Position in ganz stattzentrum, nette Mitarbeiter, Zimmer mit tolles Blick auf die Stadt und viel Raum. Alles ganz sauber. Total zufrieden damit!

Wenige Gehminuten von China Town und der Greyhound Bus Station entfernt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen behilflich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber, es gab täglich kostenlos eine kleine Flasche Mineralwasser, an einigen Tage eine kostenlose Tageszeitung. Der Internetzugang […] auf dem Zimmer ist ebenfalls unentgeltlich. No star at all. the front desk staff unfriendly and unprofessional ！！Not worth this price ！！ like staying in a motel ！！

Exactly where we wanted to be one block from Reading Terminal Market and China Town. We also enjoyed the walk to Rittenhouse Square.

The room was nice, sheets high end, but the hotel skimped on the little things. We had to constantly ask for "extras", like another cup, another coffee, more cream, another towel. They know we had a family of four, but only gave items for one person. Parking was valet and a few blocks away so you didn't really have access to your car. The Hotel was nice and the staff was very courteous. I had 2 problems though; 1st - No hotel parking. We were forced to pay $25.00 a night for a valet service. An unexpected and useless service. 2nd - After out first night we left to tour the city. I came back mid-day to drop some stuff off and our had not been cleaned yet. When we returned later that […] night, I found our door open and a set of towels sitting on my un-made bed. We complained to the front desk and service was sent up to clean our room and made our beds. The Manager also gave us 1 complimentary drink while we were waiting. I would have been happier with a second fee drink for my wife also. Besides those 2 things it was a nice experience overall. Great location and a good staff. First of all, this is a VERY convenient hotel if you're visiting the Philadelphia Flower Show; it's right behind the convention center. This also means that you're close to the Reading Terminal Market, and the restaurants and shops of Chinatown. The hotel staff are very pleasant and professional. And if there's a problem they address it right away. […] For example: The bathroom sink was draining a bit slowly. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk on my way out, and the problem was completely fixed when I came back. The bed was quite comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The curtains closed completely. The climate control worked well. The room was clean and quiet. They provide soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion - BYO mouthwash & shower cap. I can't vouch for the in-room Internet as I didn't bring a computer. There are two desktop computers set up in the lobby for the use of guests, and they're fine for checking e-mail, etc. There's a printer available, too. There were a few minor drawbacks, none of which would keep me from staying here again. They were more in the nature of things to get used to and deal with. 1. There are no drawers in the furniture, just shelves. There were enough hangers in the small wardrobe for my slacks and shirts, plus hooks in the vestibule for my jacket and scarf. You just have to get used to stacking on shelves your underwear, socks and anything else not hanging on a hanger or hook. 2. The shower is enormous, and the shower head is high on the wall which is nice for tall folks. However, water leaks out where the two glass shower doors meet, so you have to use one towel by the base of the stall to keep from making a puddle. The tile floor of the stall is VERY slippery, so move slowly, hold the safety bar and be careful. There's no ledge inside the stall, or anything to put one's foot up on, to wash it. If you're on the heavy side (as I am) this could be a problem. 3. The controls for the water in both the sink and the shower are peculiar: you Mehr

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff were great and very helpful, the room was beautiful and comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Center City Philadelphia, or just want to get away for a day or too. Great hotel.

Hotel restaurant, "The Cherry ....something" served me the worst meal I have ever seen in any country I have been. Twenty min after the three guest I was seated with were served, the waitress placed my order before me and said "There is no charge for this and I will deduct $25.00 from the check." Doing that would have made me happy if my food, Coq a […] Vin, was eatable.It was burnt and served on a bread plate. That evening our guests could not sleep because of disruptive people in the hall. My stay at the hotel was disapointing. The conditions of the hotel were good, but I am very disapointed in the treatment of my vehicle. I left my car with valet for two nights and when I was picking up my car, my front tire was completely flat and my car battery was dead. Further, the gentleman who checked out in front of me also had a dead battery. […] I had to leave imediatle after to finish taking the bar exam. I was informed that the manager would contact me that night regarding my vehicle. However, it has now been several days and I have not heard from him and he has not returned my phone call. Always very friendly staff, a clean room, great location (walk to Reading Ternminal Market!) and the valet parking can't be beat for ease of getting in and out. We love this place.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location convenient to the Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market. Decor was a depressing combination of browns--made the room look like one in a cheap hotel. The sink had a peculiar control that forced you to turn the water on full force when you wanted […] it warm, so it was impossible to wash your hands without getting your clothes wet. At 3:00 a.m. one morning we were awakened by drunk people shouting and running around the hall. A call to the desk failed to solve the problem and we were kept up for 2 hours. We later learned that they had gotten drunk in the hotel's own bar, where they had apparently been served long after they should have been cut off. Hotel management later comped us for the night, but the problem shouldn't have happened. Mehr

The only problem is valet parking. It takes around 20 mins to get the car.

Hotel was nice and clean but I was charged for a movie I did not buy when I wasn't even in the room at the time of the charge and they never told me you get charged 50$ if you use a credit/debit card....Supposedly the 50 will be returned in 3-5 business days (we shall see) and the movie charge was taken off after I demanded it at the front desk upon […] check out. Exceptionally friendly staff, room small but comfortable, only complaint on water pressure in shower - somewhat weak. Otherwise, no complaints - very quick walk to downtown and super convenient to Convention Center.

When we first arrived, the hotel did not look that appealing from the outside. There is no parking that is free so we opted for the valet parking for the day. Once all of that was out of the way, the hotel was excellent. The room was so comfy and the bathroom was so spa like. The staff was very helpful and friendly. we went to philadelphia for the convention center. the hotel was across the street, it was perfect -parking was valet only 24 bucks. rooms were small but clean and staff was very helpful. Modern type room, no bathtub!

I will have to say that I am disappointed in the value of the hotel for the location and the appearance. The room was comfortable but had an awkward layout and the bathroom was outdated. The grout in the bathroom either needed to be cleaned or had a mold problem. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Great location if you need a room near the convention center. Also great for shopping and sight-seeing. Loved that the elevated is activated with your key. Staff members were very courteous and professional. The food is great! Definitely enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in this hotel because it had some great reviews and decent rates. I'm happy to report the reviews were right! We stayed in a single king and, although the room wasn't very large, the space was used well. No comforts were spared: Free WiFi, Full kitchen with dishes, and a very friendly staff. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of our stay they […] had "complementary happy hour" (free snacks and beer/wine...who can turn down free booze!) The location wasn't the greatest (have to walk past a parole office haha) but it's only a few walkable blocks from Times Square. For my first trip to NYC, I have to say I was very happy!! I would DEFINITELY stay here again...and would recommend my friends stay here as well! Mehr

I generally enjoyed my stay here -- once I figured out just how to set the ventilation system so it actually delivered heat during this ~38-degree cold snap. Oh, the room was a little small, but sufficient for my purposes, and I had to get used to there being only one water control for both the sink and the shower. (You start out cold, but the more […] you turn the faucet clockwise, the warmer the water gets. That made showering a bit tricky, since you have to reach under the running cold water to turn the spigot to regulate its warmth.) Great hotel. Very clean and the staff was super helpful. We were able to walk everywhere in Center City. It was very convenient.

Location is Fine close to downtown in the business district in the heart of China Town. Within walking distance from all historic attractions. The hotel is clean and well kept and caters to your basic needs. I would recommend it to people staying for a short while and spending most of their time outside the hotel.

everything was good except the heat fan makes a bit of noise while operating. overall experience was good enough for the money and would recommend it to others.

Generally clean and well maintained but was surprised to see a piece of hair sticking out of the toilet paper at the triangular point. Other than that there was no big problem. Price great. Location great.

My friend and I stayed here in December because it was one of the best deals we could find during the holiday season. We enjoyed it. We loved walking to the Reading Terminal Market--just a block away--for breakfast and then heading out for our activities for the day. The room and beds were nice, too, and we liked the free coffee in the mornings.

The afternoon I checked in I dropped my bags and headed out to lunch. When I returned to my room three hotel staff members were in my room. They said there was a leak in the room above me but they needed to fix the problem in my room. The manager in the room said they thought they could fix the problem before I returned. I had to be displaced from my […] room for 15 minutes while they fixed the problem. Once I went down to the lobby the front desk remembered me and offered me a card for a discount equal to $6.00. I called the General Manager as soon as I got back to my room and left him a message. Three days later I am still waiting for him to call me back. If you need your car you need to provide the valet service at least 20-25 minutes advance notice. Not a good experience. Mehr

I had to attend a conference at the Ph. Convention Center. The Sheraton was not the conv. hotel, but I stayed there anyway. I walked just two minutes to get to the convention center, my room was great, I was close to Reading Station food, and just about anything I could ask of the city. Last, it is a Sheraton hotel. Just do it.

Southern boundary of North Philly, so a bit rough at the edges. Noisy - walls are a bit too thin, which annoyed me and probably embarrassed the active couple in the next room.

Great spot to see the city and very easy Valet Park and the staff was very friendly. All of this at a great rate! what a deal and I would go back in a minute>>Just too bad the Eagles lost!

I was very impressed with the hotel and the service I received there. I would absolutely stay there again!

I checked out in morning but keeped my car with the valet parking. I was told I have to get my car by 3pm or pay $5 for every hour after and without a receipt. I paid for 2 days parking but only parked for 43 hours. In other city, I can keep my car in the lot until 8pm.

Excellent location for all major sites in the Philadelphia area. I would definite stay at this hotel in the future.

This location was hard to find when you first arrived to the hotel. The location I am not so crazy about. But the hotel and the room itself was clean and tidy. When we first arrived at night; the front desk personnel wasn't friendly. She and valet guys gave us an uneasy vibes. Skip it. I checked in after a very long work day. Although valet parking was offered, there was no one outside to receive my car. I had to leave my keys at the front desk. Went up to my room after giving my credit card for incidentials. I wanted to order room service, but there was no menu. So, I called the restaurant, but no answer. I went back downstairs […] to the restaurant to order dinner. When I asked them to send it up, they were not exactly enthused. By the way, my car was still waiting for the valet. When I went back upstairs, the front desk called and said that my credit card was not on file to pay for dinner, so I had to go back downstairs for the third time to have them run my card again. My car was still waiting for the valet! I finally did get dinner, which was good ,and my car was delivered intact in the morning, which shocked me. The air conditioning was very loud and not well controlled - either freezing or sweating. The place was shady and I would not recommend it. Mehr
