the pool and hot tub were unavailable for use.

My girlfriend and I only stayed there for one night..cant imagine we got transfered three times coz their non smoking room smelled like smoke..second room the bathtub wouldnt drain..then the last room was ok but they gave us a restroom for disabled people..oh well atleast we get to take a shower..only good feauture here is its located near the ATT center..guess […] the staff was ok coz they had time to transfer us to another room...i guess house keeping and maintainance needs improving. Very nice. Large room. Great value for the money. Much nicer and cleaner that other more expensive places we've stayed.

Found the hotel to be o.k. There was nothing oustandting just everything in good order, They definatel could use a larger parking lot in the front of hotel; really did'nt feel comfortable parking in the rear; S.A. is not a bad place but you always should be aware of your surrounding. Overall great staff - good stay.

When I made my reservation I asked for a non smoking room and when I arrived they gave me a smoking room that was already occupied by someone else. Then they told me that they only had one more room left and it was smoking so I had no choice but to take it. This room had an awful odor, then the hotels pool was dirty I asked if it could be clean and […] they said they didn’t have anyone from maintenance to do it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as I will NEVER plan on staying here again. Mehr

The suite was smaller than anticipated but hotel staff were attentive n polite. Breakfast selections could be improved.

Very nice hotel with friendly and courteous front desk clerks. Rooms were very nice and clean. Not in the greatest part of town, but still not that far from downtown San Antonio. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed the weekend here. I liked the location. Easy access to I-10 and loop 410. The breakfast wasn't too bad. Employees were nice. Room had good space inside. The shower water pressure sucked!! The walls are thin and I could here the person snoring in the room next to me. Couch was hard, chair was hard and bed semi hard. All in all I would stay here […] again. Location and price was right. Its close to some gas stations and fast food places. Mehr

The customer service was second to none. My only complaint would be the parking but thanks to the reviews on this site I was prepared. Customer service was awesome and they made us feel right at home.

it was a great experience over all, the room and hotel was very clean. one of the best ones I've been too. will definitely will recommend it.

If you are looking for a hotel near the At&t Center, this would be the best one. It is only a few minutes away, and it seems to be the best quality in the area. The staff was friendly, which is always a plus, and the hotel is also conveniently located to other highways, so you can get to any part of town quickly.

I had a large group and we went to ask for extra blankets and pillows and all they had was one comforter, zero pillows. The breakfast in the morning was lame and hardley anything to eat. And the coffee sucked!!!

The Hotel was very clean the rooms was big and very spacious. The staff was very helpful and gave good directions. I will stay at the same hotel again its close to everything we need and is clean thats the most important thing.

newer Hotel, it had every thing I was looking for. Good price, Big clean rooms, no street noise. The A/C was very quite. Easy access to Downtown. The Breakfast could have been better. More choices and cold juice. Will use it again.

It was a good stayed. The only thing that bothers me was the cleanless of the bathroom ( mirrow, exterior of the bathtub), and some furniture in the room. On the complimentary breakfast coffee was awful.

Do NOT stay here. First of all, we were given the wrong directions to the hotel, surprisingly enough seeing as it's almost immediately off the highway! Secondly, the overnight staff was rude except for one young man. While our room was beautiful on the surface, it was dirty and disgusting when looked at with care. The sofa bed had large crumbs all over, […] the pillows smelled terrible and the toilet was left with pee stains and hair on it! After speaking to the staff, it turns out other customers were complaining about their dirty rooms as well and the one good staff member had to clean up the maid's messes! I was so disgusted with the overall stress I had to go through after having drove 15 hours on the road across the country to stay in a place like that! I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY THERE! Mehr

When people on here say the neighborhood surrounding this hotel is bad, listen to them. I thought that maybe they just weren't used to somewhat bad circumstances, and that since I live in Fort Worth, it wouldn't be anything I haven't seen before. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is scary! One of the apartment complexes, right next to the hotel, […] has barbed wire around the top of the chain link fence. We had trouble from the moment we arrived. First, I walked in with my reservation information, and the person behind the counter said my CC was declined. I was confused, because I knew we had plenty on the CC. He proceeded to swipe it twice, saying it was declined each time. This was my first time using this website to book a room, so I didn't realize that the room was already paid for. So, I called my Dad (at midnight, when we arrived) and he gave his CC # to the guy. The guy tried it twice and said it was declined and that their system must be down. He told us we needed to "go get cash" at the convenience store down the street! In the end, I told him that it wasn't our problem that the system was down and that we weren't going to go all over town trying to find an ATM. We had to park on the back of the hotel. There are no entrances on the back. You have to go to a side door to get into the hotel. In that neighborhood, it was frigtening! The room was okay. It took a while to get the A/C working well enough to cool the room down. The beds were about average for a hotel. The ice container was dirty, and the hallways were hot and smelled odd. Not sure of what else to do, we stayed both of the nights that we had booked. We picked our kids up from their grandparents, so they were with us the second night. The second night, 6-8 cars/SUVs were broken into in the back parking lot. Thankfully, ours was not one of them, but it was still horrible! We checked out and left the hotel, but on a whim, I called to make sure my dad's CC wasn't charged. It had been! They had to reve Mehr
