Das Hotel ist sauber , die Mitarbeiter helfen einem stets weiter und man sieht ständig jemanden putzen! Das Frühstück besteht aus Toast , frischen Waffeln Kaffe und Säften , also völlig ausreichend für einen ersten Snack. Das Hotel liegt 15 Minuten von Manhatten entfernt , es fährt alle 5 Minuten ein Shuttle Service direkt zum Times Square für 3 $ pro Person. Der Shuttle fährt bis tief in die Nacht. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

ausgesprochen nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, liebevoll bereitetes Frühstück, Lobby wird gerade renoviert, das beeinträchtigte uns aber in keiner Weise. Zimmer sehr klein, obwohl wir Deluxe-Kategorie gebucht haben, dafür aber sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. In unserem Zimmer waren die Schränke leider sehr alt, aber ausreichend Platz im Schrank. in der 31. Straße, direkt an der 5th Avenue ist man schnell in Greenwich Village + Soho und -wer mag- auch am Times Square. wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht. Die Umgebung wirkt sehr sicher, auch als Frau allein.

"Designhotel im sozialen Brennpunkt und Hafenlärm"
Sehr viel versprechend wirkend bei der schönen Zimmerausstattung letztendlich aber enttäuschend. Hotelpersonal war kaum in der Lage zu helfen. Durch den Hafenlärm war keine Nachtruhe möglich. Wer New York nicht kennt sollte es wegen der Lage meiden oder sich mit dem Taxi fortbewegen.

Toller Blick von der Hotelterrasse, Umgebung sehr laut durch die Werkstätten, die scheinbar vor allem auch in der Nacht arbeiten, netter Service, schöne Zimmer

Das ehemalige Zeitungshaus hat absolut Charme, ist sehr trendig eingerichtet und hat auf der 16.ten eine wunderschöne Lounge mit großer Außenterasse (Killer-View über Hudson!). "unscheinbare Fassade"
hinter der eher unscheinbaren Fassade würde man diese Hotelqualität nicht vermuten. Gute Lage 5 Min weg vom Hudson-River und 15 Min bis zum Broadway. In einer ganzen Woche Aufenthalt benötigten wir nicht ein einziges mal die Subway oder ein Taxi. Empfehle DeLuxe-Zimmer wegen der Grösse und einzelne Betten, sonst ist alles zu eng, wie immer in NYC.

Das Ink48 liegt einigermassen zentral in ca. 20 Gehminuten vom Times Square, etwas abseits des Rummels. Modernes Boutique-Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Staff. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. "Ruhiges, modernes Hotel"
Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen. Sprich, man braucht zum Times Square ca. 15Min. Allerdings hat man dafür im Hotel für New Yorker Verhältnisse extrem viel Ruhe. I live in in NY but booked a night to hang on the lovely rooftop and support a dog friendly hotel. The hotel is gorgeous, parking is easy, staff was very nice. Only 2 things are that there was a sewage like smell on the 5th floor so I think a plumber was needed to snale the pipes, but it was only near the bathroom and in the hall, not through most of […] the room.. The other thing is the music upstairs should have been a little more hop and uptempo on a Saturday night as opposed to jazz and elevator music. Never the less, I would stay again and recommend it.. "Great city views, close to midtown"
Enjoyed a stay at the Ink48, with great midtown views from my Studio King room. Just a few blocks from the Theater District & Times Square. I had arrived early, but my room wasn't ready yet. So I took a drive downtown, and within 20 minutes the front desk called to tell me that I could check in. The room was great, with large windows overlooking midtown, […] a huge shower with 2 shower heads, one that an NBA player could easily get under. A soaking tub was in the room near the bed. High studio ceilings made the room seem even bigger. Only complaint: valet parking is $55 but that doesn't give you in & out access. The hotel was very impressive and a surprize amongst the car dealerships and auto repair shops on 11th Ave. The room was clean and very contemporary. The bathroom was awesome. The free wine hour was a great touch in the lobby each night. After we returned to the hotel after dinner on Friday night, the lobby bar was closed so we went up to the roof top […] bar. We ordered some wine but there were no seats. Instead of standing, we decided to take our wine down to our room. Ink48 isn't on Times Square or 5th Ave, but it's close enough that everything is within a 10 minute (like Broadway or Times Square) or 20 minute (like Central Park or 5th Ave) walk. It's an easy cab ride to West Village or even Brooklyn. The rooftop lounge has incredible skyline views and so do the cityview rooms. Hotel is in great condition with comfortable […] beds and modern decor. Bathrooms are generously sized. And staff are friendly which is always a huge plus. I really enjoyed staying at ink48. It's proof that you can find a modern hotel, at a reasonable price, with excellent service in New York City. One minor complaint. The room doors slam when they are closed. It can wake you up. Otherwise: 5 stars. Highly recommended!

"Good place to stay"
The Hotel is very nice and the view from the city from the room and the penthouse bar is fantastic. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very very comfortable. I appreciated it very much as I was coming back from running NYC marathon. Wine reception was very cool. I am happy wtih the whole experience.

It's not as convenient as some other midtown locations, but when we booked the price was substantially less than comparable hotels closer to the action. I think we paid about $500 less over the week - that's a lot of cabs! My husband and I travel at least once a month and stay in many hotels. My hat is off to the management of this hotel. You have a great staff, for starters. The front desk was extremely helpful. The room was on the large side for NYC and we did not feel cramped, not to mention a nice larger bathroom. The bathroom could use better lighting for woman to […] apply makeup. Our room was very quiet. We never heard any other guests. The conceirge was FABULOUS. He really knows how to read people and what you're looking for. He is very efficient. The rooftop bar is a must. Very roomy, comfortable and spectacular views. We were so surprised. The only thing we didn't care for was the location. It was a haul to get to the subway and there are no cafes or coffee shops in the immediate vacinity. That being said, restaurants and cafes were a short walk. Would we stay here again? This is an excellent hotel!! Fantastic staff! Although it is a little out of the way, it is a good location to walk to great restaurants in Hell's kitchen and nice walks along river. Hotel was nice, very clean! Room was very very small for the deluxe king.. Couldn't imagine what the regular king was like! Bathroom also very small with limited counter space, making it hard to get ready. Not exactly what the pictures portrayed it to be. "Ink 48 hotel in NYC!"
We only stayed 3 days at Ink 48, but we will definitely return again. We were greeted by friendly staff and given a complimentary upgrade to a Hudson suite which had a great view of the river and the Intrepid air museum. The room itself was very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed, early 80's retro styling, 2 flat screen TVs, floor to ceiling windows […] and a very spacious bathroom with separate shower and tub. The hotel itself is not very close to the subway, we took a taxi to most places. It is reasonably close to Times Square and Broadway (about a 15 minute walk). We were unable to make the wine reception held daily at the hotel, but received a complimentary bottle of wine on check-in. I have to make special note of the concierge service. We checked out on a very busy afternoon and he ran for at least 3 blocks to find us an available taxi. Overall we had an amazing stay due in large part to the hotel staff. I highly recommend Ink 48 to anyone looking for a fun and romantic getaway! Mehr
"Not any longer a kept secret in NYC"
Nice Hotel design, wonderful service and very nice people. We stayed for 4 days with a family of four. The rooms are just big enough, comfortable and very clean. Tipps: Try to get a room above the 6st floor to get a view. Go and make the harbour toor from the Pier just nearby. Also renting a bike at the Pier and drive to the Central Park ad back is […] a nice experince you can do also with kids. There is no pool to cool down after a hot summer day in NYC but all other Pros will make this Hotel a good recomendation. Mehr

We recently stayed at Ink48 for our honeymoon. This place is awesome. We stayed on the 15th floor which provided a city view equivalent to that of the Rockefeller center observation deck.
