Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und nett gestaltet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4. Stock und einen traumhaften Blick über das Atlas Gebirge. Beim Frühstück konnte jeder etwas finden. Es könnte aber noch besser sein, was Wurst- und Käseauswahl betrifft. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist gering, aber man kommt damit klar. Zur Altstadt braucht man zu Fuß ca 10-15 […] Minuten. Sehr gutes, sauberes Hotel. Ich habe nur eine Kritik: Unsere Zimmer waren im ersten Stock. Wir hatten keine Aussicht und kein natürliches Tageslicht, da sich unsere Zimmer in einem gedeckten Innenhof befanden.

Das Hotel war überall im Internet als sehr gut bezeichnet worden. Nachdem ich bei hotels.com reserviert habe, kontaktierte ich per Telefon direkt das Hotel Dellarosa und habe den Wunsch für die Zimmer zusammen, ruhig und auf den oberen Stockwerken gelegen geäussert, Dies wurde mir ausdrücklich zugesagt. Als wir bei der nicht englischsprechenden Person […] eingecheckt haben, bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 1. Stock direkt über der sehr lauten Bar und ein weiteres Zimmer im 4. Stock. Es wurde also keines der Versprechen eingehalten. Das Interesse der unfreundlichen Managerin, diesen Missstand zu berichtigen, war nicht da. Die extrem laute Musik war erst um Mitternacht fertig. Das Frühstückbuffet bekommt man in Peru in einem 5 Dollar Hotel besser: Es gab kein Käse, kein Fleisch und die Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben. Zudem musste man warten, bis ein Platz frei war. Der Wellnes-Bereich verdient den Namen nicht. Dieses Hotel können wir in keinster Weise weiterempfehlen! Mehr

Good value and convenient but the service was generally poor. I'd thought breakfast was included with my room (it's possible this was my mistake when I booked as there was nothing on my confirmation to say it was included, so I couldn't really argue) but anyway, I ended up paying for breakfast. For some reason the charge for this couldn't be added to […] my bill, so every morning I was fumbling for change at different times during the meal (basically, whenever they decided it was convenient for them). Then they started whipping the dishes away before I'd even left, and the coffee was cold. The fitness facilities/pool aren't nearly as good as they seem either - and that was one of the reasons I chose that hotel. I had to pay city taxes when I left, which I also hadn't been expecting. All that said, they cleaned the rooms well, and I enjoyed my holiday. I'd probably try somewhere different next time, though. Mehr

Dellarosa Hotel is a nice hotel to stay at. Me and my friend stayed here for 3 nights in february. About 1 kilometer to the Souks and also close to the more European restaurants and nightclubs in Hivernage. The service on the was perhaps not the best but I have nothing to compare to in Morrocko as this was the first time I traveled here. There is a […] nice "solarium" at the roof with great view over the town and the Atlas mountains, very beautiful. On the down side the poolarea has no sun what so ever so if u are to travel here during the very hot summer I would recommend a hotel with a pool in the tanning area. We never had time to use the SPA so I can´t tell u anything about it. This is a nice hotel to stay at with a friend, maybe not the most romantic place and I don´t think it is suiteble for familys with children. The breakfast was ok, not great. Mehr

We stayed at DellaRosa in low season January. It is very well situated, a few minutes walk from the Medina and close to some good restaurants. Marrakesh is a busy, busy place and it was good to come back to the comfort of the hotel. Staff were helpful and facilities were everything we needed. The hotel facilities were very good,and the location ,only problem was that the rooms were not clean adequately .there was a lack of vacum cleaners and water.

Really clean. Very modern. Very nice staff. 5 min taxi ride from old city. Great Wifi access. Nice staff. Only downside is the few hours of noise at night from nightclub in basement of hotel.

i give the hotel 3-4 star...... not 5, so not bad at all.

I really enjoyed my 6 days at this hotel. I found the location convenient to both old and new parts of the city. I especially enjoyed the Marrakesh Film Festival which was held at the palais de congress. My only complaint was the expensive and unpalatable hotel food. The staff were friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel ideally located to get and about in Marrakech. Reception staff and Marketing manager were exceptional - they could not do enough for you. Always helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Restaurant staff were all generally very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Marrakech. Unfortunately i did not get a chance to use the spa facilities but will make time on my next visit. The breakfast buffet is very limited when it comes to variety. Also the toilet in my room needed some maintenance. Overall, this is a very good value for money hotel especially when it is close to Marrakech center (Djame El Fna) where all the action is.

I reviewed quite a number of Marrakech hotels before deciding on The Dellarosa Hotel and Suites. The pictures looked fantastic online but upon our arrival it was like a completely different hotel. Delarosa put us in a junior suite directly above the bar. Noisy, and when I asked to be moved I was shown one of the smallest rooms ever. Stayed above the bar. Shower had problems, room safe had problems, tv had problems, hotel personnel responded quickly. All in all, not too bad. The hotel was in a good location - close enough to the city walls but in a quieter area. It was good for what we needed for our 4 night city break - a comfy place to sleep and chill out in the evenings. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. This hotel was a good stay Just ensure that you know french if you choose any of their tours we were really let down when our driver spoke no English check first!! For business, this is a very decent hotel by Marrakshi standards. Only a little mold in the bathroom detracted from the quite nice interior - tiles instead of carpet should be mandatory anywhere. A/C worked flawlessly, as did the free wifi internet. Espresso (pod) machine in the room was a nice touch, though a bit expensive to use. Breakfast consisted […] of cornflakes/choco pops with milk, dry croissants, olives, scrambled eggs and then the largest selection of cakes and waffles I've seen this side of the Alps. Unfortunately, none of them were very exciting. The "orange juice" was a nasty tasting concentrate with nary any orange flavour. The only other drinks on offer were water and coffee (from a Saeco machine). The location is not excellent - it's not the medina but it's not the center of the new town either, so you'll be taking a lot of petit taxis or walk (30 minutes to Djemaa al-Fna) - but the neighbourhood is fairly quiet and the Lebanese café 50 metres down the street does killer mezze. All in all, I'd probably stay here again if I were to come back to Marrakech. Mehr

i stayed at dellarosa hotel in june of 2011. the hotel itself was very nice. but dont get scamed by the taxi drivers that linger outside. we traveled to marakech by train. which is like a 10 min walk from the hotel, a taxi driver charged us 100 dh. which it should have only been about 5- 10 dh. and there is a nice tour company that offers a bus tour […] of the city for a 48hr pass that only cost about 150 dh per person. which runs all day long and it tours the outter parts of the city with a detailed explanation of all the sites in the city. so we used that tour to get around the city. they let you get on and off any where as long as you ride with in the 48 hr pass. at check out we were charged a high fee for making a 8 min phone call to the states. so its cheaper to buy a phone card and just use the payphone to make calls. the buffet breakfast was much better than i expected. the light music of a live artist was very nice. the pool is a bit small, but the spa treatments were the best. i will be staying the in the future. it was well worth the price.. Disappointed with four star rating hotel. Rooms are very small and extremely noisy from cleaning team early in the morning. Manager did upgrade upon complaint. Will not recommend if you like to stay in real 4 or 5 star hotels. Food is lousy!

Stayed in this Hotel for three night, the staff are friendly and the rooms are great and spacious. Not to far from the main attractions. The only negative comment I have is that the breakfast can improve sligthly, but it was great staying at the Hotel.

We chose Della Rosa because of the excellent reviews and good location .The staff are lovely , very friendly and helpful .Our only regret is that we didnt chose a suite , our room was quite small although comfortable . We loved Marrakech , a crazy and interesting place and we would like to go back in the future .I would definitely stay at the della […] Rosa again but would book a suite . Mehr

Some of the Front Dsk and Concierge people made you feel like you were bothering them-a little disappointing. The convienence of the hotel was great -nice places to eat close by and inexpensive. Great little bar close by, not the cleanest-but inexpensive The room was adequate and the housekeeper was great-some minor repairs needed in the bathroom, but […] for the money we paid is was good. The breakfast was included so who can compalin-the aggs were cold and the selection the same everyday. The bar on premise had great people and friendly peple. Very clean hotel with nice rooms. Superb location. Without any particular moroccan charm. Breakfast was a bit booring.

Friendly staff, good restaurant, walking distance to atractions, but if you need big swimming pool under the sun, there are much better choices in the city.

The hotel surpassed our expectations...even though they were undergoing some construction to upgrade their spa facilities. The front desk staff were very helpful to us; they helped us locate a neighborhood restaurant, a driver to take us on two excursions outside of the city, and a pharmacy. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did a great job […] at replenishing our towels, toilet paper, and making up our beds. There was an espresso coffee machine in our room, but you have to buy your own coffee to use it. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our needs (the coffee is weak, but I found it this way all over Morocco). We did not use the spa facilities, so I cannot comment on that. Having WiFi in our room was important to us. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the Medina, or you can take a petit Taxi and be there fast. The overall experience at this hotel was very good for us. If there was anything to be improved, I guess it would be the shower head (not very sturdy) and the drainage of the shower water (very slow). Mehr

Good English speaking staff as well as fluent in French. They advised us of a bonus 30 min spa or hamman, which we weren't expecting. Rooms were perfect, clean and smell free. Breakfast which was included was also ok.

We got a free upgrade to a suite. The hotel is a convenient 15-minute walk to the main square. Service at both dinner and breakfast was poorly managed, although the staff tried to accommodate requests. There weren't enough cups, glasses, flatware or food at the breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful. The location is excellent for walking to and from both the new and old parts of the city. The breakfast was excellent loads of choices. We had dinner at the hotel once we were not impressed but not to be concerned there are loads of excellent places to eat near by. We would definitely stay here again.

I had great expectations for this hotel based on many positive reviews. My experience, which I hope was a fluke, was very disapointing. First, the room given was still dirty as if someone had just checked out and no one was aware of this. Then a second room that was given to me had a sliding glass door that opened up to a common terrace shared by many […] other rooms but the door would not lock, after arguing with the front desk they agreed to clean the first room. The free wi fi available in the room(the main reason I picked this hotel)was not available for 2 days. The cleanliness of the room overall was not good, with dust covering the chairs and desk. The complimentary breakfast buffet was supposed to start at 6 a.m. and although the breakfast room was open, it was hardly ready to accept guests as it was not fully setup until after 7. On a positive note the laptop-size safe in the room was great as was the location between the old medina and the Nouvelle Ville. The room size was generous but the lighting in the room bad. Mehr

I expected for the hotel to be bigger, considering the images, however it was a nice place. Breakfast is not exactly the best, limited in the sense that the only thing hot on the menu was the toast. Delivery of ice to our room took an average of 10 minutes. There were 6 of us so we booked 3 rooms. Rooms were nice and to a good standard, although the […] pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Lovely hotel, clean rooms, modern, lovely fresh flower petals on bed each day, great location only 10 minute walk to the new or old centres of town, small pool BUT I had a room on the ground floor down a cooridoor that was like a dungeon, my windows looked out to a covered walkway where the staff moved around, the hallway was were the staff brought […] their cleaning stuff back and forth and was really loud and echoy, it was like the service corridoor, you could not rest in your room during the day for the noise, I would recommend to stay but not on the ground floor!!! The staff was pleasant and spoke English well. The hotel was beautiful but did not feel at all like it was in Marrakech. It had all the ammenities one could hope (internet, pool, flat screen TVs, restaurant) for but it's the type of hotel one could find anywhere from NY to Bangkok. We were visiting Marrakech for 2 nights. The hotel is in a good neighborhood and it is in walking distance to restaurants. Staff was great. I had trouble cashing a US check at local banks and the hotel staff handled the transaction for me. The room was good, clean and pictured on the web site. The beds seemed a little small. Stayed here on 2 seperate occasions when i went to Morooco recently. On arrival at the hotel i was checked in quickly and taken to our room which was nice and big with a kitchenette. The second time i checked i had a problem with the room due to the TV not working and i was quicly moved to another room. The hotel itself is perfect for a weekend in Marrakesh. […] It is 20 mins walk to Djemma El Fna. However, I had some trouble getting taxis to there as they did not seem to know where it was. But if you have an address card you should be okay. There is a little shop next door where you can get drinks, crisps etc. All in all nice hotel. There is construction worl going on where they appear to be extending the hotel, but i did not hear any noise from it whilst i was there Mehr

The Dellarosa Apart Hotel is situated quite close to the main entrance of the Medina (about 10 minutes walking). It offers great suites for a good price that are furnished with style. There are hammam and jacussi which are included in the price of the nights. Dellarosa Apart Hotel offers additional massages and procedures which are against payment. […] However the hammam scrub massage was quite unsatisfactory and amateur. The receptionists are friendly and ready to assist. You may refrain from making use of the excursions offered by the hotel as they are a bit more expensive than could be found. However, they offer a tradicional Moroccan night outside Marrakech with national dancing, shows and cuisine which is quite exciting despite the price of approximately 40.00 EUR per person. Mehr

El hotel está muy bien situado en una zona muy tranquila junto al Real Club de Tenis, con cafeterias y restaurantes muy a mano. El personal muy atento, amable y educado. La única pega es que el hamman o el jacuzzi no fueran gratuitos, ya que a la piscina que sí que lo es, le da la sombra todo el dia.

Ingenjör och kakelsättare, rörmaken är helt kass, de har förstört hotellets rykte, för att vatten kommer ut när man duschar och finnas överallt på golvet.

Hotellet er ikke så fint som bildene tilsier. Det er ikke lov å ta med mat kjøpt utenfor hotellet. Det har jeg aldri opplevd før. Kaldt gulv på badet.

super dejligt hotel kan varmt anbefales. ligger i centrum så man kan gå rundt til det hele (så spare man forhandlingerne med taxa'erne) deres morgenmad er langt fra de standarder man er vant til i EU, så der må de gerne oppe sig. servicen er i top, de er venlige og vil altid hjælpe dig !
