We only were staying one night to visit Nazareth College. It was the most economical in the area, and represented good value for the price. The building looks brand new. The room was spotless, staff nice, and breakfast decent. The bathroom was tiny, tiny, with the sink outside the actual bathroom. The pop-up drain on the sink needed repair. The beds were comfortable and we really liked the room, but the bathroom is a little small. The location is great and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast is functional. My husband liked the fruit. This place exceeded our expectationa.

We stayed overnight because our son was going to RIT. Overall the room was fine. Only thing was bathroom is very small. I am BIG guy so not used to small. It was still ok though. Clean, courteous staff. Their continental breakfast was also good. Waffles, toast, bagels, eggs sausage, etc... There is no elevator so if you have issues (back, knees, etc..) […] make sure you ask for first floor if possible. Still, only 1 flight of stairs so still not bad. Mehr

I am writing on the behalf of my sister and brother-in-law who stayed in your hotel from Germany. They liked their stay, but were really disappointed that the Comfort Inn motel chain does not endorse more environmentally friendly practices. The throw-away dishes in the morning could very easily be replaced by real plates and cups and silverware, if […] the motels were to install a commercial dishwasher in the back room. Very good stay. Front desk had our key ready and were expecting us which was nice. The room was clean and we were happy to find a micro and fridge. A/C worked great and pillows (4 per bed) were fluffy. Nice breakfast included, my son made himself a cinnamon waffle and I made myself a sausage/egg bagel. There were plenty of other option too from cold […] cereal to oatmeal to fruit/yogurt and hard boiled eggs and several bread choices and a variety of drinks. We really only had one issue with the room. The sink for the bathroom is outside the bathroom which would be ok if it had more counter space. There was no room to put your toothbrush, curling iron, toothpaste ext. It was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I personally would not book there again because of the space. This hotel is small both in the number of rooms (50-60 tops) and in the size of the rooms. Very modest counterspace, double beds seemed short, and the area in the tub/shower and commode bathroom (sink is outside) is very tight. However, these limitations are offset by the fact that it's very nicely appointed with granite countertops, tile floor in bath, […] 4-6 cu ft fridge with microwave, 2 phones (one by desk), wired internet (maybe wireless too, I don't use that), decent hot breakfast (waffle maker includes blueberry batter as an option!), good coffee with flavored creamers available, etc. A/C worked fine but could be very cold for the person near the desk. Sometimes the key to a good hotel stay is less how fancy the hotel is than how recently it was built or renovated. That's the case here. It's small but quite pleasing - esp. for the price. Mehr

Staff was very helpful at all times, room was clean except for a little dust on the lamp near its switch. Hotel is on a busy road near an expressway but inside no noise was heard. Hotel is in between a Pizza Hut and a Friendly's and near other restaurants and shopping and a mall. Convenient to Rochester, and points East, West, North and South. I had just stayed five days at a Comfort Inn in Okemos, MI. Their breakfast selection was much better and more plentiful than yours. Scrambled eggs are more appealing than an egg patty.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for the price. It was very clean and the staff was great. My only issue with the hotel was the bathroom was a little small, the room not the shower. Being over 6' tall I felt a little cramped. Other than that I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again

This was a good hotel for the price, really clean and updated. We had a room with a king bed, everything was clean and tidy, there was a flatscreen in the room, the bathroom was really clean and the room did not smell like some cheap motel room. We stayed there because it was two blocks away from our friend who we were visiting, but if you are traveling […] to Rochester in particular it might be a little far for you. There is a Starbucks, a Friendly's, and a really good sushi restaurant right near the hotel. The breakfast was good for hotel breakfasts but if you don't want to eat at the hotel there is a Friendly's right next to them. The only problem we encountered was when we got to the hotel at 2 am there was no parking spots left but you can park on the Friendly's parking lot and they will not tow you. Mehr

We stayed 2 night while in Rochester for a volleyball tournament. Can't complain. Very clean, very quiet, great breakfast. If I had one issue, the bathroom is a bit small but nothing we could not work around.

We needed a place to stay that was in a good area and not too far from the airport. This was perfect and pricing was extremely reasonable. Very happy with it. It was also pretty quiet. Also nice - the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. We've been traveling with a baby a lot recently and none of the other hotels we've stayed at have had these […] items, so it was very convenient. And they continental breakfast looked nice, even though we had to roll out around 4am, so we didn't get to try it, but they had a waffles machine. Awesome. Mehr

When we arrived, we checked in with no problems. We requested a room with a king-size bed and that's exactly what we got. Everything was quiet, clean and neat. We had to leave early before the official check out time due to a prior engagement so we got a few containers of yogurt from the fridge in the lobby and we were on our way!

When I come to Rochester, I usually stay at this hotel. Mainly because it's a little less expensive than the Holiday Inn Express & it's just as good. Free breakfast, nice guest services, I only think some of the upkeep could be a bit better (my sink had a slow drain, for example). Other than that, fine and dandy.

We were moving our daughter into an apartment for school and needed a motel to spend one night. We found "Comfort Inn" with the help of Expedia and were very happy with our stay. The Inn was very family friendly and very helpful with directions, information on local resturants, sight seeings and stores. Our room was extremey comfortable and clean. This hotel was very loud - I could hear all of the hall noise, the plumbing was very loud - every time a toilet was flushed, or a sink or shower used, the noise was very loud. There was also a very loud refrigerator in the room that I unplugged. Also, there was no hot water. The room was clean, but not very comfortable.
