My hotel room was comfortabe and clean. I was traveling for busiess and this hotel meet my needs. I was very satisfied.

Stayed for one night during a road trip. It is a brand new hotel, so had no complaints about any thing. The breakfast in the morning was good too. They had a hot station with a cook to personalize your omlettes. All in all a good experience. Will stay there on the next journey too.

I was looking for a hotel with a reasonable rate close to NYC for the night. On our trip up and down the east coast, this was by far the best hotel experience we had. We even stayed at a hotel with a higher star rating and well known name and reputation, byt the Hyatt House was still the best. Clean, Comfortable, Good shower, Hot breakfast, and free […] parking. I booked this room on behalf of my parents, seniors who came to visit for my Mom's Birthday. I understand that the hotel has been rented by some long term guests, who liked to cook curries in their room. I asked the hotel staff to please place my parents far away from those guests as my mother's nose is sensitive, and close to an exit as she cannot […] move quickly in the event if an emergency and I wanted them to enjoy their stay. The staff cooperated and placed my parents in a ground floor suite near a fire exit by some meeting rooms. My mother reported that she had a wonderful night's sleep, and there was no noise from the adjoining busy hallway. The room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom enormous. There was a white noise generator next to the big bed, which was nice. Very good stay and a good value. Will stay again. Mehr

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel and will definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area. It was the perfect location for us and being right off US22 made it easily accessible. Also, it was reasonably close to a great mall (Bridgewater Commons) and right across the street from Dover Saddlery! We loved the room for the price […] as it included a whole little kitchenette and big frig and it was overall very quiet. Only one complaint was that we only had 2 bath towels and we had made a reservation for 3 adults, so not sure what that was all about. Breakfast was great!!! Mehr

The hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is average with not a lot of choices. The customer service is above average with friendly and courteous staff. The location is OK but it is NJ so getting anywhere can be difficult. We had a suite with a queen bed and pull-out sofa for 2 adults and 2 tweens which was a little […] tight for our group. Overall the hotel itself was good. However the room reserved on Hotels.com was a suite with two queen beds and a fold out couch in the living space and at check in we were informed that no such room was available. The manager informed us that Hotels.com should not have reserved such a room and the only available room was with one queen and a fold out […] couch. When folded out the bed took up just about all of the living space so you were not able to walk around it. For a large family it was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Mehr

Very clean hotel. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The continental breakfast was awesome. Although our stay was great, the only downside is that your neighbors can make your stay great or awful. It all depends on what they may decide to cook because the smell will fill the hallway.

We were only there one night but it was very quiet in our room, no noise even out in the halls. the room was clean and comfortable and the morning breakfast buffet was very good. I used to live in the area and it will be a handy place to stay when we come down occasionally.

I have stayed at this hotel several times but my latest visit was marred by residences that seemed like they had moved for an extended stay in several rooms around mine. They cooked ethic food and were going back and forth between room well passed 1AM. The smell from their cooking could be smelled on the entire floor. As soon as I walked off the elevator a pungent smell of curry and body odor almost knocked me over. It was the most unpleasant odor that I have experienced at a hotel like this. It never got better. My stay was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, helpful and had a can-do attitude. The hotel is immaculate, the room was comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was unbelievably good. I'm a business traveler. There's not much choice around my destination. Hotel Sierra provides facility and services as expected (no more no less than other hotels) except the following: 1. I pre-paid my rooms thru Expedia but after checking out I found that Hotel Sierra charge me directly for the room nights in addition. I called the front desk and […] got a refund quick but just want to warn everybody else. Note: there's previous reviews suggesting similar incidents too! 2. They charged an extra $75 to my account for absolutely no reason. When I called they said they would clear it but it has been 72 hours and they have not. So, now I have to follow up AGAIN. They did not give a reason as to why they took this money and it really annoyed me.

This was a wonderful hotel! Very new, clean and lots of extras! Great pool and happy hour! Our room had a kitchen, very large bathroom and pull out couch for our daughters. We would definitely stay here again and plan to next time we come through town!

This hotel has it all. reindly helpful staff. Great location, close to Rts. 80, 287 and 22. Great surrounding eateries of all types. Local shopping malls nearby. The hotel is clean and the rooms are beautiful with a great workout room...lots of cario, free weights and machines...a mini gym and the free breakfast and dinner makes this hotel a 10.

This is our preferred hotel now in the Bridgewater area when visiting family! Weve stayed at the Marriott & Holiday Inn but overall this hotel has everything and more we need!! We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and food at night, as well as the breakfasts in the morning. The staff was nice and quick to help with anything we needed, even when short […] staffed during the holidays. The rooms are beautiful and we LOVED the ambient alarm clock and having two televisions (great if you have kids)! This was truly home away from home and will be staying here again for sure!! Mehr

Other hotels in the area are equally priced, but here you get a suite with small kitchen area good for reheating and light cooking. A Shop-Rite is conveniently located on the opposite side of the divided road, so with a short drive you save considerably on food cost. For those with allergies, like me, the hotel is completely non-smoking rooms and does […] not allow pets - failure to abide by the rules comes with a hefty fine. Very comfortable bed, YES network for Yankee fans, and in the common area there is complementary wine, beer, soft drink, salad and finger food at night and a breakfast buffet in the morning. Mehr

Great hotel that offers an after-work relaxation lounge with beer and wine plus appetizers. I took advantage of the in-room kitchen and the gas grills out back and cooked up a nice steak. Staff was extremely helpful.

There were quite a few guests on our floor (first florr very close to the front desk) that let their kids run around until after 11pm and start again at 8am. Nothing was done to ask them to stop.

I found this hotel to be somewhat unique, in a good way. Even though I didn't need the suite setup, per se, it was nice to have and did not cost me any more than a regular room. The property seems new, which is nice. They also have a good breakfast included and wine/beer with appetizers in the evening. Check in was fine, the room was a bit on the small side for 2 adults and child. The sofa bed was very tight in the room and left no room to walk around when opened. Complimentary breakfast was okay, however, the kitchen staff were quite rude when they brought out a new tray of scrambled eggs and stated that they weren't putting out any more pancakes […] and they slammed the kitchen door! This hotel was extremely nice. It was very clean and well organized. The room was a great size. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I wish we could have stayed longer. It was nice to have a little kitchen and living room area included. It was a little difficult to locate, and the phone number was not on our confirmation, but once we found it we were very happy.

I felt like we were at the spa retreat.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff (including different individuals encountered at different times of the day). The suite was very well laid out and equipped and the beds were VERY comfortable. The "Sharper Image" clot/radio on the bedside table was a nice feature with a "soothing" button that allowed you […] to select from flute music, babbling brook sounds, etc. to lull you to sleep. The free, hot full breakfast was outstanding - sorry that I never allowed time for the omlette station...all complimentary - as was the internet access. Just a few steps down the road is a driving range and minature golf. I've found "my home" for the next time I'm in the area. Oh...and free shuttle to area locations including Sanofi-Aventis.
