I was really delighted with my stay at Oaks Liwa Hights but I noticed things that bothered me and my friends. Firstly when we arrived to the hotel it was at night and we bearly recognized it as the lights of the name were broke i.e. “O ks Li a” fortunately the taxi driver knows the hotel otherwise we wouldn’t recognize it. secondly, when we arrived […] there wasn’t a bellboy available to take our bags, so we had to leave it out with the taxi while we check in and the taxi dropped our stuff outside and left! No one was there to pick it up even when I asked them to send someone out. However, we managed to get our stuff in and then the bellboy brought it to our apartment. They gave us a good apartment with a great view which made us forget the hassle and we were so happy with the apartment as it’s really big and the living room is amazingly beautiful. A day later, me and my friends ordered food and of course we left the place really missy as anyone traveling would do! So we left the cleaning part on the hotel, and to my surprise we went back and found the apartment not cleaned well. an example that I see in other hotels that if you have your clothes on the floor they would fold it and put all in one place, through the used napkins and if there is sandwitch papers they will put it to waste as well. that all didn’t happen! If found the paper of the sanwitch I ate where it is, found my clothes on the floor, my make up everywhere in the bathroom shelf.. it was terribly messy as if it’s not a hotel service! This is the point that I think they have to pay attention to in order to keep their customers satisfied. Also, there is no food menu for the restaurant which is really weird! At last but not least, the ladies salon in the 34th floor is great!! You have to go to them if you stay at this hotel. I recommend it for people but for a pleasant stay just emphasize on the reception to ask the house keeping to clean very well. Mehr

Large spacious apartment. Good condition of furnishings. 10 min walk to metro. 10 min walk (across a busy road) to Carrefour Market. 2 negatives - housekeeping not consistant. Sometimes called at 10am, sometimes 6pm. Not always cleaned to a high standard.Noise from hallway could be heard in apartment easily.

The soroundings were not very visitor friendly, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to a friend.

OAKS LIWA HEIGHTS - Good location, aptly priced as per the surrounding location. The service was good, location was clean and peaceful. However the way the JLT area is landscaped, you need to walk around a lot to get to the nearby buildings or else take a TAXI all the time. This apartment hotel was excellent - the staff were friendly it my stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. There is a 24/7 grocery store around the corner where you can stock the fridge - a full kitchen two bathrooms, washer and dryer a huge amount space and very comfortable. Their international calling […] rates were also very reasonable. Quick walk to the metro which gets you anywhere you may want to go in Dubai. Very impressive apartment which was spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was incredible especially at night. Location good as 5 minutes walk from the metro was proved to be convenient for getting about rather than a taxi. would definitely book this apartment again next time I visit Dubai.

I would prefer to have bigger choice of vegeterian food available. All the rest is perfect! Very much recomend this hotel to all!

A very spacious and comfortable apartment. Nice location at Jumairah Lake towers close to Dubai marina mall. It is just 10 min walk to the metro station, but personally I think you better rent a car when in Dubai. Good small basic gym and very nice swimming pool outdoor. The downside is the restaurant.. We arrived about 11 am very hungry after a […] very long flight, and went straight to the restaurant and order, after 1 hr waiting they brought the worst veg soup I have ever had in my life!! actually I didn’t eat it!! Pizza also a disaster, burger ok, but the fries were made with cold oil so that it soaked all the oil.. I think the chef was on holiday that day! When in Dubai, nothing is ever as it seems. The whole city (Emirate) resembles a building site so it is difficult to find a hotel that isn't in one. Oaks Liwa Heights Hotel Apartments is part of the Jumeirah Lakes Towers development. It is spacious, has great views, is easy to access (when you know where it is) and is close to the metro (through two […] buiding sites). We had a fantastic stay there because we knew what to expect. It was a 20 AED taxi ride (the hotel will call one) to my conference at the Atlantis Palm and very close to the Marina and to Ibn Battuta Mall (amongst others). Don't expect five star service and the lifts were very annoying. Apart from that, having a clean, well appointed apartment in Dubai (not just a room) for the price we paid is fantastic. Just remember that in the UAE things are done differently. I recommend this hotel strongly. Always take the pamphlet with you so the taxi knows where to go (telling them that it is next to Damas factory sometimes helps). Dubai is huge and spread out. It is difficult to get from A to B so work out where you need to be before you choose any hotel. We cooked our meal every night (there are little supermarkets close by) but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance (through building sites and remember that it does get very hot in summer). Bra hotell med bra läge. Rent och snyggt. Nära till stranden, nära till tåg. Nära till Golfbana. Rekommenderas varmt.

Store og flotte værelser. Ca. 15 minutters gang til Marinaen. Vi blev lovet udsigt over golfbanen som dog ligger ca. 800 meter væk ud til den ene side. Det vil sige at man kun kunne se 2-3 huller. Så lidt at en tilsnigelse at skrive at der er udsigt over golfbanen. Der er adgang til internettet fra lobbyen for 15 dirham for en halv time og 50 MB. Disse […] 50 MB kan dog uden problem bruges på 5 minutter hvis man f.eks. ringer via Facetime :-( Mehr
