Springhill Suites Marriott Airport - Windsor Locks

Rooms were clean! Friendly staff!! Easy to find!!! Breakfast was horrible....

This is a nice choice if you need to stay close to the airport. I was impressed when they offered to pick me up at my rental car location so I didn't have to go back to the airport to get their shuttle after dropping off the car. The floor could use a little extra padding when the other person rolls out of the bed.. Otherwise a very spacious and comfortable and enjoyable room. we liked it so much we never left

very clean, the staff is friendly and the rooms are so modern, clean and updated!!! I will definately recommend to anyone.

The room was a pleasant surprise. Separate space for an office/living area was well designed. Close to the airport, and convenient, but it didn't appear to be the location to take a walk in the area.

This was a very comfortable (and large) room, perfect for the busy business traveler. The overall value was excellent.

Very convenient for a late night arrival. The shuttle was prompt even for a late night pick up and accommodated our needs by taking us to our car rental the next morning.

I would say this hotel was really clean. The staff very friendly. There are too many positives to list. The only negative is that this hotel services airport clients. It should really have open breakfast for people with early flights.

No frills, but very nicely done. Attractive furnishings, given that it is an airport hotel. Lots of space. Front desk person was very nice. Most important, it was CLEAN. Next to a McD's and Dunkin Donuts.

I room was large, clean, had extra towels, and extremely comfortable. The two separate washrooms were very convenient. They even had a real breakfast with choices and selections that you would find in a restaurant, but free. I would highly recommend this hotel for your family stay.

The room (suite?) was nice and larger than we expected. The oddly split bathroom seemed like a good idea (separate rooms for toilet and shower, each with sink) at first for multiple people getting dressed simultaneously. However, the sink in the room with the toiled was extremely small.

Stayed for two nights and the experience was great overall. The front desk employees were very nice and the rooms were clean and nicely put together. We took the back roads to Six Flags and it was a very nice scenic drive. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Overall good stay, although a bit worn as far as rugs and walls. There was a big problem was with the hotels.com reservation. It was inaccurate information. They said parking was included in the rate. No true. Took 90 mins to resolve.

We used this hotel for a quick stop between the airport and Hertz rental car. We called for the shuttle at 1am, picked up in about 5 minutes. Hotel is clean and friendly. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Very nice Spacious rooms.... I like the 21 Century decor... I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Hartford. DR

The floor that the hotel put me on also had numerous kids who were unsupervised by their parents. They were part of some athletic team. Doors were continually slamming combined with talking, yelling, and running all up and down the floor. I called the the front desk twice to complain. They said they would send someone up, but apparently they didn't […] because it continued for a couple hours longer until I finally went out there and yelled at the kids myself. Mehr

This hotel was awesome. We flew in late to Connecticut and this hotel was close to the airport and we were very happy with it. The bathroom was large and clean. The shower was huge and the bed was comfy. Only downside was that there weren't too many good restaurants nearby but everything else about this place was great. From the front desk to the room cleaning personnel, just wonderful people. Rooms very comfortable and in perfect shape. Greaat stay!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Just what i expected for the price. The staff was great except when we checked in it seemed the women in the front was in a bit of a rush for some reason and messed up on our bill. But besides that minor blip the hotel was great.

This place is great. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is very helpful regarding places to eat in the area and give printed directions for convenience. I would recommend this hotel above others.

Nice hotel,great breakfast, the front desk staff was very helpful with questions.The pool was very tiny maybe 20'x10'and you had to go to the front desk to get towels even though there was an empty towel rack in the pool room?The rooms more than made up for the small pool.I will stay here again when we visit six flags next time a short drive about 15 […] minutes. Excellent service and location.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Check-in and check-out a cinch. A free shuttle ran every 30 minutes to the airport (BDL), which was practically across the street, although I don't remember hearing planes taking off and landing. Only wish there were better eating options nearby, but that seems specific to that strip in Windsor Locks, nothing […] the hotel can change. Mehr

This is a great place to stay. We had a unit with 2 queen beds. Having a refrigerator and microwave was really nice (especially Thanksgiving night when we could break out left-overs). The sectional sofa is plenty big for several people. The TV is slightly mis-aligned, for viewing from the end of the sofa or from the far-bed. The walls are very thin, […] so if you have the misfortune of being next to "noisy neighbors" (or people who have problems working a door lock), it will detract from your overall experience. Mehr

My family ( hubby ,2 kids 6 & 3yrs old and myself) stayed over the July 4th holiday. Our plans were to stay in the hotel and use the surrounding facilites ( pool, movie theater and bowling) for entertainment. We came to the PERFECT place! The hotel is easy to find, brand new! and so clean. The pool is just the right size for kids (3ft is the deepest)and […] there's a bowling alley in walking distance. The mall is a 10min drive away and has a movie theater. The beds are plush and cofortable. Breakfast is good (waffles, sausage, eggs..) but come before 10am as they run out of the good stuff. It is a perfect hotel for staying in and relaxing, the spa shower is very nice for a stay at home mom as myself! Looks just like the pictures. Mehr
