probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, at a very reasonable price. Spacious room with FULL kitchen (stove, garbage disposal, microwave and FULL sized refrigerator), granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. Fresh coffee, even at 10pm. This hotel is hard to beat. Free shuttle from the airport. Easy drive to the Port of Tampa. Very comfortable suites which easily slept my whole family of four. It has a kitchenette with two burner stove, fridge, microwave & dishwasher. It even has utensils, plates, and some cook wear. They have microwave popcorn in the room which the kids loved. They […] also have a nice little store with some things you may have forgotten. Nice, tasty breakfast with hot foods. There were only three negatives as far as we were concerned, none severe enough to not return: First - The air conditioner was really loud and blows really cold air on top of you while in bed. Second - Ordering food from the hotel restaurant next door is really expensive. Third and most important - The room's kitchen should have been cleaned better. The table was sticky. That bothers me. To sum up: We would definitely stay there again. We only stayed one night, but it would be great if you were spending time in Tampa. Mehr

After a confusing time finding the proper shuttle to hotel, all went well. Girl on the desk that night could have been a bit more helpful regards booking a shuttle to cruise terminal following day, however the hotel attendant on cruise day set it all up for us easily that morning.. This is a great hotel near the airport. Rooms were clean, no airport noise and beds were comfortable. Definitely will stay here again!

Booked two rooms. In one room, the bathroom was full of ants. I complained but was not given a different room. Would not stay again.

The four of us stayed here because we were going on a cruise out of the Tampa port. Our room exceeded my expectation. Me & my wife flew down the day before our honeymoon cruise & stayed here. Some of my relatives showed us around & everything was convenient. They room was great & seemed to be like an apartment. Having your own kitchen, living room & seperate bedroom made it feel homely & comfortable for family to stop by. The bed was extremely comfortable & big. Safe, pleasant, clean, comfortable, convenient hotel ... would highly recommend.

Nice large suite/room, beds pretty comfy, carpet was clean not sticky like in some hotels, no smoke odors or musty scents. Nice amenities in room. Easy check in and out. Have always preferred Hampton Inn, but this was very nice too.

Close to the airport and Raymond James Stadium. Excellent free breakfast and happy hour is free too. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Parking garage is free of charge. Hilton quality at a great price.

Overall, this was a fine choice for our family stay while we passed through Tampa. Convenient to the airport, good parking, good service. The 1 BR suite was very clean and well laid-out. The beds in the bedroom were extremely comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for my own taste. BUT*****Beware of the sofa bed!! Sofa sleepers are famously […] uncomfortable, but this one made the top 10 in miserable lumpy beds of all time. Breakfast was fine -- fresh and hot with plenty of options. The Homewood Suites in Tampa Florida- had excellect service

Hotel advertised washer n dryers inside the suite b they clearly lied it was the only reason I booked it because I tracked with 3 kids other than that it was fine ....

The staff at homewood suites was extremely helpfull and friendly. They went oyut of their way to help in everyway possible. We have three small children and they made everyone welcome.

We stayed in this hotel for only one night and were wishing we could have stayed longer. The studio king room was so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The room wasn't really large, but the high ceilings and excellent finishes made it feel very roomy and luxurious. I didn't even know about the complimentary grocery service until […] I got there - I will definitely use that when I go back. We didn't do anything spectacular while we were there, as this was just a travel stop over night, but we really, really enjoyed this hotel. It had all the comforts of home. It was right next door to the rental car return center, and there was free shuttle service to the airport (very punctual and friendly driver). What a great surprise finding this hotel. It was the best hotel stay on our week long vacation. Highly recommend to anyone who likes the comforts of home (full kitchen, dvd player, internet, comfortable bed, cleanliness, etc.) in a hotel room. Mehr

Due to its proximity to the airport, we chose this hotel for an overnight both at the beginning and end of our vacation based on the reviews. We weren;t disappointed - one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in! The shuttle to and from the airport was easy and efficient... and it rund 24/7! The rooms were immaculate, modern, and tastefully decorated. […] Beds and bedding were very comfy. Both times we had a full kitchen - stove-top, microwave, fridge with ice-maker, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery. There's even a complimentary grocery shopping service! And the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the airport - the area is clean and safe, however there is nothing to do in the immediate vicinity. So not ideal for a family vacation unless you have a vehicle and are happy to head out each day by car. There is a pool which we didn't get to use, but looked lovely and a fitness room. In terms of finding the place - we had no problem finding the hotel with our GPS upon our return. There's a great complimentary breakfast each day, and complimentary dinner Monday-Thursday. We weren't there for the dinner, but the breakfast was super. Selections varied, but there was always a variety hot options (e.g. scarmbled eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes), hot & cold cereal, yogurt, fruit salad, breads and pastries, juices, coffee, tea, milk. On the return we had booked a two-bedroom suite - we did indeed get two full bedrooms (each with a private bathroom, phone and flat-screen TV), separated by a livingroom with another television, and the kitchen. This was a wonderful experience for us all. The price was exceptional - the quality of the room and the service would lead one to expect a much higher price tag. I highly recommend this property! I was quite pleased at the cleanliness of the hotel and how well everything was laid out. I could say that I had two main complaints. The first one was the fact that I could not find the hotel with my GPS. The address would not register. I got the address from the website. When I called the hotel, they gave me another address and I entered it into the […] GPS. This put me in the middle of an access road to the Tampa Airport, Fortunately, I was able to see the hotel on the opposite side of the road from where the GPS left me. The second complaint was that I was charged $6.00 for a one minute phone call. I thought that it was a bit excessive. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. Hotel was very clean and room was very spacious. Hotel staff was pretty friendly as well. Great if you want to be close to the airport.

We stayed at this site the night before our cruise left from Port Tampa.......they had a shuttle to the Port. We just had a WONDERFUL experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Great value for the money. Good breakfast!!

The hotel was very clean and well decorated. It was close to restuarants and the mall. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

Our stay at Homewood Suites was excellent. Large room with a large bathroom. Comfortable and clean bed with a kitchenette. The location was very convenient and very reasonably priced. All needs were attended to promptly and courteously. We will stay here again during our next flight into Tampa.

Great hotel and service. Fantastic free hot and cold breakfast. Nice clean room. A little hard to find. On a side road. But once there no problem. Super thick pillow cases and towels. Nice courteous employees. One of the best hotels in Tampa.

Very happy with the hotel. Nice place to stay before cruise. The hotel seemed short staffed but they all worked hard to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.
