Staying at the St. Botolph is truly like renting an apartment for the weekend. Classic design with modern accents, quiet and comfortable. Perfect location for my needs, right next to the Prudential Center. A real hidden gem.

Fabulous new hotel concept just right for the independent luxury traveller. No hidden charges for cleaning or telephone. Excellent.

We had a great stay at the Inn at St Botolph- it felt more like we were renting an apartment than a hotel room. It's in a great residential neighborhood, but it's very close to everything at the same time. Within walking distance to Fenway and a very short walk to Newbury St. The room had everything and then some. We wish we had more time to take advantage […] of our "apartment" in the city. There was a decent breakfast with great coffee. Our one complaint was it seems that the cleaning staff overlooked some areas.. found tags in the bureau drawers from the previous people, and the bathroom seemed a bit worn. Mehr

Pleasantly suprised at the quaint hotel. Clean, comfortable and close to the T. Would definitely stay here again.

I come to Boston about once a month for work and have stayed at a lot of great hotels in the area. The Inn at St. Botolph was wonderful because it didn't feel like a hotel. It was quiet, in a beautiful neighborhood and really made me feel like I had my own apartment in Back Bay. The staff was really helpful with the few needs that we had. The room was […] beautiful and extremely comfortable. I'm definitely going to be staying there more frequently moving forward. As someone who is getting to know Boston fairly well, I don't have a need for hotel restaurants, bars, a concierge, etc. as I'd rather explore the area around me on my own. If you're that kind of traveler as well, this place will not let you down! Mehr

As a frequent business traveler, I absolutely appreciate how homey this Inn is. It allows me to keep left overs and cook some basic things in it's kitchen. Enough room to put away clothes when you are there for a week.

Price included breakfast which was simple cold buffet style but not in a bad way, lots of choice with food and hot drinks. Hot drinks free to guests until 10pm. Hotel has nice gym with weights and 3 machines (good for when the snow arrived). The room had kitchenette with large fridge freezer (useful but more then we needed for 4 nights and could be a little bit loud). Bathroom in studio suite was good size with luxury toileteries. Mehr

We stayed four nights at the Inn - it is central location and stunning surrounding neighourhood in a beautiful building. The TV was very hard to use even had to get the guy to get it working The safe was in pieces on the floor. We asked for our room to be cleaned one day and it wasn't. The breakfast which was included in our room was very basic, one […] morning when we went for breakfast there was no milk - no juice. One of our party went across the road to corner shop and brought juice and milk, this was something the staff should have done. I dont thinkl I would stay there again. Mehr

Very strange hotel from start to our departure.Reception was very lazy,one morning had run out of milk and orange juice ,so we went over the road to corner store and bought some as the motel didnt seem to care. One day ,even though we had requested room maid,our room was not serviced,same thing happened next day to our travel companions.

We stayed one night; wished it were more! Stylish, clean, quiet - and our room was huge for the type of building. Felt luxurious. I stayed recently for a business trip and was thoroughly please with both the upkeep and style of the hotel. There was keyless entry which for me a business traveler was excellent - I needed to get somewhere quickly after dropping my bags off and it was seamless. The location would be better for pleasure travelers or for people with business in back […] bay but I knew that going in I was going to be cabbing it or taking the T to downtown Boston. It was a short walk from the Back Bay train station so it was perfect for coming in on a Acela train from NYC. The staff was pleasant, helpful with info, baggage storage and the continental breakfast area was immaculate. The rooms were excellent recently done or designed and lots of ammenities in the kitchenette. Great for an extended stay I am sure with full kitchenette and refridgerator. We stayed in Boston overnight after coming in by train. We arrived at the hotel around 5:00 and the access code (they don't need use key cards) worked perfectly. The building is a brownstone in the Back Bay that is on a nice, quiet street a block and a half from the Prudential Center. The room was very nice, a small suite with a queen bed, sitting […] area and kitchen. They are a green hotel, offering recycling and "touch up" service for stays of less than 8 days so they are a good choice if you are looking for this. There was a light fixture in the room that was a little loose but aside from that is was very well maintained and clean. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future when we go in for another short trip. Mehr

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I like that the hotel minimizes all the unnecessary and lengthy service and system other hotels have. Very practical and convenient. Also, the hotel itself is very comfortable. The adopter for the iPod dock was missing and I ask for it. But everything else was great. I felt like I was in my own apartment. This is an inn that does not provide daily cleaning. The rooms are beautiful, location is great.

no onsite parking and close parking is $ 39.00 a night. we were ther for 5 days so parking more expensive then daily car rental

The location was great..right in downtown and next to the T train but if you arrive after hours there is no clerk there at night. You need a security code to get in but never got one so I waited in the rain for 10 minutes until they gave me a security code to get inside. Once inside I saw a stain on one of the pillows and the fridge was not cleaned […] out. Mehr

Loved the hotel. This ultra modern hotel is hidden in the historic Back Bay neighborhood. It was great to stroll the neighboods but still be only a block from the busy city center. The suite was all new and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly.

I only stayed one night but wish I could've stayed longer. This is half way between a boutique hotel and a serviced apartment. No restaurant, no bar and no fancy (but ultimately unnecessary) lobby. So, with all those costs saved, they can afford to knock a massive slice off the room prices without denting the quality. I've paid twice as much to stay […] in a room this well designed and kitted out. Fantastic quality room with a great view onto the leafy street. Funky and beautifully designed furniture - plus a massive flat screen TV. And a great big fridge in the ajoining kitchenette (I took a studio room). Fab. Staff extremely polite and accomodating.
