Hotel Rainers - Wien

Ideal für einen Stadtaufenthalt. Gute Verkehrsanschlüsse. Probleme gabs nur mit der Minibar.

nur die Minibar hat nicht funktioniert.

Für Geschäftsreisen oder Tagungen gut. Bei Städtetripps würde ich mir das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Wir haben es genossen! Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und ausreichend. Alles in allem ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich top. Das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind genauso wie im Internet abgebildet und wirklich alles sauber. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und für jeden was dabei. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

haben eine nacht wegen bon jovi konzert gebucht: + eigener parkplatz + netter empfang + sehr angenehmes zimmer (größe u. komfort) + nachtportier sehr freundlich (um 2:30 !!) + reichhaltiges frühstück (und das noch um 11.oo!!!) werden für den nächsten wien-besuch wieder bei RAINERS nächtigen !

close to downtown and public transportation, good breakfast with a lot to eat, the bed are not the best and they are charging euro 15 for parking, in general i would reccomend

The hotel was in good condition. The breakfast provided enough choice to enjoy the breakfast. The buffet was refilled continuously! The room was clean. Only the sourrounding area and the building itself from the outside are not absolutly welcoming. Would stay there again. Busstop is right in front of the hotel and brings you in ~15-20min to the Neubasgasse […] at the Mariahilferstrasse. Perfect connection to the airport via S9 and S7 which depart in walking distance (~5min with luggage). If they would refill the soap and everything in the bathroom I would give another star ;-) Mehr

Hotel is far from center but easy accesible by subway and bus. Nice staff, good English. Very good breakfast. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here and the staff were nice, both friendly and approachable. Check-in came with travel advice - useful information on connections into Vienna city centre. On checkout they had our breakfast ready, packed as requested due to early start of day. The taxi ordered at reception came within minutes which is normal even during early hours. However […] we may not have needed a cab as public transport is good around the hotel. It is just a few minutes walk away and appears to start early too. Rooms come equipped with a small mini bar fridge. Another essential, given the summer heat, were full working windows as alternative to using air-conditioning which our room came with. A minor inconvenience was a bathroom shower head, clumsily fitted and that did not sit in the cradle. Annoying lack of attention to detail given the hotels 4 star rating. Breakfast too in this context could be improved with more options for vegetarians, bacon or a nicer selection of ham. My recommendation is to avoid the hotel restaurant for other meals. In general it is expensive and food below par. Scan though the stand in the lobby for places to visit and dine out. Mehr

Arrived at the Hotel and it was quite a hot day in Vienna. The first thing we did was turn on the AC and found that it did not sufficiently cool the room. I went to the front desk to request another room. They told me that they were overbooked and could not accommodate the request. (This was a flat out lie as I went to their web site and found that […] there were rooms available for the remainder of our stay.) Anyway, I requested that they send someone up to the room to make sure I am correctly setting the thermostat. Someone came up immediately, checked the thermostat and said that this was the best the AC can do, He asked if I would like a fan. I said absolutely and a fan was delivered very quickly. The next day was even hotter. I again went to the front desk and explained that we will be staying at the Hotel for another 5 days and we insist on another room as it was unbearably hot and stuffy(even with the fan). The answer I received was that changing rooms would not make much of a difference. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised that the rooms were air conditioned. The fact is there is no Air Conditioning, just a thermostat and a vent that makes a "fan" noise. From what I gather from comments of the front desk and maintenance staff, ALL of their rooms have this issue. I would definitely NOT stay at this Hotel again (summer or winter) as I would not trust that the heat would work either. Mehr

The hotel is far from everything and it is very complicated to commute from the hotel to the city centre. The staff at the Reception were not friendly or particularly helpful. They merely told us to take bus 14A and change to a subway to get to the city centre. The bus driver spoke almost no English and it was quite a feat to figure out where to alight […] to get to the subway station. It was even harder to navigate our way back from the city centre to the hotel as we had to take a tram from the city centre (with a lot of help from the locals), then change to the subway, followed by a walk in a dark and dodgy neighbourhood. We had much difficulty finding the hotel among the streets with no sign posting. The buffet breakfast was very lacking in variety, especially the bread. The room was stuffy. Nobody helped us with our luggage when we checked in. It is just a very basic, no frills hotel, not worth what we paid for. Not at all the quality I would expect from a 4-star establishment. Mehr

Immaculate. Staff very helpful and gracious. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Hotel Reiners was a good choice for us. The rooms are spotless and comfortable and the hotel is very modern. Food in the bar and restaurant was reasonably priced and very good. The hotel is not within walking distance of the city centre but is very well connected by public transport. We never had to wait longer than 2 minutes for a bus.

A fürdőszobában nincs zuhanytálca sem függöny , így zuhanyzáskor ázik az egész fürőszoba

hjælp til print af billetter,det kunne godt være bedre. måske mere erfaring i hvordan man klarer det at,få en printer til at fungere.den kunne ikke printe ud,selvom vi prøvede flere gange.hvad med i havde en tekniker til at afhjælpe fejl.

Autóval (Gürtelről ) könnyen megtalálható a Südbahnhof felől. Villamossal percek alatt a belvárosba lehet érni. Ha sajnáljuk a zárt parkolóra kért díjat, a szomszédos utcákban mindig találtunk parkolóhelyet. A szoba teljesen modern, új, csendes. A reggeli bőséges és kitűnő. A személyzet udvarias és készséges. Talán az ebben a kategóriában (****) már […] megszokottnak számító Nespresso kávégép hiányzott a szobából. Nem mindenki lelkesedik a híg kávéért. Mehr

Points forts: la chambre et la propreté sont satisfaisant. Grand choix de vin sur la carte du restaurant. Décoration et mobilier de bon gôut. Proche des transports en commun. Points faibles: Équipe jeune qui manque d'expérience (colonie de vacances). Pas suffisant pour un 4 étoiles. Manque de choix en plats sur la carte du restaurant.
