Alles war super gut,komme auch aufjedenfall bei meiner nächsten Shoppingtour durch Düsseldorf wieder.Nur eines war nicht so gut ,habe das aber erst festgestellt als ich zuhause war, die Minibar wurde mir mit 6 Positionen berechent,obwohl ich nur 3 Teile getrunken bzw gegessen habe.Schade das man die Rechnung direkt hätte prüfen müssen,dachte das es […] eine Vetrauenssache ist. We had a club room and access to the club lounge. The lounge was cold and not very cozy, as it is situated on a "shelf" in the atrium of the hotel. For some reason they did not have Gin! But other types of liquor available. Our room was ok, nothing special. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great. I am not crazy about atriums, and this one was […] rather noisy and had a lot of people trekking though i constantly. The bar was small and very dark in the evenings. I've stayed here before and the experience was equal with a few comments: Check in staff could have done a better job of smiling and describing the features that you have paid for. They should also ensure you get the features you have paid for without having to be reminded. Good buzz in the bar - but the menu could do with a little updating. This is a good hotel, but our check in was messed up. They mixed up my wife's check in to to the point where they advised me that she was not checked in, and there is no record of our reservation, when I arrived one hour after I had left her with the hotel porter to check in, while I attended to some business away from the hotel. But thanks to a very […] understanding and most pleasant receptionist who did all she could to find my wife, and a very competent concierge who tried to contact the porter who had taken our bags (the porter had gone off duty by this time) eventually, after half an hour, they found the room in which my wife was checked in. Who ever checked in my wife an hour earlier, had used her first name as the surname, and their computer could not find my surname as it was listed under the first name. Perhaps the computer system could be improved! After such a shocking start, things did improve, and we ended up having a good stay, mostly thanks to the above mentioned two exceptional staff. The hotel is modern, the rooms are good, and there is a nice glass lift system. Mehr

Tutto ottimo, peccato solo pagare 24 euro al giorno per il collegamento Internet in camera e senza wifi...

En general todo lo concerniente a infraestructura. limpieza, comodidad, ubicación del hotel excelente. El único detalle a mejorar es que arribamos al hotel a las 13 hs, siendo el check in a las 15. hs. no habia aún habitaciones disponibles (lo que es algo que puede suceder). Pero no fuimos informados de la disponibilidad de las habitaciones en forma […] rápida, a pesar de habernos quedado en el lobby para que nos pudieran ubicar fácilmente. Y personalmente tuvimos que acercarnos al desk para saber del status de la habitación, y cuando así lo hicimos ya estaban disponibles. Faltó más proactividad por parte del personal de recepción.
