte sich schon sehr gut kennen, wenn man beim Verrichten seines Geschäfts jedes Geräusch aus der Toilette im Zimmer mithört. Sehr gut war das superschnelle Internet ohne langes Codes und langem Einwählverfahren. Die Rezeption sehr freundlich, aber in diesem Hotel wird eine gewisse Selbstständigkeit des Reisenden erwartet.

"Die Lage ist das grosse Plus"
Ich war dort in der Woche nach dem Sturm Sandy. Alles war deshalb verständlicherweise noch etwas aufgewühlt. Das Hotel ist funktional in Ordnung, die Zimmer klein aber wirklich gut ausgestattet. Nur die Zimmer in den oberen Etagen bieten "New York" Blicke. War bei mir ausgebucht - da bereits bezahlt? Die Lage macht das Hotel aber sehr wertvoll. "Schönes Hotel in SoHo"
Super Service, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, wir haben auf Grund einer Strassenbaustelle (auch Nachts) hinterm Haus das Zimmer gewechselt, dies hat perfekt funktioniert. Das Zimmer auf der Vorderseite des Hotels war wesentlich leiser. Zimmer: sehr sauber, sehr geräumig (Doppelzimmer im 15 Stock) Vielleicht ein Hinweis: Direkt neben […] dem Hotel klafft eine Baulücke. Es sieht so aus, als wenn da demnächst gebaut wird. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Manhattan, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sauber, die Betten bequem und das Bad mit Badewanne ebenfalls sauber und schön. Es steht kostenloses (W-)LAN, sowie Wasser, Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung. Im 14. Dieses Hotel kann man nur weiterempfehlen. In einer ruhigen angenehmen Umgebung von NY . Oeffentliche Verkehrsmittel um die Ecke und wenn man laufen mag, ist es auch kein Tagesausflug um zum Times Square zu kommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. "Hotel Four Points jederzeit wieder"
Das Four Points liegt zentral in Manhattan im Village. U-Bahn 2 Minuten entfernt. Coffeeshops und Restaurants in Fußnähe. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Manhattan sind von hier aus gut bis sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und schön - ein bisschen klein. Je höher man wohnt, desto schöner (21 Stockwerke). […] Rundherum sind Bürogebäude, aber am Hudson River ist man in 5 Gehminuten. Auch Chinatown und little Italy sind in Fußnähe. "Sehr ordentliches Hotel in praktischer Lage"
Ich verbrachte eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und war sehr angetan. Der Service war sehr freundlich, Zimmer und Bad waren hell, modern und sauber, (wenn auch New-York-typisch effizient/klein). Es gab kostenlos stilles Wasser, Kaffee und Internet. Die unmittelbare Lage in dieser Straße wird keinen Schönheitspreis gewinnen, aber insgesamt liegt das Hotel […] sehr praktisch: In Laufreichweite nach Soho und ins West Village, sowie direkt an der U-Bahn Linie 1. Die Nähe zum Holland Tunnel war bei meiner Mietwagen-Anreise zur Rush Hour ein Problem, am nächsten Tag für meine Fahrt nach New Jersey dann angenehm. Glück hatte ich, einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel zu finden. Das Frühstück war OK. Insgesamt habe ich mich wohl gefühlt, besonders weil die Zimmer modern und sauber waren und ich in den Betten gut geschlafen habe. Neues Hotel mit modernen Zimmern. Bequeme Betten. Gute Lage nahe der beliebten Spring Street, an jeder angrenzenden Ecke eine Frühstücks- bzw. Delimöglichkeit. Zimmer klein aber ausreichend, sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Einziger Nachteil sind die nur zwei Fahrstühle für 20 Stockwerke. "Nice stay for the night"
Overall, I have a plesant stay at this hotel. Although, the rooom is too small for my taste. With the king size bed there is hardly any room to move around, but given that it is in New York, size can be forgiving. The shower area is very clean and trendy. The room itself is clean and nice. "Great Stay!"
We choose this hotel because it is a very short walk to the City Winery ,where we were attending a show. The price was excellent for New York and the people were very nice. We had a car and valet parking was going to be a lot, as this is the Big Apple. But the receptionist said, " Its Sunday night and you can just park out front on the street for free." […] Excellent! We did need to move it by 9:00 on Monday morning, but we had planned to leave early. Also, the City Winery is a very cool venue for shows, Good food, good service, and nice atmosphere. "A bit overpriced, but his is NYC"
For a pretty high price we got a relatively small room with not too many superlatives. The bed was comfortable and, fortunately, we had things to do in NYC and didn't have to stay in the room too much. The TV was a problem in that the remote could not control the volume and it was either too loud or muted. After about 10 minutes of fiddling, we were […] able to get it to a reasonable level. This happened several times over two days. My wife wanted to sleep in the morning and I went down to the small lobby where the music was VERY loud and it was impossible to have a nice cup of coffee and read the paper (WSJ-Free). Two ice machines in the building --both in the basement. Not a disaster, but the price was a bit high for what we got. But is it NYC, after all. Expect high prices. "Would stay here again!"
I was very happy overall with our stay at this hotel. Although our view of window faced the generators and a brick wall, the room itself was comfortable and clean. "Disappointed in reservation process"
After booking a double bed room, was disappointed in the hotel making the decision to move us into a King bed room. They fixed it the next night but it was a big inconvenience. Stayed at this hotel for business, so I didn't spend much time there and one stayed one night. The rooms were a good size for NYC rooms; small but larger than average for the city. Excellent location to Soho, Canal St., Wall St. - the only thing I could find wrong was the blow dryer needed to be replaced - Staff was great, spotless room and the shower was INCREDIBLE!!! "Perfect for Inexpensive Valentine's Day Getaway"
My boyfriend surprised me and flew in from Seattle so we needed somewhere to stay, and it had to be available last minute. We booked a room here and were very happy with everything. Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable (bathroom was very luxurious; black marble, stainless steel, and very clean). […] The only thing I might point out is that we stayed in a Standard King room and it wasn't enormous, but perfect for two people and this IS NYC, so I wasn't expecting anything else.
