Wir haben nur 1 Nacht hier verbracht. Auf unserer Rundreise in Kalifornien wollten wir einen Zwischtenstopp zum Shoppen machen und dafür kann man das Hotel wirklich empfehlen! Alles ist komplett neu und in einem TOP Zustand. Das Hotel bietet seinen Gästen auch einen kostenloses Shuttle zur Mall an, welchen wir auch gleich genutzt haben. Klasse Hotel, keine Parkgebühren, komfortabele Zimmer, 2 Computer für checken der @-mails stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Frühstück incl. und o.K. Jeder Zeit zum weiter emfpehlen!!!Wir kommen wieder.

The staff were very courteous, friendly and eager to make you stay pleasant. The only problem were the guest in the room next to ours who woke us up around 3am with the running in the hall, letting the door slam and being noisy.

This hotel is clean and staffed with very nice people! My husband and I loved it . Our room was clean organized and well equipped. As an added bonus the breakfast was delicious

As usual, everything went smoothly, shuttle service was nice. . ..warm cookies ( YUM ) One of my favorite places.

The hotel was good, just didnt like the fact that they put a $50 charge because i used a debit card???? I dont know why when I paid for my room already through hotels.com. But other than that its across the street from the mall and close to a lot of restaurants.

Great area, VERY close to outlet mall and surrounding busineese, nice neighborhood, quiet. Good breakfast and prices...but the bed was a little wobbly and our bathroom door kept locking us out. But overall good stay!

I really enjoyed my stay with your establisnment.The staff where very professional and the cleanliness of the hotel overall was great.

Room is very nosiy - and when the next room or on the higher floor on the water tap or flush water- it can be heard and in the night- it is very disturbing to be able sleep. Ther is bad insulation of noise. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Not able to sleep well for the 3 nights i stayed in due to frequent noise into the room from the neigbouring rooms.

I have stayed at various Country Inns over the years and been moderately happy but, this time I was very happy. Clean, comfortable beds, staff really friendly and helpful, location perfect. I recommend to anyone who has to stay in the area. (And I am a local)

Always enjoy Country Inn and Suites. The only downside was the breakfast area wasn't replenished as often as it should. Otherwise, a great stay.

Stayed 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 children. Just right for our family. Enjoyed the included breakfast.

Easy check in. Room was beautifully furnished and very comfy. Breakfast was fine. Would think of this place first if visiting this area again.

Our first room was on the top floor and when we got in the room it sounded like there was a large machine if some sorts running, directly above the room. The whole room was vibrating and it was very loud. I went to the front desk and they were very helpful. They went to the room to see the problem and then promptly moved us to a different room without […] and hesitation. The heater in the second room whistled all night, which was quite annoying. It was windy that night so figured trying to move rooms again wasn't going to be much help. Overall the rooms are decent and the staff was very willing to help and extremely friendly. When I booked room on telephone, I was told to pay immediately by credit card so I did and when I arrived I had to put down another card for 200 dollars until I checked out. I told the lady at the desk I already paid for the room by phone and she said " you used an outside call center that books rooms for us." I ended up putting a cash deposit down […] to get my room keys. Mehr

Great place to stay. Very nice accommodations with spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. Would stay here again when in the area of Ontario Airport.

What a very nice hotel. The hotel was completely non - smoking which is rare, but very nice. Very clean, close to a very large mall and other shopping and eateries. Very quiet. Had an underground parking which was nice because it was raining out. Room was very nice, had great pillows for comfort. Very nice bathroom. Check in clerk was very friendly […] and helpful. Was not too crazy about their breakfast, but was nice to have it included. Will definately spend time there again and highly recommend it to others. Mehr

Great location. Last minute stay, completely satisfied.

Nice and Comfortable rooms. Very Clean and the free wifi was very nice. Big Flat Screen TV was great. Would recommend and stay at again.

We booked it since the rooms wheee on sale n the inn itself seem pretty good. We drove to l.a all the way from san francisco but arrived 3 hr earlier than the check in time. We asked the lady at the reception desk if we could check in early n she answered us in such a rude way! Except from that one rude old lady everything went smooth. U can tell they […] clean the sheets n everything. But when u look at the corners u can see a lot of dust. The rooms arent well clean but its clean enough. For the price i would book there again. Hopefully the rude receptionist wont be there nxt time. Oh n warning! They chArge u extra 50bux per room as a damage fee when u book off hotels.com. But it will be returned to u if u left the hotel room in peace. Mehr

I have family in the area, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Their breakfast had a great variety of items, both hot and cold. My only concern was directons. It could have been a bit more specific. It is easiest to reach off the I-10 at Milliken.

This was a great hotel. I would stay again, the only downside was the breakfast in the morning, the Danish were stale and the other food was a little poorer than expected, but otherwise no complaints.

This is a great place to stay!!! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the decor is quaint, pool is heated and well maintained, close to mall and stores, etc. I love it here and will be back!!!

This was my Wifes first trip to California. Upon our arrival to our Suite at the Country Inn, the staff was Excellent in their presentation and customer Service. Our Rooms was emmaculate. For this being my wifes first visit to California she was very impressed. We spent the Night in temecula at another hotel, I dare say the Name because it was (1) To […] expensive, (2) the Customer Service was terrible, and the room was terrible. Poor quality for the money. The Navy Lodge in San Diego beat the Temecula Place we stayed. Country Inn Suites was in an excellent location and the everything was easy access to which ever direction you wanted to go. In Five (5) Days we did over 1000 miles worth of travling. EXCELLENT JOB COUNTRY INN SUITES. Mehr

My husband and I stood for 5 days, 4 nights, and everything was great. The concierge service was great, and it was so helpful to have a rolling luggage cart to help load all of our items to take to our room in one trip. The hotel room is spacious, and very clean, and we specified to have a quieter area since my husband had to study in the evenings for […] a school he was taking for the week, and we were given a room that accommodated the noise level. We even got a chance to use the gym, pool, and the hot breakfast was delicious and varied every day. We WILL be staying here again when we need to stay in the area. Mehr

Service was 5 but not rated 5 because we asked for a 3:30 AM wake up call to be able to catch a flight. Call did not occur but fortunately we were awake. Our departure from hotel was earlier than their shuttle started so the hotel paid for a taxi to take us to the airport.

close to airport, right next to ontario mall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle for airport and anywhere else within 5 miles. Nice breakfast.

The one bedroom suite served us well during our 3-day stay. There was not a lot of extra space, but it was adequate for us and our two adult sized children. It is across the street from the Ontario Mills Shopping Mall and a short distance to the highway and other attractions. Just a short drive to the Claremont Colleges.

My daughter & I stayed here for the night on a Friday. The hotel was clean, smoke free &, beds were so comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Ontario or as a stop to rest for the nioght or a few days. Also right across the street is Ontario Mills Mall!!! This hotel is fabulous!!! The rooms are clean and comfortable, great location, staff is helpful and friendly, and they have more amenities than what is listed here at Hotels.com. I recommend this hotel highly and will visit again soon and often.

Just a quick stop at this hotel, but I'd stay there again because of the service and cleanliness.

I stayed here for 3 nights and loved the convenience to food, shopping, and the freeway. The staff were very friendly, everything was clean, and I liked the breakfast. The only slight negative was that on one of the days, almost all of the healthy breakfast foods ran out before breakfast was over and they were not replenished. But I did not follow up […] or ask staff about getting more so I cannot say whether the situation would have been resolved to my satisfaction (i.e., secured me a yogurt and orange juice). Mehr
