"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

"Für unseren Zweck genau richtig"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

We could hear our next door neighbors getting ready early in the morning. They were not being especially loud. The walls were paper thin. Also, hall noises all night. Could hear slamming doors. "Close to Grandchildren who live in Frisco"
overall the Hotel was nice, but they stuck us on the top floor all the way in the back of the Hotel. When we returned to our room on Sat. night( around 10:00 pm), there was some sort of event going on in the banquet room right under our room. The music was so loud that even with the TV on we could not sleep. When we called the front desk, they could […] only say, they were sorry. The Hotel was not at all full, so why did they give us a room right above the event. Our children and grandchildren recently moved to Frisco, so we were hoping the would be a Hotel we would stay in when visting them. "A couple of issues, but overall not too bad."
This is a newer hotel, which is a plus. It had a clean, newness which we enjoyed. But, it had a couple of negatives. The beds were a type of sleep number bed. We hated them. One of them wasn't functioning correctly, so it was hard as a rock! The AC unit was incredibly loud kicking on and off. That made for an unpleasant night. I guess I'd still recommend […] the hotel based on location and price, but make sure you put the AC unit on continuos fan (figured that out 2nd night) and that the beds are working like they're supposed to. This is a good quality, quiet hotel. I had some minor problems with the housekeeping staff who started knocking on my door between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and seemed to think I was inconveniencing them by not being out well before checkout time. Extremely comfortable and very large room for exceptional price. The staff was incredible and the breakfast was better than most restaurants! Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Perfect location, close to mall and other shopping, groceries, and in a community setting. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I do not like is that there is […] not an indoor pool. "Hope to go again."
This is the second time we've stayed here and both times were extremely pleased. The staff are friendly and helpful. I needed a safety pin and they searched the office and found one - which I returned the next morning. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. "Our New Favorite Chain"
My last two stays at Hilton Garden Inns have been exceptional. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed, and large. The staff are superb. The only tiny, tiny drawback was a lack of in-room entertainment options, and that can be resolved with personal technology.
