Die Badetuecher waren abgenutzt, Deutsches Fernsehen nur gegen einem Gebuehr moeglich. Im Gegensatz Internet war kostenlos. Die Klospuellung ist glecih beim ersten Mal kaputt gegangen, aber dann schnell wieder repariert. Safe hat sich von sich selbst zugesperrt und muesste eben so dann neu eingestellt werden. Beste Lage, gediegener Service und gute Ausstattung des Hotels waren ein sehr guter Rahmen für unseren Betriebsausflug mit 10 Personen über ein Wochenende

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Altstadt und des Schlosses/Burg. Nähe U-Bahn und Tramstationen.

Friendly staff, quiet, nice view (nothing famous), walking distance to Charles Bridge and (across Vltava River) the Old Town.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of the Charles Bridge and very close to Prague Castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful with a good all you can eat breakfast that kept us going well into the afternoon.

Let me start by saying how much I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and responsive, the included full breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the room was not perfect. The shower head was broken, the hose was too short and there was no curtain. The beds were very hard. […] They did fix the shower head during my stay. If you drive, be aware. Parking at the hotel is very expensive but safe. It cost about $40 a day, but you get to park right infront of the hotel and the door man keeps an eye on the cars. Better than having to park several blocks away at a grage and not know if anyone is messing with your vehicle. A funny observation I made was when the lady at the desk knocked on the wall behind her then slid the wall aside and peered through the curtin to ask a question. I had funny feeling that I was back in the cold war era and the men were in a hidden room listening to conversations in the rooms. Paranoid I know. It was just funny. Mehr

The pictures on the Hotels.com website made me feel this was a larger and more modern hotel. The room was nice, breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. The bath tub had a small glass wall that was to keep the shower from spraying on the floor and that didn't work well and made it difficult to shower without feeling claustrophobic. I loved […] falling asleep with a perfect view of the lighted castle at night. The location is good. I may stay again, although I may also look for something a little closer to the main square and a little larger. If you like quaint hotels, this is a good one. Mehr

Quite impressed with hotel. Good location.Helpful staff. Clean rooms, but bed not very comfortable. A few maintenance issues such as difficulty in locking door on exit from the room. Restaurant dinner was very good, but much more variety and far more economically competitive in surrounding neighborhood.

While only there one night, we had an exceptional experience. The room was beautiful, the view of the castle outstanding, the HD TV great, and the service exceptional. I could easily stay a month at this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is not really a 5 star hotel, but rather a good 4 stars. The rooms are spacious so are the bathrooms. However, as far as maintenance is concerned, we found quite a bit of broken items and things not working properly. One of those was the exhaust fan in the bathrooms of the entire hotel. The housekeeping service was quite poor and it seems […] to be customary to walk into the room without knocking first. We were caught in a compromising position the first time. Breakfast is far from 5 stars, being mighty poor quality and characterized by limited amount and not fresh. The staff never smiled and took advantage of us when exchanging money. However, the highlight of our stay was the manager named Vetek, who smiled, was cheerful, and made our stay much more enjoyable. In fact, after spending the first night in a terrible room facing the tram cables, he upgraded us to a senior suite, with the most wonderful view of the city and gardens. Mehr

ROOMS ARE SMALL. CLOSET SPACE IS VERY SMALL. THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL.

This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing in Prague. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and gave us great insights to where to go, where to eat, and how to get there. If you arrive by train, take the metro to the Malonstranska station. Exit the station, turn to the right to Letenska street, and then turn right and the hotel is 2 short blocks […] away. Very easy and significantly cheaper than taking a taxi in Prague. The hotel is right in the middle everything, but not on a tourist street. You can walk to all the sights, and if you take the train, you can go just about everywhere. The hotel breakfast was good and the hotel price was great considering 2 breakfasts and a room for the price. Prague is a great city to visit and this is the perfect hotel for a few days in Prague... I recently stayed at the Best Western - Royal Palace for five days during a business trip. The hotel was beautiful with all the accommodations you'd expect from a 5 Star hotel. Our room on the third floor had a beautiful view of the castle. The rooms were nicely restored and decorated. The only "cons" were the lack of wi-fi and the shower. The complimentary […] breakfast was great. The bar was perfect for a quick "night cap" each evening after a long day. One of the best aspects of the hotel is its location. It was just a few blocks away from the Charles Bridge. It is right next to the Royal Palace. And it is a very pretty 10 minute walk to the Castle. Excellent hotel, and I'll be staying here again when I come back to Prague this summer! Mehr

The location was great for walking to the Palace, Charles Bridge, and the old part of town. Parking was right in front of the hotel and the staff had cameras on the car the entire time. We had a beautiful view of Prague from our window. Breakfast was a great. I'd stay there again.

A charming hotel very central to the Lesser Town and Castle and within walking distance to the Charles Bridge. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The service at the desk and for breakfast was excellent and friendly. We have no complaints and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is great, the rooms are confy with all you need. Not a lot of English speaking channels, only CNN and BBC with rolling news. The room was big enough, with all you need. At check-in, we were told that we have free tea and coffee and all we need is ask for it. We asked twice, every night when we came back to the hotel but never got […] it! Everytime we have asked Reception and they took all the details, ie room number etc but even 1 hour later nobody came so we gave up on that. Breakfast was good, not a huge selection but good quality food and plenty of it. The staff are very nice and attentive. There is only one computer if you want to access the internet make sure you take your own, you do get free wi-fi in the rooms. Good hotel, would stay again but would rate at 4* though. If you get a good rate, it's well worth it. Mehr

The location of the hotel was good and it was very quiet, but the restaurant was small as was the bar and the decor and atmosphere was not very welcoming. Our room was spotless, but small with a tiny bathroom and sliding doors everywhere, but only one chair and not enough room to relax unless you sat on the bed. The breakfast was okay, but the juice […] was not fresh and you had to wait for a table to be cleared. Overall it was a disappointing experience, considering the hotel is rated as 5 star and we were looking forward to some luxury. Mehr

The hotel seemed a bit understaffed when we checked in and the lobby is dated, but overall the room was nicer than we expected and the location was terrific. There was a lot of construction going on at all hours nearby, but we were fortunate to have a quiet room. The breakfast buffet was decent. For the price, i would stay there again.

This Best Western hotel sits opposite the Czech Senate and its ornate walled gardens. It is in a quiet area but is close to the area of Mala Strata. The hotel is small, but the staff look after all their guests with great care. We thouroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had plenty of options including a cooked breakfast. The location was perfect, just in the middle of the castle and the old town. It probably is not a 5-star hotel (I would say 4). I did not want to pay for a pool or fitness center in the hotel when I was just spending my weekend. So it was a great fit for me. Un séjour très agréable dans un hôtel placé idéalement dans le centre historique. Service de grande qualité, personnel agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Hotellet er greit, men ikke mer enn det. Jeg vurderer det til ***..Ligger ikke midt i smørøyet, men en spasertur på 10-15 minutter unna "sentrum", der hvor turister som oftest liker seg best. Frokosten var grei. Spiste middag i restauranten, og dette var spislig, men ikke noe "wow". Rommene var normale, det samme med badet.

Nice Hotel - friendly staff and good service. Rooms a bit small, but nice. Perhaps not 5 Stars, but 4+. Definately a Hotel we would book again.

Tämä mukava pieni, mutta laadukas hotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä Prahan vanhasta kaupungista, joen toisella puolella rauhallisella kadulla. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja hotelli oli siisti. Autokyyti kannatti tilata etukäteen lentokentältä hotellille, niin ei tarvinnut kannella matkatavaroita julkisissa kulkuvälineissä. Med unntak for at 4 i vårt reisefølge måtte bo på annet hotell første natten var dette en veldig bra hotellopplevelse. Som en del andre gjester opplevde vi at frokostsalen var liten og at vi måtte vente litt hvis en traff "rushet". På et slikt hotell forventer jeg også at en får bedre juice enn det som var servert her da det kjentes ut som om den var […] utvannet. Sengen var den beste jeg har sovet i på noe hotell. Vi hadde oppgradert rom men jeg vet ikke om det er verdt prisen. Badakaret var trangt og ikke ideelt da det var vanskelig å finne en riktig posisjon når en dusjet. Disse innvendingene blir underordnet det totale inntrykket av et meget fint hotel. Mehr

Отдыхали в этой гостинице на ноябрьские праздники. С первого взгляда гостиница показалась простенькой, но в итоге все очень понравилось. Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Номер был небольшой, но очень уютный. Качественная мебель и сантехника. Отличный вид из окна на центр Праги (комната 504). Очень понравились завтраки, а также очень услужливый персонал. […] Все что мы просили нам сделать и организовать было качественно исполнено. Det var næsten ikke nødvendigt at forlade hotelværelset for at opleve Prag. Helt fantastisk udsigt både dag og nat! Der var reelt kun 2 ting man kunne sætte en finger på - det enen var at sengene var meget hårde og det er jo et spørgsmål om smag - det andet var at der ikke var nok croissanter til morgenmaden. Ett jättefint hotell som ligger på gångavstånd från det mesta i Prag. Tänk dock på att spårvagnar dundrar förbi på hotellets framsida. Be att få ett rum mot baksidan, gärna några våningar opp.

Un séjour totalement parfait, en partie grâce à cet hôtel sans faille. Le service, la propreté et la décoration des chambres comme des espaces communs, jusqu'au petit déjeuner : tout était parfait. A noter, la localisation, au coeur du Prague ancien.

Excellent choix d'hotel - Deux petits details quand-meme : il faudrait changer les seche-cheveux et l'eau chaude pourrait etre plus chaude

Nice and clean hotel. Peaceful. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Central location, just 5 min walk from the Charlesbridge and 10 min from the Jewish Museum.

Vi blev glatt överraskade. Mycket bra hotell, nära till allt - mysig park strax nedanför, nära till torg, butiker och restauranger på Lillsidan och gångavstånd till Karlsbron och gamla stan. Rummet utmärkt med balkong med hänförande utsikt över gamla stan. Mycket vänlig och trevlig personal. Bra frukost, som ingick i priset. Enda minus är att det var […] dyrt att parkera bilen på gatan utanför, men det fanns en vakt från hotellet som höll ögonen på bilarna där. Mehr

Goede locatie, goede service, uitgebreid ontbijt, Vrij dure parking (wel net voor de deur) Ideaal voor een citytrip naar het fantastisch mooie en veilige stad Praag (wat een contrast met Brussel !) Zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel.

Billig hotell med meget høy standard. Delikat, rent og komfortabelt rom med aircondition. Veldig god frokostbuffet med servering frem til kl.10.30. Serviceinnstilt betjening. Hotellets beliggenhet ligger i gangavstand til de fleste serverdighetene. Kan anbefales på det varmeste!

Urhärligt hotell med bästa läge, nära till allt. Kunnig och vänlig personal Allt överträffade våra förväntningar. Vi återkommer alldeles säkert till samma hotell vid vår nästa Pragvistelse.
