Everything was great. We arrived in town before Check in at 3. They gave us a parking pass so we could park there. Newport is not an easy place to find parking. This hotel is less than a block from Thames. If you like to go to bed early, there is a night club on the corner and Thumps with music till 1:00. so ask for a room away from there and you may […] be ok. If your a clubber then it won't matter. We only stayed for one night as an anniversary celebration but we couldn't have been treated better. When we arrived we were greeted as if we were old friends even though it was our first stay at Pelham. The room was perfect and the location cannot be better. My husband and I recently stayed here for a weekend getaway. The Pelham Court Hotel far exceeded our expectations (which were high to begin with). The studio suite was HUGE and had a full kitchen equipped with pots & pans, untensils, and wine glasses. The in-room breakfast was extremely generous with two muffins, two bagels (with cream cheese and butter), […] fruit, cereal, and oatmeal - plus the 24 hour coffee in the lobby. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The location of the hotel is literally steps from the cobblestone downtown area, which was extremely convenient. The Pelham Court Hotel was in a great location, close to all the action in New Port. My room was clean, and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel for a one night story, or and extended stay.

We booked a studio and ended up with a gorgeous 1 bedroom suite. The place was impecable. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location couldn't have been any better. We parked our cars under an awning. The hotel staff was very flexible and worked with us on all of our requests. Unbelievable experience!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Pelham Court Hotel on Christmas Eve because we wanted a little, quiet, one-night getaway. Granted this is the off-season, but for the price we paid, we were expecting a tiny little room that was nothing special. We were so wrong! Our room was luxurious, spacious and oh so comfortable! Pelham Court Hotel is a great place to stay when in Newport. It is convenient to just about everything and has it's own parking (great in high season!) We stayed in the one-bedroom suite. I am a big fan of this hotel as the 1 Bedroom suite is beautiful. The gas fireplace was beautiful. However the Bed and Pillows are not the best, bring your own pillows! The club Studio 3 acroos the street can get loud on Saturdays and the walls seem to be thin as i coukd hear out beighbor caugh. All and all I love this place. Great stay at this small hotel. The location is perfect within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Parking is provided along with a small breakfast and coffee is always available. Our room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and great linens. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel room is a high end condo with livingroom, gas fireplace and full kitchen with dishes/pots and pans. Occasionaly you could hear other guests walking by your room but otherwise was very quiet. The rooms were imaculately cleaned and hotel staff was very pleasant. My husband and I stayed with our pup and instantly started thinking about when we could go back. We love Newport and now we have a reliable, spacious, welcoming place to stay in the heart of it. As former city folk, we LOVED being able to park our car, enjoy downtown Newport and not get back in the car until we wanted to go home.

We had the four person apartment at Pelham Court. the staff were courteous and helpful. The apartment style room was great and clean and the bed was fantastic. The sofa-bed was another matter entirely and was really unusable. The hotel was nice and the location to downtown Newport was great. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo, which was unexpected but appreciated. The one issue was the sofa in the livingroom. It's a pull out sleep sofa. The cusions on the sofa itself are very worn and uncomfortable for sitting on.

The location of this hotel is incredible (right off Thames Street), the staff was helpful, the continental breakfast was varied and great, and the room was beautiful. The Pelham Court is in an excellent location to enjoy Newport. My daughters and I went down for a girls' weekend and had a very nice time. We could walk to shopping and dinner. We could also take a nice long walk to the Cliff Walk. The only criticism that I have is the fold-out sofa. Do not count on that for an extra bed if you need one. It was not […] usable. We visit Newport frequently and this is a find.Our room was like a luxury apartment. Only a continental breakfast but it was so beautiful that you forgot that- kitchen facilities to make your own if you were that hungry. would definitely go back!

Good location, comfortable accommodation, self service continental bereakfast laid out downstairs, just bring food to room, quite well equipped. Would be good if they had a laundry room.
